This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical expertise with collaboration and problem-solving. Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, marketing and supporter data, you'll manage complex data selections, oversee data imports into Microsoft Dynamics and use SQL to deliver accurate, timely insights that power successful campaigns. Your work will directly support fundraising activity and ensure every supporter has the best possible experience.

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead the delivery of accurate supporter data selections and imports to support fundraising and marketing campaigns.
  • Use SQL and Microsoft Dynamics to manipulate, segment and manage data, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Partner with fundraising and marketing teams to optimise supporter journeys and provide expert advice on data-driven campaigns.
  • Help shape and improve processes, documentation and best practice across our Supporter Data function.

We're looking for someone with strong SQL and data management experience, a passion for data quality and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions. If you enjoy working collaboratively, solving complex problems and want your expertise to make a genuine difference, we'd love to hear from you.
