Place2Be needs to recruit & support nearly one thousand Counsellors on Placement annually to provide 1:1 therapeutic support to children and young people in our partner schools. As a Counsellor on Placement Administrator, working as part of a passionate team led by the Placements Manager, you will lead on the recruitment administration and onboarding checks for Counsellors on Placement joining Place2Be. You will work closely with the Counsellor on Placement Officers to ensure Counsellors on Placement are recruited and placed in schools in a timely manner, from their first enquiry through to their first day in school.
You will be a key point of contact for Counsellors on Placement, Area Managers and other key stakeholders throughout the process. You will have proven experience in administration, alongside an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion to make a difference.

The Consultant role will support the Director and Mobilise team to coordinate and deliver a range of projects supporting our clients. About You
An excellent writer with the ability to develop persuasive proposals, you will be responsible for making funding applications to trusts and foundations and providing funding impact reports as required. You will be an experienced fundraiser with a strong understanding of effective trust fundraising techniques, sound analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail with experience of achieving financial targets. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong and effective relationships with funders and colleagues. You will be a strong communicator and creative thinker with the ability to work calmly under pressure and synthesise complex information to inspire a variety of audiences.
Whilst primarily based at Kew, there is the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.

Dreamflight is an independent UK charity that provides amazing holidays for children with a serious illness or disability.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To work with the Head of Fundraising & Communications in order to:
· Fully support individuals, Fundraising Groups and organisations who are fundraising for Dreamflight

· Grow income over the next five years by actively securing funds from existing and new income streams including individuals, corporates, legacies and Trust/Foundations

· Ensure all fundraising activities conform to regulations, legal requirements, best practice, organisational policy, branding etc and complete all necessary returns
· Maintain accurate records on all fundraising activity via the Salesforce database
· Report back on a regular basis to the Head of Fundraising and Communications
· Ensure donors and fundraisers are consistently and appropriately thanked

The Opportunity
We are looking for an Individual Giving Officer to become an integral member of the fundraising team as we look to diversify and grow our individual giving programme.
Individual giving is a key income stream for Born Free, and you will be supporting the Head of Public Fundraising to grow income from new and existing supporters, including through existing products and testing new ways for people to give. The successful candidate will be involved in areas such as our adoption programme, lottery, appeals, supporter acquisition, retention, stewardship, and digital fundraising.

The Role
Working collaboratively with the Head of Public Fundraising to develop and implement the Individual Giving strategy for income growth and supporter retention. The successful candidate will be detail-orientated, a team player, creative and able to work collaboratively as well as independently.

Key tasks will include:
- Supporter acquisition: work with Head of Public Fundraising to develop, project manage and deliver an integrated multi-channel rolling supporter acquisition across the individual giving portfolio.

- Manage suppliers and stakeholders: Ensuring high standards of delivery and collaboration are maintained within budgets and procurement requirements.
- Data insight: Work alongside the Head of Public Fundraising and Supporter Data & Insight Manager to ensure the selection and segmentation maximise results. Use campaign data to track and report on the effectiveness of activity, attrition levels, and inform decision-making and future planning.
- Strategy & Planning: Work alongside the Head of Public Fundraising and Director of Fundraising to produce and execute an effective and sustainable individual giving plan to grow income from new and existing donors.
- Budgets: Support the Head of Public Fundraising with compiling budgets, phasing and monitoring Individual Giving income and expenditure.
- External trends and regulation: Keep up to date with fundraising trends and legislation in relation to public fundraising, and ensure compliance with the Charity Commission, fundraising regulation and data protection requirements, including the General Data Protection Directive; Ensure all individual giving activity complies with the appropriate regulation and legislation and delivers an excellent experience for supporters.
The successful candidate should ideally demonstrate the following attributes:
- Direct marketing experience (essential) and digital marketing experience (essential)
- Highly numerate and extremely comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and KPIs
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build effective relationships with colleagues, donors and external suppliers.
- Proven experience in working with Microsoft Office, Excel, and relational databases (including data input), ideally with knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or equivalent CRM.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively to both external and internal audiences.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills and an ability to prioritise work, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.

The role
We are looking for a Trusts and Grants Officer to play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing success and expansion of our partnerships with trusts, foundations and statutory givers. Foster a deep understanding of FareShare’s work and strategy to create persuasive fundraising proposals that inspire and solicit funds. This includes working closely with colleagues in the wider Fundraising team to build a sound understanding of FareShare operations and where support is most needed.
Supporting with the team’s prospecting process, using your own research and sector knowledge to identify new opportunities from identification through to solicitation.
Lead the Trusts & Grants and wider Fundraising team on specific projects within FareShare’s work, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to gather information to inform fundraising activities.
Develop personalised stewardship plans to deepen funder relationships. Craft compelling written communications including emails, proposals, and reports to showcase the impact of trust support and celebrate key milestones. Support on and lead calls, meetings and visits to strengthen funder partnerships and engagement with our work.
Support the Trusts & Grants Manager and wider team as needed, especially in instances where a complex funding application requires more than one team member to complete.
Maintain accurate records of partner interactions in our CRM system and shared files, and consistently update financial records and account plans.

Skills & Experience
- Charity sector, and ideally trust fundraising experience, with demonstrable success of managing relationships with trusts and foundations to secure multiple five figure grants.
- Experience of researching, identifying and engaging new prospects, and securing new funding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good persuasive writing and proof-reading ability.
- Experience of creative proposal writing, and the ability to demonstrate clear outcomes and impact.

About the charity: Cavernomas look like raspberries and are found in the brain and spinal cord. They're formed of abnormal blood vessels with thin leaky walls, which can bleed at any age without warning. 1 in 625 people are thought to have a cavernoma, and whilst most people won't experience symptoms 1 in 2,700 do. Symptoms can include haemorrhages, seizures and other neurological problems. Treatment involves 'wait and see', neurosurgery or stereotactic radiosurgery; with no medications currently available.

About the roles: The Member Support Assistant is responsible for assisting our Volunteer Manager with administration relating to the support of the charity’s 4,000 members and volunteers. This includes offering a professional service to members of CAUK, typically via phone, email, online, chat, or on occasion in person. The role involves supporting the membership and volunteering processes, ensuring all admin is accurate and up to date. Over time the post-holder will be expected to build a good working knowledge of members and volunteers.
