What you'll do
Working closely with colleagues across the Trust, you'll develop and manage employer and training partnerships that support young people into employment and learning opportunities.
You'll:
- Build and develop partnerships with employers, training providers and sector networks to create high-quality employment, training and work experience opportunities for young people.
- Work closely with local delivery teams to understand regional priorities and ensure partnership activity supports our place-based strategy and organisational goals.
- Identify new opportunities, onboard employer partners and monitor partnership performance, ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and Trust policies.
- Collaborate with Delivery Partnership Development Managers across the UK to share best practice, maximise national partnerships and improve opportunities for young people.
- Capture partnership activity and performance data, using insights to demonstrate impact, support reporting and continuously improve our services.

We're looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
You'll bring:
- Experience building partnerships with employers, training providers or other external stakeholders that deliver positive outcomes.
- A strong understanding of employment pathways, recruitment and the opportunities available to young people across different sectors.
- The ability to translate strategy into practical partnership plans that deliver measurable impact.
- Excellent relationship-building, networking and influencing skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders.
- A commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, and creating opportunities that are accessible to all young people.
