We are looking for someone to join the St Mungo’s People, Culture and Inclusion team as a Senior Internal Communications Officer. You will work closely with the Head of Internal Communications, and Internal Communications Officer to develop and deliver clear, consistent communications that inform and engage colleagues.
In the role of Senior Internal Communications Officer you will produce content for a range of communication channels, alongside other key responsibilities:
- Leading the day-to-day management and longer term improvements of our intranet, ensuring it is easy for colleagues to find the information they need to continue doing.
- Play a key role in managing our regular webinars and events for colleagues, and have opportunities to lead on communications campaigns and projects.
- Advising colleagues on communications best practice and promoting a culture of mutual respect, diversity and inclusion.
In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.
About you
We are looking for a creative individual with excellent communication skills who can demonstrate their experience of working in a communications role, ideally for an internal audience.
- You will have experience of creating compelling and accessible communications in different formats for a range of offline and offline channels.
- You will have an interest in working with others, and able to build positive relationships with colleagues including senior stakeholders.
- You will have hands-on experience of managing and developing intranets or websites, and be confident coordinating and managing both online and offline events.
- You will also be able to demonstrate experience of planning and evaluating campaigns and projects to ensure they support our strategic goals.

The role
The senior data & insights officer will report to the database manager.
Excellent use of and understanding of our data is crucial to the success of our fundraising activity. This role will support all elements of direct marketing and campaign work for the fundraising team. Using Raiser’s Edge (RE7/RENXT), the post holder will lead on complex data selections for integrated, multi-channel supporter communications, and present meaningful data analysis of fundraising activity. Our dynamic fundraising department is preparing for an ambitious multimillion-pound campaign in support of a ground-breaking cancer centre on the site of the Royal Free Hospital. About the role
As Fundraising Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting RFUK’s income generation and donor engagement strategies. Working closely with the Senior Fundraising Coordinator, you’ll contribute to a range of activities—from researching trusts and foundations, assisting with grant applications, and managing donor care, to supporting events like the London Marathon and helping implement our digital engagement strategy.
This is a part-time role (21 hours per week), fixed-term for 12 months with the possibility of extension. Based in London with hybrid working options, we offer flexibility, a supportive culture, and the chance to make a lasting difference.

You’re an organised and proactive individual with demonstrable experience in fundraising, ideally within a charity or international development context. Beyond Reflections is a UK charity providing dedicated mental-wellbeing support to Trans+ people, as well as to their families,
friends, and allies. We offer a combination of group support, one-to-one services, and therapeutic interventions delivered by experienced case workers, counsellors, and therapists.
Our work spans both online and in-person settings, ensuring support is accessible, confidential, and rooted in compassion.
From facilitated support groups and tailored counselling to mentoring, safe social spaces, and specialist guidance, we aim to meet people where they are and provide the right help at the right time.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love, companionship and emotional support. This is coupled with the provision of emotional and practical support services for anyone with hearing loss.
Following on from a strategic review, the charity is now entering an exciting period of growth and expanding their Individual Giving Directorate, to enable them to transform many more lives across the UK.
Playing a pivotal role in supporting this growth, the Associate Director of Performance Marketing is a newly created and influential position with significant scope to shape how Hearing Dogs grows their supporter base, sustains their supporter and volunteer community and attracts more people to their services through impactful digital and multi-channel marketing. The postholder will lead marketing activity that is insight-led and audience focused to ensure that each campaign strengthens connection, builds loyalty and generates sustainable income. Purpose of the job
The successful candidate will be employed as part of the Evidence Team working in a supportive, dynamic and fast-moving environment. While the post is initially funded for 1 year, there is likely to be further funding to work on projects related to water quality monitoring/modelling and nature-based solutions beyond this date. You will undertake water quality monitoring, co-ordinate networks of citizen scientists to monitor water quality, perform dataset analysis, perform water quality modelling, and provide advice and guidance on the best nature-based solutions. This job would suit somebody with experience in monitoring water quality and/or nature-based solutions, and working with volunteers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Support the delivery of various projects – including constructing work plans, achieving project milestones.
· Routine maintenance of probes, water testing kits and other field equipment.
· Data inputting, analysis, presentation and visualisation using a variety of software and online tools such as Excel, ArcGIS, QGIS.
· Production of high impact verbal and written reports aimed at a range of expert and non-expert audiences.
· Undertake surface water sampling and data collection, analysis and interpretation of results, desk-based studies and project reports and recommendations.
· Coordinate stakeholders across projects and partnerships to implement/co-develop new tools/approaches to data and evidence analysis/modelling.
