Interim Partnerships Manager
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a top health charity on a fantastic Interim Partnerships Manager role. This contract position offers an opportunity to lead and develop strategic partnerships that will significantly impact the organisation’s mission during a 5-month engagement starting in January.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, establish, and nurture relationships with diverse external partners aligned with organisational goals.
- Manage partnership portfolios, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with organisational priorities.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on partnership performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth within the charity sector.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders, representing the organisation professionally and effectively.
- Contribute to the development of partnership policies and best practices.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships within non-profit or charity environments.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Ability to independently manage projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
- Demonstrated understanding of the charity sector and related funding landscapes.
- Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach.
