The Role
Part of the Technology team, this role involves the provision of systems support on a range of systems. This role supports the full range of Technology Support Desk duties, and you will be one of the first points of contact for all staff.
Your main duties will be responding to calls, recording and resolving issues and, where appropriate, allocating tasks to other team members; and maintaining the Society’s hardware and software. You will also provide technical guidance to other Technology Support Desk staff members.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience of:
· Working within an IT helpdesk environment PowerShell, Microsoft Online (365) and Exchange Online Management modules
· Migrating a business from on-premise to Microsoft Office 365 services
· Supporting and administering Microsoft Office 365 services, for example, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online and Defender
· Full device lifecycle management using Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune
· Packaging software and apps in Microsoft Intune
· Deploying devices using Windows Autopilot
· Deploy remediation scripts from cloud-based tools
· Replacing and troubleshooting computer hardware components
· Supporting and maintaining range of peripheral devices
· Acting as a senior within an IT support team, sharing knowledge and acting as an escalation point
· Working within a project team

Shannon Trust are delighted to be working with His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) and G4S to provide peer-led literacy and numeracy programmes across a number of prisons. We now have the opportunity to provide a service at HMP Nottingham. Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
This role will be prison based. Through global campaigns and the direct care of marine animals in our sanctuaries, we inspire positive change every day.
We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Trust & Foundation Fundraising Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract to take the lead on securing high-value grants that will make a real difference to ocean conservation. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our trust and foundation strategy, develop new partnerships, and grow sustainable income to fund impactful projects around the world.

Key Responsibilities include:

Drive the delivery of the SEA LIFE TRUST fundraising strategy by prioritising and expanding trust and foundation income streams.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of trust and foundation prospects, focusing on multi-year and high-value funding opportunities.

Write compelling, tailored cases for support and funding applications aligned to the objectives of each prospective funder.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing funders, ensuring outstanding stewardship through regular updates and impact reporting.

Collaborate with colleagues across our sanctuaries and within Merlin Entertainments’ Conservation, Welfare & Education team to identify fundable projects and areas of need.

Support forecasting and budgeting alongside the Senior Head of Global Fundraising & Partnerships, ensuring income targets are met or exceeded.

Monitor, evaluate and adapt fundraising approaches to maximise success and impact.

Develop robust reporting and tracking systems to manage fundraising activity and report progress to senior leadership.

Occasionally represent the SEA LIFE TRUST at internal and external meetings, events, and donor briefings.

Support other fundraising activities as required, including corporate sponsorship and partnership opportunities.

About the role
The Individual Giving Manager will plan, deliver and evaluate an ambitious and effective Individual Giving development programme for in memory giving, individual donations, appeals, regular giving, raffles, lottery, and legacy marketing. You'll lead on the creation and implementation of the Individual Giving, Lottery and Legacy strategies to increase income and donor engagement. This role covers the hospice's largest income generating streams and the plan is to grow these further. There's loads of scope to do this; with their 40th Anniversary coming up and the fact you are working across both Trinity Hospice & Brian House there are so many new and innovative ways they can be connecting with donors.
You'll also lead, inspire and motivate a fantastic team and work closely with the Communications Manager to ensure case studies, photography, statistics and organisation information is effective and in line with the Hospice's brand guidelines.
About you
This role will suit a natural relationship builder with a track record of individual giving/legacy/lottery fundraising. You'll be a brilliant leader and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll be target-driven, comfortable and confident working with achievable KPIs and targets as well as supporting and developing your team to reach theirs.
