Engagement Planning Officer

The Charity

The Role
Take ownership of communications planning calendar, working with a wide range of stakeholders to make sure the right messages reach the right audiences at exactly the right moment.

Keeping projects running smoothly, ensuring content is delivered on time, on brief, and with impact.

Understand how different audiences think and behave, and enjoy applying smart planning to achieve meaningful results.

Put the needs of audiences at the heart of planning and content creation.

The Candidate
Previous experience of an administrative role managing multiple stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong attention to detail and an appreciation of what constitutes good supporter care.

Highly organised, detailed-oriented, analytical, able to collate and apply insight for decision making.

Experience of working with external suppliers and understanding the importance of obtaining best value for money.

Able to work independently under own initiative and co-operatively as part of a fundraising and marketing team.

Good understanding of social media marketing and channel.
