Head of Campaigns and Marketing
Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with the client on a fantastic Head of Campaigns and Marketing role. This leadership position involves shaping and executing strategic marketing campaigns to elevate the organisation’s visibility and engagement within the charity sector. The successful candidate will drive innovative initiatives that align with the client’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support organisational goals.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics to ensure results meet targets, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging.
- Manage outside agencies and internal teams to deliver creative content and outreach programmes.
- Stay informed of sector trends and incorporate best practices into campaign planning.
- Oversee budget allocation and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Foster an inclusive and innovative approach to campaign development and delivery.
Person Specification
- Proven experience leading large-scale marketing campaigns, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate goals into compelling campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Demonstrable experience managing teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring success and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach.
- Resilience and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £249.01 basic pay + £39.98 holiday pay
