£18,505.60 pro-rata

Location: Chelmsford, Essex (Office Based)

About the role:You'll play a key part in supporting the operational management of our services in the Essex by providing high quality business administration support.



We're looking for an efficient and well organised Business Administration & Support Officer with the ability to support our services to make a real impact in the lives of children and young people.



Key skills and experience:

The required skills and competencies for this role are:

-The ability to prioritise and manage own workload (essential).

-The ability to work confidently alone and as part of a team (essential).

-Previous experience of working in an administrative position in a paid or voluntary capacity (essential).



It would also be an advantage if you have any of the following skills and competencies:

-Level 2 admin based qualification (desirable)

-Understanding and working knowledge of data protection.

-Previous experience of communicating with members of the public, as service users or customers, in a paid or voluntary capacity (desirable).
