Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our client on a fantastic Senior Individual Giving Executive role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage impactful fundraising campaigns, supporting a charitable organisation dedicated to making a difference for children. The role involves strategic campaign planning, budget management, and building strong relationships internally and externally, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing supporter acquisition and stewardship strategies, utilising a mix of channels including direct mail, digital, telemarketing, and face-to-face.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, overseeing creative development, liaising with external suppliers, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and organisational standards.
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring expenditure aligns with forecasts and analysing results to inform future strategies.
- Analyse campaign performance, evaluate effectiveness, and generate insightful reports to optimise current and future activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with organisational objectives and brand messaging.
- Maintain and develop relationships with external partners, including creative agencies, printers, media suppliers, and professional fundraising agencies.
- Support the mentoring and development of junior team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Undertake research on organisational activities related to fundraising campaigns.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience managing multi-channel fundraising or direct marketing campaigns, including digital, direct mail, and telemarketing.
- Strong budgeting skills with experience monitoring and forecasting campaign income and expenditure.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communicator, capable of providing clear feedback and building relationships with internal colleagues and external suppliers.
- Analytical mindset with skills in evaluating campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations, GDPR compliance, and data segmentation principles.
What’s on Offer:
- Salary: £32,000-£34,000
- Location: Remote
- Contract: FTC until March 2027
