We are seeking two Specialist Community Support Workers to join one of our supported living services in Blackrod, Bolton. We aim to provide care and support and promote independence and inclusion within the local community through methods including positive behaviour support.
We aim in to empower the individuals we support to take control of their own lives and gain greater independence, by teaching communication, choice and fulfilment.
Working Pattern – 37.5 hours each week worked over a 7-day rota which includes sleep-ins.
Salary - £21,283 (£10.91ph) rising to £23,412 (£12.01ph) from April 2024
A Sleep-in payment of £87.50 per sleep applies rising to £96 from April 2024, based on 1 sleep per week, excluding holiday entitlement, can add an additional £4,992 .An enhanced payment is also paid for weekend hours of+25% hourly rate.
Holiday entitlement starts from 27 days holiday plus 8 statutory bank holidays.
Location – Blackrod, Bolton

We are looking for a Specialist Community Support Worker who has the ability and resilience to work with behaviour, which may challenge, in a caring and consistent manner, including the maintenance of appropriate boundaries for behaviour.
Do you have the ability to work individually on shift using your own initiative and as part of a team, maintaining & encouraging, open and honest communication?
Can you undertake the full range of tasks, in a well-planned way that respects & values the individuals?

We are seeking Community Support Workers to join one of our community-based day services in Salford. This service aims to provide extensive care, specialist positive behaviour support and promote independence and inclusion within the local community, in order to empower the individuals to take control of their own lives. The main focus is to provide the highest level of support in order to enable greater independence, choice and fulfilment for the individuals.
Working Pattern – 32.5 hours (full time) with part time hours also available. Hours range from - 8.00am through to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Some evening and weekend work is also required which is on a rota.
Starting Salary – £19,984.64 (£12.01ph) (Full time equivalent salary £23,412.00) with biennial increments
An enhanced payment is paid for weekend hours of +25% hourly rate.
Location - The Hub, Taylorson Street, Ordsall, Salford M5 a Together Trust Service. But you may be asked to start the working day in another location, for example Stockport.
We are looking to recruit more than one individual and part time working could be considered.

Part time hours would require a minimum of 22.5 hours worked fully flexible across all operational hours, Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm
