Salary: £32,297 - £38,182 depending on experience and qualifications
About the role:
Join us in shaping the future of People and Culture at the British Museum, as we procure a new best-in-class HR and Recruitment System (HRIS).
As our HRIS technical lead, you'll play a key role in improving how we manage and use people data, ensuring our systems are accurate, efficient, and aligned with the Museum's evolving needs. You'll be the go-to expert for HRIS support, data analysis, and system enhancements, helping us deliver a high-quality service to our teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking transformation programme, working closely with our People Systems and Payroll Manager, and Head of People Transformation.

Key areas of responsibility:
- Be the technical expert for the HRIS providing support and coaching to colleagues and new users, reporting any required fixes, testing and support continuous development of the HRIS.
- Provide project support with the delivery of the HRIS project, including but not limited to the design, procurement and implementation of a modern and future-focussed HRIS.
- Ensure data integrity through the use and creation of validation reports to identify and correct issues, errors and anomalies in relation to post, employee, pay and reporting lines.
- Cleanse, prepare and analyse people related data to support the production of the People Management Reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
