The Island Procurement and Logistics Coordinator will support the Procurement and Logistics Lead in managing the island’s supply chain and logistics. You’ll handle everything from receiving and storing goods to coordinating deliveries and supporting operations across multiple teams. You’ll also act as a driver for island operations and provide cover for mainland procurement when needed.

Core Responsibilities to include but not be limited to:

• Support the Procurement Lead with supplier orders and admin.

• Coordinate logistics with drivers, construction teams, marine fleet, and island operations

We’re looking for a Procurement & Logistics Mainland Coordinator to join our team to support the smooth running of our Dornie site and mainland supply chain and logistics. This role covers the receipt, handling, storage, and distribution of goods, coordination of logistics with internal teams, and administration of fuel management. The individual will also act as a driver for mainland operations and provide cover across the procurement and stores function when required.

Job Purpose

This role sits within our new project supporting male asylum seekers accommodated in hotels based in Ealing. The service aims to address mental health challenges exacerbated by displacement, trauma, and isolation, with a culturally sensitive approach that prioritises language accessibility, stigma reduction, and improved access to onward referrals.

This will be achieved through in-reach targeted group sessions and 1:1 tailored support sessions, addressing:

• Psychoeducation
• Emotional regulation and coping support
• Peer-based and social connection activities

The Role

The role of the Mental Health (Asylum Seekers) Coordinator is to engage male asylum seekers who are accommodated in hotels in Ealing; arrange, coordinate and facilitate a range of culturally appropriate psychoeducation, peer-led and expressive activities which will be delivered twice a week. The role will also include 1:1 sessions; providing mental health stabilisation, advice and support to connect with wider services including multilingual engagement. This role includes autonomous and creative thinking.

The Sheppard Trust provides homes for older women in housing need, and we support them to live independently.  We reduce loneliness and isolation by fostering a supportive community spirit. 

We're planning to move to brand-new, purpose built accommodation near Hampton Court village in Surrey.   Whilst we wait for the build to complete, 20 of our existing residents are temporarily housed in Mill Hill, with 4 housed in Greenford.  Their new homes are expected to be ready in July 2026.   The aim of this role is to support these residents before, during and after our move, as well as to plan, organise and deliver the logistics of the moves.

We're a small friendly team who are currently flexibly hybrid working.  This role is based on 21 hours a week, with two visits per week to Mill Hill and occasional visits to Greenford and Hampton Court.  The rest of the work could be carried out from home if desired.  From July to September when the moves take place the workload will be higher and more on-site attendance may be necessary on move days.   

The right appointment is important to us, so we're willing to discuss proposals for alternative working arrangements including adding additional responsibilities to create a full time role. There will be the opportunity to apply for permanent positions at the  new site if wished.

The Volunteer Management team is responsible for embedding an organisational approach to volunteer engagement which enables volunteers to feel inspired, valued, supported, and connected to the charity, where they are a vital part of our community.

The Volunteer Coordinator plays a significant part in contributing to the success of the team in coordinating key parts of the ‘volunteer journey’ (recruiting, induction, training, supporting, and retaining volunteers). Of equal importance is influencing colleagues and providing advice and guidance whilst building collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders. The role is vital to establishing good practice in volunteer involvement, developing a culture of positive engagement and raising the profile of volunteering internally and externally.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Relationships, teamwork and collaboration

· Build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across the charity to identify and implement ways to enrich the volunteer experience, maximise the volunteer opportunities and strengthen the volunteer infrastructure.

· Work collaboratively with teams that manage volunteers to provide good practice advice and guidance on effective volunteer supervision.

· Promote a positive culture of engagement that values, embeds, and promotes the work of volunteers both internally and externally.

· Coordinate the administration volunteer recruitment and selection process to foster an environment that promotes equality, diversity and inclusivity and ensure a fair and consistent approach is followed.

· Act as the first port of contact for internal and external enquiries, coordinating the shared volunteer email inbox.

· Lead and support the effective delivery of volunteer involving activities at weekend events, where necessary.

The Role

Pregnant Then Screwed’s Tribunal Mentor Programme is a peer-to-peer support service for women and parents taking legal action against an employer for pregnancy and maternity discrimination. We match mentees with volunteer mentors who have been through the Employment Tribunal process themselves for 12 weeks of support through weekly calls. We relaunched the programme in October 2025, and now, with funding from The National Lottery, we are looking for a part time Support Services Coordinator to help us grow and maintain new mentoring matches. 

As the Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting and inducting mentees and volunteers onto the programme and supporting matches throughout their journey. You’ll also drive engagement with the programme, and develop recruitment strategies for potential volunteers and mentees. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the Tribunal Mentor Programme and volunteers. 

• Welcoming new mentee and mentor applicants to the programme through 121 and group calls. 

• Recruitment and engagement of new volunteers and participants. 

• Monitoring our Community WhatsApp groups and responding to enquiries.

• Hosting regularly mentor and mentee online check-ins.

• Researching further support and signposting options for mentees.

• General administrative tasks, including managing volunteer and mentoring data, supporting the Head of Support Services with reporting data and responding to general enquiries. 

• Supporting our Head of Support Services with volunteer training, policy and process development. 

• Supporting other Support Services projects where necessary.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Volunteer engagement - demonstrated through experience managing or coordinating volunteers.

What We Offer 

• Flexible working is embedded in our culture with employees working different hours, and days of the week. 

• 34 days annual leave, including statutory bank holidays. This is pro-rata for part-time staff.

The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) keeps the global Movement thriving, united and growing. This role operates within the context of a volunteer-led global charitable organisation with 153 Member Organisations. 

Job Purpose: 

The purpose of this role is to coordinate and support Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) across WAGGGS’ Learning and Leadership Development (LLD) portfolio and other global programmes, as needed. The role supports the development and implementation of organisational and programme-level MEL frameworks, systems and tools, and contributes to effective data collection, learning and reporting.

The MEL Coordinator collaborates with the organisational MEL Manager and wider MEL team to ensure alignment with organisational MEL approaches, standards and systems, while providing day-to-day MEL coordination and technical support to LLD teams and other programmes.

Key Responsibilities: 

Programme MEL 

1.  Development and delivery of MEL framework & system for LLD, and other WAGGGS delivery areas, in alignment with organisational MEL standards.

2. Support the integration and consistent use of MEL methodologies across teams and volunteer-led activities, contributing to a shared approach to evidence and learning. 

3. Consolidate, analyse and synthesise evidence from young women, volunteers, Member Organisations, and staff to support programme learning, adaptation and reporting. 

4. Provide technical support and guidance on all related MEL activities.

Organisational MEL  

1. Contribute to the testing, design, and finalization of a WAGGGS’ organisation-wide Theory of Change, providing technical input and coordinating inputs from teams during the final development phase. 

2. Support the coordination and operationalisation of organisational MEL framework, tools, systems, and reporting processes, in collaboration with the organisational MEL Manager and wider MEL team.

3. Coordinate and support MEL capacity strengthening activities across teams, including guidance, training and troubleshooting, as appropriate. 

4. Support integration of learning and reflection practices into organisational planning, reporting, and reviewing processes.

Age UK's Telephone Friendship Service is recruiting for Friendship Coordinators to join our growing team!

Loneliness is a major issue that is now widely recognised in society today, particularly amongst older people. By scheduling weekly calls from our trained volunteers, Age UK's National Telephone Friendship Service provides older people with a chance to make a new friend from the comfort of their home.

As a Friendship Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and supporting the thousands of matches between our members and volunteers across the UK. Whether you are answering emails and calls, ensuring safeguarding measures are upheld or supporting members and volunteers through the onboarding processes, you will be helping to ensure this much needed service reaches those who need it most, in a safe and efficient manner.

Utilising your excellent customer service skills, you will be the first port of call to support our volunteers and older members - so you'll need to be comfortable spending a lot of time on the phone and communicating by email. You'll also need to be passionate about supporting older people and have a good understanding of older people's needs.

This role can either be based at our office in Blackpool, or in Ashburton Devon. We offer a hybrid model of home and office based-working, so you will need to be within a reasonable distance of either the Blackpool or Devon office and be willing to travel there regularly. As a guide, the team currently work from the office once a fortnight but please be aware this could increase in the future.

You will work a 35-hour working week, 5 days out of 7 with start and end times between 8am and 6pm. It will include weekend and bank holiday shifts, which will be arranged on a rota basis.

Key responsibilities

The Grants Coordinator will need to be a team player who can work collaboratively and add value to the work. You will need to genuinely enjoy administration, be interested in ABCT's priority areas, and like building relationships. You will have emotional intelligence, and will enjoy being part of a small, friendly team. You will need experience of working with a range administrative systems and processes, be a good communicator and team player, and be flexible, organised, and have a demonstrable passion for our work. The role is 21 hours per week. ABCT are flexible about how these hours are worked, such as over 3 days or spread over 5 days. The Role:

• Managing the appeals donation process, including opening post, batching cheques, recording donations on CRM, banking and acknowledgements
• Acting as the first point of contact for supporter enquiries via phone, email and post, responding in a warm, friendly and professional manner
• Supporting Individual Giving activities, including drafting copy, proofreading artwork, checking data and contributing to digital fundraising
• Leading on the thanking process, including drafting content and setting up mail merges for appeal thank-you letters
• Working closely with colleagues across the organisation during key fundraising periods
• Liaising with suppliers and managing equipment used for in-house donation processing
• Supporting ad hoc projects such as due diligence tasks, legacy and in-mem acknowledgements, and data reporting
• Being flexible to support fundraising events (e.g. London Marathon)
