Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Individual Giving Campaign Manager role. This position involves leading donor engagement campaigns across multiple channels, supporting fundraising objectives, and delivering impactful community outreach to strengthen supporter relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel fundraising campaigns to increase donor retention and acquisition.
- Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure campaign delivery aligns with organisational goals.
- Analyse campaign performance, interpret data insights, and implement test-and-learn strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling messaging and targeted marketing approaches.
- Oversee budget management and ensure activities are delivered within financial parameters.
- Support the development of donor engagement strategies that promote long-term supporter loyalty.
- Maintain adherence to organisational policies and best practices in fundraising activities.
- Contribute to planning and reporting activities related to campaign outcomes and fundraising targets.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or campaign management within the charity sector.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital, direct mail, and telemarketing.
- Ability to analyse data, measure campaign effectiveness, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Excellent organisational skills, with experience managing external agencies and vendors.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Knowledge of supporter relationship management and retention strategies.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £37,000 - £44,000
