The Parliamentary Green Party now has 4 MPs and 2 Peers. Our ambition to increase individual and collective impact will depend on bold, high-profile issue-based campaigns designed to both achieve change and shape the political agenda. Managing and working with a team of 4 parliamentary media officers, you will be responsible for maximising the positive political impact of the MPs through the development and delivery of these campaigns, as well as more short term reactive interventions.  This role is based in Parliament and will be managed by the Chief of Staff to the Green MPs.

We are currently looking for a Communications and Website Officer to join a small, busy Communications Team.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about creating engaging and accessible website content. Whilst utilising digital tools such as SEO, PPC and social media advertising to expand the reach of our support and awareness of PSP & CBD.

In this varied and hands-on role, you'll support the execution of our communications strategy across our website and digital advertising platforms. Working closely with the Communications Manager, you will plan and manage content updates on our website, creating compelling and accessible content that brings our work to life. You'll also lead our digital advertising using SEO, PPC and Paid-For Social Media techniques, ensuring adverts align with on and offline content.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in using CMS platforms (Wordpress or similar), and confident using tools like CRM, SEO, PPC, and performance analytics.

About the role

The purpose of this role is to drive policy development across our policy priority areas. The Policy Officer will lead on specific policy projects, commissioning research, developing policy positions, and producing reports and consultation responses.

This role will cover a broad range of issues across one of our strategic goals – prevention and diagnosis; access to treatment; and living well with arthritis. Our approach considers the needs of people of all ages who have arthritis.

As an Impact Analyst you will work within a team of skilled analysts. A key programme you will become an integral part of delivering will be a community based, preventative emotional resilience and wellbeing pilot called Turning Tides

Turning Tides is a two-year pilot programme testing innovative means of protecting and promoting the mental health and wellbeing of vulnerable young people along the North Yorkshire Coast. The programme leverages local organisations and their expertise, providing each young person a dedicated coach who works to identify a participant's strengths and ambitions – and takes a community-based asset development approach to match those goals with opportunities in the local area.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include.

· Overseeing all data related aspects of the programme including data collection, extraction, cleaning, analysis, reporting, and presentation.

· Gathering and analysing quantitative and qualitative data to measure the impact of service innovations for the programmes you are working across. Produce regular reports and insights that aid decision making to continuously improve programme design.

· Taking initiative to propose and implement relevant analyses to the project to maximise positive impact for participants with the programmes you are supporting.

· Building relationships and working at times directly with Delivery Partners (VCSE organisations who are delivering the frontline services for the programme) to ensure they are able to use the data systems accurately and effectively,

· Identifying opportunities for process automation and improving utilisation of management data by colleagues across the programme.

· Supporting the Programme Lead on all operational and project management needs, including coordination of team activities and providing other administrative support.

· Working with the Investment Lead and colleagues in Finance, to ensure invoices for outcomes achieved by participants within programmes are processed.

About the role

Northern Ireland has an amazingly rich heritage of church and chapel buildings that we want to see well maintained, valued and in use. We’re looking for a Support Officer – based in Northern Ireland – who can help us to complete the delivery of our pioneering The National Lottery Heritage Fund project. About the Role:

You will co-ordinate and deliver a statutory independent visitor service to children and young people in care or care leavers of Manchester.

You will recruit, assess and train volunteers to become independent visitors, who are volunteer befrienders to children and young people looked after or care leavers. You will manage a cash flow to fund suitable activities for independent visitors to enjoy with the young person. You will manage data and reporting for this statutory service so that service leads and other stakeholders can understand the activity in the service.

We are a child led service, you will not act outside of the young person’s instructions (except in matters of child protection and safety.)You will build strong relationships with the child or young person, independent visitors and other significant adults, you will support Independent Visitors to develop long term, meaningful friendships with the young person.

You will work in partnership with other parts of the service, organisation and external agencies and professionals. This is to ensure there are pathways to attract and retain Independent Visitors in the area and sometimes out of area.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Money Advice Caseworker to supervise our money advice team and assist clients with complex debt problems and income maximisation.

The role includes to:

• Assist in providing and developing a high quality money advice service
• Undertake specialist level money advice casework
• Provide the line management and technical supervision of project staff and volunteers

 To be successful you will need:

• Experience of providing support and supervision to colleagues to aid their development and meet quality standards
• Two years recent experience as a money advice caseworker in a target driven environment
• Hold an accredited qualification in debt advice
• A commitment and understanding of the Service’s aims, principles and equal opportunities policies

The Finance Assistant will support the Senior Finance Manager and Finance and Operations Director. They will be responsible for all aspects of sale, purchase and nominal ledger, credit control, payments and various reconciliations. General management account duties will also be required

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the shared inbox and respond to queries to internal and external contacts in a timely and courteous manner.
• Log purchase invoices into the finance system and request authorisation from budget holders, ensuring that documentation is complete and correct.
• Issue all sales invoices and maintain funders invoicing schedule.
• Request and reconcile supplier statements.
• Ensure finance policies are followed for the set-up of new customers and suppliers.
• Support internal team with expense reimbursements, including maintaining the expenses software and relevant reconciliations. Follow up on missing documentation or evidence of non-compliance.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and issue remittance advices.
• Issue statements to customers and regular credit control activities.
• Check ledgers for missing costs. Identify and resolve missing costs or discrepancies in ledgers.
• Complete reconciliations to ensure payments are allocated and accounted for correctly.
• Reconciliations between the Salesforce and accounting system Assist with month-end and other management accounts functions.
• Support the finance team with other ad-hoc tasks, such as posting journals, payroll and annual audit.

Experience

• Proven experience in a finance or accounting role in a not-for profit organisation.
• Experience of maintaining records, finance and administrative systems.

To take responsibility for the co-ordination, organisation of and entries to all public examinations across Inscape House School. To ensure Inscape House School adhere to the legal framework for the Joint Council for Qualifications and for all examination bodies

Reports to : Deputy Head of Upper School 

Responsibilities include but are not exhaustive;

• To have full responsibility for the organisation and supervision of the school and extended services as an examination centre, ensuring adequate security and the adherence to appropriate examination board regulations and routines.
• To timetable all external and internal examinations.  
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of entries to examination bodies.
• To oversee correspondence with curriculum areas and examination boards.
• Deliver training on invigilation and facilitation of access arrangements.
• Actively engage in training sessions, meetings and other directed tasks, to support the school’s priorities and to ensure their own professional development.
• Attend staff meetings and planning meetings when required.
• Report any safeguarding concerns to the Senior Designated Person.
• Adhere to all safeguarding policies, practices and expectations including online safety.
• Support the safe arrival and departure of the children and young people to and from school on LA or parental transport

About You;

• Recent Exams Officer Training.
• Experience of working as an Exams Officer.
• Strong administrative skills 
• Experience of JCQ inspections in relation to delivery of exams and access arrangements.
• Experience of exam timetabling and facilitating access arrangements.
• The ability to keep records in an orderly fashion and prioritise competing tasks within specified time constraints
• Flexibility in dealing with changing circumstances. 
• A proficient level of spoken and written English.
• Evidence of recent relevant professional development.
• An understanding of the JCQ regulations for delivering examinations and for access arrangements.
• Strong personal resilience.

Spark Inside runs coaching programmes in prisons across London and the South East, to encourage rehabilitation and reduce reoffending. 

We are one of the first organisations to take life coaching to people living and working in prison and to use systems coaching to bring together staff and prisoners in UK prisons. Our expert coaches are qualified and trained professionals. In addition to developing and delivering innovative coaching programmes, we are also committed to working with parliamentarians and government officials to influence criminal justice policy, and shift the perception of people in prison, platforming their voices and highlighting their unlocked potential.

To achieve our ambitious strategy, Spark Inside is seeking a Communications Manager to help raise the charity’s public profile, build influence with policymakers, attract funders and commissioners, and ensure the lived experience of young people in the justice system shapes our messaging, campaigns and strategy.

You will work with the Head of Communications and Advocacy to deliver a programme of compelling external communications activities through digital, print, press and events in order to increase Spark Inside’s visibility and ensure our key messages are wide-reaching and impactful.

You will report to the Head of Communications & Advocacy and work closely alongside our Participation and Engagement Manager and Policy Lead, with line management responsibility for a part-time Communications Officer. You will also work with a range of external freelancers on design, film and print. You will build and maintain good relationships with colleagues across the whole Spark Inside team, offering support and advice as well as drawing on their expertise and insights to make our communications impactful and engaging.

While target-driven, you will have a supportive style and work in a highly collaborative way with colleagues across the organisation.

You will share a passion for our cause, and a commitment to high standards. You will be highly organized, enthusiastic and motivated, with a talent for building relationships and networking.
