The responsibilities of the Senior Finance Officer (Cash) will include:
- Preparing cash flow forecasts to support cash management, and support the payment run process
- Providing cash flow reports to the Cabinet Office to support the monthly group submission to HM Treasury
- Working with the Cabinet Office Treasury team in relation to funding requests
- Supporting the payroll and staff costs recording, ad-hoc recharging and purchase to pay processes
- Supporting continuous process efficiencies and improvements across the function, delivering maximum value for the GPA and ensuring robust controls are in place
- Preparing and processing journals
- Acting as contact for external and internal auditors of cash and associated controls
- Building relationships with key staff across Finance and the business in order to maintain effectiveness.
- Working with stakeholders, especially the Property Partner, to ensure key information is provided to aid robust forecasting
Key Skills & Experience
- Good experience of accounts payable, receivable and cash management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse and interpret significant amounts of financial data
- Ability to develop productive relationships and effective networks with stakeholders across government organisations
- Good experience of systems and reporting e.g. Oracle

About the role
This is a practical, delivery-focused role at the heart of the organisation. The Head of IT & Data is responsible for the day-to-day oversight, improvement and coordination of Buttle UK’s IT systems, digital tools, data processes and information security.
You will work across all teams to understand how the organisation operates in practice, identify inefficiencies, and lead tangible improvements that reduce manual work, improve data quality, strengthen security and ensure value for money. You will manage key improvement projects, coordinate suppliers and consultants, and act as a trusted internal partner who can translate operational needs into effective technical solutions.
This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the detail, solving problems, improving how things work, and supporting colleagues to use systems confidently and securely.
What you will be doing

· Lead and deliver IT and process-improvement projects, including system integration, automation, security enhancements and system upgrades
· Analyse and map existing business processes across grants, fundraising, finance and operations, identifying inefficiencies and designing improved workflows
· Develop and maintain clear documentation, including SOPs, process maps, system configurations and data flows
· Oversee core organisational systems (including grants databases, CRM, finance systems and collaboration tools), ensuring reliability, data integrity and appropriate access controls
· Act as the main liaison with external IT providers, software vendors and consultants, managing performance, costs and deliverables
· Take ownership of data protection and information security practices, working with external specialists to ensure compliance with UK GDPR and Cyber Essentials standards
· Implement and maintain role-based access controls and robust cybersecurity measures
· Support staff through system changes, training and guidance, ensuring non-technical colleagues feel confident using IT tools
· Produce reports, dashboards and data extracts to support operational and management decision-making

About you
We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience who can operate independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver real improvements.
Essential experience and skills:
· Proven experience in a hands-on IT, systems administration, business systems or digital operations role
· Experience leading or coordinating IT improvement projects from scoping through to delivery
· Strong experience working with data, including reporting, troubleshooting and quality assurance
· Demonstrated ability to analyse processes and document them clearly
· Working knowledge of UK GDPR and information security principles

The Grants Coordinator is a key role within the ABCT team. Key responsibilities

The Grants Coordinator will need to be a team player who can work collaboratively and add value to the work. You will need to genuinely enjoy administration, be interested in ABCT's priority areas, and like building relationships. You will have emotional intelligence, and will enjoy being part of a small, friendly team. You will need experience of working with a range administrative systems and processes, be a good communicator and team player, and be flexible, organised, and have a demonstrable passion for our work. ABCT are particularly keen to hear from candidates who have a connection to the kinds of organisations and groups they fund and/or personal experience of the priority areas.
The role is 21 hours per week. ABCT are flexible about how these hours are worked, such as over 3 days or spread over 5 days. About the Role
We Are Survivors are currently looking for individuals that have the passion, drive and determination to help us deliver our OUT Spoken Talking Therapy Services in HMP Garth and HMP Wymott.
We Are Survivors provide survivor-focused therapeutic and advocacy support to male (including Trans and Non-binary) victims/survivors, and their loved ones, of sexual harms. We have developed a three-tiered approach to services and underpin everything we do with a ‘trauma and recovery’ framework pioneered by Dr Judith Herman.
We are currently commissioned to deliver trauma-informed therapy services in 15 prisons across the Northwest of England and we require postings in our prisons across Merseyside, Lancaster and Cheshire. Please note we have no vacancies in our Greater Manchester prisons.
About You
You will be a qualified counsellor / psychotherapist who holds at least a Diploma in Counselling / Psychotherapy or equivalent and be registered with BACP or equivalent (preferably an accredited member). You will understand issues relating to trauma, be able to work as part of a team and feel confident working in a prison setting. You will hold a full driving licence, have access to a vehicle and be within a reasonable commute to estates.

Key Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for the Data Administrator will include but are not restricted to, the following:
Database Management and Security
- Handle day-to-day tasks: creating/running reports, importing data, retention processes, cleansing, maintenance, and advising on best practices.
- Work as part of a team to ensure compliance with Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, and DUA Act 2025.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitoring exisitng intergrations to ensure they work and data entry is accurate.
- Liaise with internal teams and external consultants.
- Conduct regular testing, analyse metrics, troubleshoot issues, and optimise efficiency.
Support Internal Staff Training
- Support Head of Data in training staff on best practices for data entry and management.
- Create and manage training materials and processes.
Data Segmentation
- Work with teams to segment data for personalised communications.
Data Insights, Analytics and AI
- Provide insights and analysis via reports, dashboards, analytics tools.
- Manage data to enable analytics and AI usage.
Specific Duties
1. Manage, create and administer reports and dashboards as requested by internal teams and the Head of Data.
2. Develop and maintain data entry and reporting processes.
3. Monitor data quality and integrity to maintain a high level of accuracy.
4. Conduct regular audits of data processes and manage data retention to ensure compliance with regulations (Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, DUA Act 2025).
5. Perform database de-duplication and cleansing procedures regularly.
6. Define, manage, and document issues, resolutions, checks, and testing following team methodology.
7. Assist internal teams in data segmentation for personalised communications.
8. Troubleshoot data issues in collaboration with internal teams.
9. Liaise with third-party software providers to ensure seamless and accurate data transfers.
10. General database administration tasks e.g. creating users, resetting passwords.
11. Report regularly to the Head of Data on performance metrics.
Skills and Experience
1. Understanding of data analysis, reporting, and presenting data clearly.
2. Strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel.
3. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
4. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
5. Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot effectively.
6. Process-driven approach with strong documentation skills.
7. Ability to prioritise conflicting needs and manage workload independently.
8. Adaptable and quick to learn, with motivation to improve skills.
Personal Circumstances and Attributes
1. Self-starter who can initiate and complete tasks independently.
2. Organised and logical thinker.

NRAS Structure
The post holder will report to the Head of Data and will work closely with the Data Team, and all colleagues throughout the organisation as data users.
