This is a newly created role to support in our growth and commercialisation of our products. We are looking for a commercially minded individual who can lead on income generation for National Services.

We are at an exciting time where we have a mixture of existing offers as well as new products ready to launch, including, Autism Confidence, e-learning and our Careers Education Framework.

We have been working with employers, schools and higher education institutes for several years in the development of our Employ Autism programme, providing training and consultancy for employers and education providers as well as paid work experience for autistic young people.

You'll secure income from employers, providers and partners for our Employability and Training team through our Employ Autism programme, developing and implementing a sales plan to secure new long-term strategic partnerships with nationwide businesses.

• A demonstrable track record of working successfully with businesses in a development capacity to acquire and maximise relationships.

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the day to day management of recruitment activity, ensuring we meet annual targets for 800+ seasonal positions working with children and young people. The Recruitment Manager will generate and apply attraction strategies, line manage a team of recruiters, lead candidate interviews, implement and measure recruitment targets and activity and recommend improvements to the Head of Recruitment and Compliance. We are recruiting Employment Advisors to join our IPS service, you will be based in Enfield, working 35 hours per week. The service has been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment. 

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The Role

CoppaFeel! is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Executive to play an essential role in our Partnerships Team. This role is responsible for stewarding a portfolio of our ‘proudly supporting’ partnerships and supporting the Partnerships Team at CoppaFeel! to steward some of our most dedicated corporate partners. You will also be key as the first point of contact when enquiries arrive from our website or our corporate inbox and you will manage the stewardship and donor journey of these leads.

The Corporate Partnerships Executive will sit within the Partnerships Team as part of the Fundraising Directorate, and will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Managers and the Senior Corporate Partnership Manager. This role will support the team with administration; such as sending invoices, writing thank you letters, sending out fundraising materials, and much more. This role also will be required to attend fundraising and partnership events to represent CoppaFeel!.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure all corporate enquiries receive timely acknowledgement and communication, putting donors on the right supporter journey
• Account manage some of our smaller partnerships throughout the year, and particularly during Breast Cancer Awareness Month
• Support the day-to-day administration of the partnerships team across both account management and new business workstreams
• Assist with delivery of our two largest partnerships as needed, Asda Tickled Pink and Avon
• Lead on stewardship of workplace fundraisers and corporate JustGiving pages

As an Operations Manager within the Windsor & Maidenhead service, you will be responsible for providing a good quality and safe service to the people we support. Our staff are vital to delivering quality services and this role will include direct line management of Key Workers. You will also ensure the safe and effective day to day running of the service, and will support the Service Manager to ensure the service delivers against performance outcomes.

You will have an in depth understanding of substance use, harm reduction and treatment modalities, as well as experience of managing people. The most important thing you’ll bring to this role is your desire and ability to support staff, and make a positive difference to people’s lives.

You will have good Microsoft Office skills and be able to manage your own diary efficiently and proactively. You will have integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion to make a difference.

Role Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity for a fully qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner to work within a multi-disciplinary, early intervention Mental Health Support Team (MHST) to increase and improve emotional wellbeing (5-18 years) and mental health provision within education settings.

You will be part of a Third Sector team of colleagues with a variety of qualifications and experiences who are passionate about supporting all children and young people to access the right support at the right time, including where children may have been excluded, have additional needs or are not attending school.

We may also be able to consider applications from qualified Children’s Wellbeing Practitioners (CWPs), CAMHS practitioners, or other children and young people specialist practitioners with relevant qualifications.

You will have a caseload of children and adolescents with mild to moderate emotional and mental health difficulties and will deliver evidence-based and time limited 1:1 and group interventions, employing the principles underpinning the national CYP-IAPT programme (Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies). Low intensity interventions (e.g. CBT guided self-help) will be delivered in a range of education settings (primary, secondary, special, alternative provision and sixth form and further education colleges).  Work will include psychoeducation sessions to a range of stakeholders, including children and young people, parents/carers and education staff, promoting a whole school approach to mental health. The role runs throughout the year, and you will be part of our holiday provision, ensuring we can support children all year round.

You will work with people from diverse backgrounds, using interpreters when necessary, and will have a commitment to challenging health inequities, and increasing access to our services for all young people. You will also work closely with colleagues and partners in the Local Authority, CAMHS, education settings where interventions are being delivered and other relevant mental health providers. 

Key Responsibilities

Delivering Interventions and Client Care

• Assess and develop evidence-based intervention plans to meet the mild - moderate needs of CYP with a range of mild – moderate emotional and mental health difficulties, with the support of your supervisor 
• Work in partnership with children, young people, their families and educators in the development of plans, agreeing interventions, goals and outcomes
• Support children and young people, their parents/carers, families and educators in the self-management of presenting difficulties
• Deliver evidence-based, low intensity 1:1 and group interventions for CYP aged 5-25 with mild – moderate emotional and mental health difficulties
• Ensure that at all times assessment and intervention are provided from an inclusive values base, which recognises and respects diversity 
• Undertake accurate assessments of risk to self and others, with support from your supervisor Maintain comprehensive records of all training and intervention activity
• Complete all requirements relating to data collection and report clinical outcomes and service access data into the digital patient record system, CYP IAPTUS
• Adhere to the protocols within the education settings worked in
• Deliver psychoeducation and training workshops and programmes to children, young people, parents/carers and education staff
• Signpost referrals for children and young people with more complex needs to relevant services

The successful applicant will be responsible for running the Haberdashers’ Aspire programme for our students and for taking day-to-day responsibility for providing effective Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance across the School.

About the Role

A significant part of the role is managing student recruitment and engagement in the mentoring programme and recruiting mentors from various sectors, including industry professionals.
