The Talent Set is delighted to partner with a fantastic charity on a fantastic Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser role. This position is vital in building sustainable relationships with local businesses and communities to support the organisation’s mission through innovative fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to secure corporate partnerships and funding opportunities.
- Identify and engage prospective business partners through cold outreach, networking events, and existing contacts.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate sponsors and supporters, ensuring strong relationship management.
- Support the organisation’s Charity of the Year campaigns and regular giving programmes to achieve income targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape compelling storytelling that resonates with potential partners.
- Organise and participate in networking events to raise awareness and foster new collaborations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on partnership development and fundraising progress.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in corporate fundraising or business development, ideally within the charity or social enterprise sector.
- Access to a car is essential for this role.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills, confident in engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to blend commercial thinking with compelling storytelling to inspire support.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable attending events and travelling locally as needed.
- A genuine commitment to social impact and community development.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £37,000 per annum
Hybrid working: 3 days in office in Hertfordshire
