The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a top health charity on a fantastic Interim Partnerships Manager role. This contract position offers an opportunity to lead and develop strategic partnerships that will significantly impact the organisation’s mission during a 5-month engagement starting in January.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and nurture relationships with diverse external partners aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage partnership portfolios, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with organisational priorities.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on partnership performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Identify new opportunities for collaboration and growth within the charity sector.
• Act as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders, representing the organisation professionally and effectively.
• Contribute to the development of partnership policies and best practices.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships within non-profit or charity environments.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to independently manage projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.
• Demonstrated understanding of the charity sector and related funding landscapes.
• Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach.
