Membership Engagement Officer

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a progressive organisation in recruiting a Membership Engagement Officer. This role involves fostering meaningful relationships with members, enhancing engagement initiatives, and supporting the growth of the organisation’s community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase member involvement and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with members through various channels to promote engagement activities.
• Organise and coordinate member events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
• Gather feedback from members to identify areas for improvement and new service offerings.
• Manage membership databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent messaging and initiatives.
• Monitor engagement metrics and prepare reports to track progress and outcomes.

Person Specification

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a personable approach to relationship building.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and organise events or initiatives.
• Proficiency in using membership management systems and CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent member experiences.
• Ability to analyse data and generate insightful reports.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently within a collaborative environment.

What’s on Offer
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience

Hybrid working | 3 days a week in London
