Our role is exciting and varied and includes offering 1-1 counselling and therapeutic groups in different settings, both in schools and the community. We are looking for a qualified and experienced counsellor to join our team and help young people aged 11-25 to find their feet. In return we are a supportive team who are really passionate.
We use the BACP Ethical Framework to guide our practice and are seeking someone who is registered with the BACP or equivalent professional body. We would like to find someone who uses a range of counselling modalities creatively to meet the needs of young people. This role will involve some group work specifically around young women's mental health, so ideally you would have an interest in this thematic work.
There is some flexibility on working days but there is a requirement to work at least one evening per week up to 8pm. You would be working in different settings across North Cheshire East, including Knutsford, so access to transport would be an advantage. Occasional weekend work would also be required, although hours can be worked on a regular Saturday if preferred.

Enact have a vacancy for a Senior Youth and Community Worker to lead our open-access community youth provision. We are looking for an experienced youth practitioner to manage our youth team and work within the enact team to develop a range of engaging activities and training opportunities for young people with particular focus on those aged 10 to 19 in the Enfield community.
The Senior Youth and Community Worker needs to be a passionate, enthusiastic and professional. They will lead the youth team to create community-based opportunities for the whole family, in accordance with the ethos and values of Oasis. The Senior Youth worker will also support the enact team to develop and be involved in community cohesion projects involving children, families and youth.

Our Youth and Community team based at our North Bristol Hub in Lawrence Weston are looking for a special, talented, and adaptable Youth Worker, to help us strengthen and sustain our range of community and targeted youth programmes across Lawrence Weston, Shirehampton, Sea Mills, Henbury and Avonmouth. You will work alongside our Lead Youth Worker to:
· design, plan, and deliver weekly open access session for young people in Lawrence Weston
· deliver high quality 1:1 service through our Bridging programme across North Bristol
· deliver innovated activities for young people in the community in line with the city-wide Youth Vision.
We are looking for individuals who have:
· Experience of working alongside other statutory and voluntary organisations.
· Able to work a minimum of two evenings per week.
· Previous experience in implementing youth programmes.
· Knowledge of safeguarding practices with young people.
While a relevant qualification in Youth & Community Work would be desirable, we are open to applicants with significant experience instead.
