Operations and Project Lead

Over the past 6 years, we’ve grown into one of the region’s most recognised wellbeing organisations, with 5,000+ people engaging in our programmes and a strong track record of reaching communities often excluded from traditional services.

We’re looking for an organised, people-centred Operations and Project Lead who can turn vision into delivery. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build calm structure in a fast-moving environment, support staff and volunteers well, strengthen partnerships, oversee budgets and reporting, and help secure future funding to sustain and grow our work.

You’ll be joining an organisation that blends lived experience with professional expertise, and builds culturally competent, evidence-based work side by side with local communities.
