The role and your key responsibilities
As a Partner Success Lead your role is to provide world class customer service to our partner base of over 2,500 schools and colleges. You will be responsible for onboarding our new schools and supporting our existing schools to make the most of the Unifrog platform. Solutions and customer service focused, you will make sure that all interactions with Unifrog are prompt, positive and successful.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Being the first point of contact for enquiries from our existing 2,500+ partners.

Onboarding our new schools by setting them up on our platform and making sure teachers and students are ready to get the most out of Unifrog.

Training staff remotely on how to use the platform.

Troubleshooting issues and providing on-the-spot support via phone, email and video calls.

Proactively working to foster a sense of community amongst our Unifrog partners and always thinking about how we can promote the sharing and embedding of Unifrog best practice across our partner schools.

Job Title: Caring Dads Practitioner
Hours: 22.5 hours per week across 3 days.
Salary: £16,200 per annum (£27,000.00 Full Time Equivalent)

Caring Dads exists to change current practice to better include fathers in efforts to enhance the safety and well-being of their children. The practitioner will work directly with fathers with an aim to improve relationships with their children, families, and co-parents/carers. This will include promoting the service to a range of teams across Hampshire and Southampton, to generate programme referrals. You will work closely with Hampton Trust domestic abuse perpetrator service to identify client suitability for the Caring Dads programme.
As the Caring Dads Practitioner, you will be required to deliver the Caring Dads and Accredited Domestic Abuse Prevention Training (ADAPT) Programme. This includes one to one support and group work. Groups are delivered on weekday evenings; you will be required to deliver one group work sessions per week.
You will undertake treatment and risk assessments of individuals causing harm in their relationships; this includes active case/risk management of families living with domestic abuse. Although this position is based in Ashurst, you will be co-located into social work teams across Hampshire three days per week, with an aim to providing support and advice in identifying suitable families for the Caring Dads and ADAPT programme.

Following the opening of the basement in September 2023, The Pelham has a designated space for children and young people to call their own. In our current work as a Community Hub, we have over 60 partner organisations and over 400 people a week coming through the doors, and our vision is to see the range of activities and partners be replicated for local youth.
As well as leading the youth work, this postholder will join part of The Pelham’s project leadership team alongside the other four core projects:
· Our volunteer-run Coffee Lounge is open 5 days a week, providing a safe and warm space in the community to over 150 customers each week.
· The Pelham as a Community Hub welcomes over 400 people through our doors each week and hire our spaces out to over 60 different local organisations that use The Pelham as a base for their valuable assistance to help people in need locally. The range of organisations covers the voluntary, statutory and small business community to create a vibrant and dynamic space.
· RunningSpace is our suicide prevention project with a vision to champion life and beat suicide through walk2run groups. We currently run sessions in five locations, across East Sussex and Kent. We also host suicide prevention training too on a regular basis.
· The Pelham Counselling Service offers individual and group work therapy sessions with its team of 9 counsellors. It offers bursaries and a flexible service to best meet the needs of local people.
In joining the team, collaborative working will be at the heart of the development of the youth work, including group therapy sessions for young people, suicide prevention work and volunteering and employability pathways.

The current outworking of the role, fulfilled in 12 hours a week, includes:
· Running an after-school youth club for secondary school aged children on a Tuesday evening, supported by a team of volunteers. Currently, 30 young people on average attend.

· Development of activities for The Basement, which is the designated space for children and young people at The Pelham. This space was opened in September 2023 following an extensive capital redevelopment.

Main Purpose of the Role:
The Youth Worker will take the leadership role in the development of Youth work from The Pelham, as part of its charitable work and community service, working under the guidance of the CEO and as part of the Project Leadership team.
The role will include having vision to develop relevant and appealing opportunities in Bexhill for young people, working together with local partners, including schools and voluntary organisations. This will include innovative options outside of our current scope of work, which may include wellbeing activities, studying support, home education, group work therapy and more.
There will also be administrative responsibilities specific to this role, including safeguarding and risk assessing all activities and events as well as the young people that you will be working with.
The role will also involve hosting a range of regular session specifically for young people, as well as empowering and encouraging young people, in line with the vision and values of The Pelham as a charity.
Key Tasks:
1. To create a safe environment for young people to be at The Pelham, including all necessary safeguarding requirements and good practice.
2. To run youth activities at The Pelham on a weekly basis in term time, including but not limited to:
1. After school sessions
2. Evening sessions
3. Daytime sessions for home educated or de-schooled students
4. School holiday activities
3. To provide consistent and appropriate input into the lives of local young people living in our community, giving them purpose, value and significance.
4. To develop partnerships specifically focused on the usage of the basement during the daytime. This is focused around exploring connections with home educated students, and those outside of mainstream education.
5. To establish key links with existing youth provision in the town, alongside the schools, voluntary groups and faith groups.
6. To work alongside The Pelham Counselling Service to promote and support the wellbeing of young people, including through the use of group workshops.
7. To support a volunteer team to support in hosting youth activities, all with the appropriate DBS checks and training.
8. To work alongside the pastoral care team at Bexhill Academy to provide support to students during lunchtime(s) in the school week.
9. To explore and respond to the local need for young people, including helping to mitigate anti-social behaviour in Sidley with increased interaction and trust building. This will include working with local partners including Heart of Sidley, Rother Safety Partnership and Sussex Police.
10. This will also extend into local connections in Sidley, Pebsham, Chantry and Bexhill Town Centre in providing opportunities for children and young people and their families, as well as other youth focused organisations.

About this key role
Our successful candidate will assess referred clients, with reference to St Giles Trust assessment practices, and produce support and risk management plans based on these assessments, promoting inter-agency collaboration in the assessment and planning process. You will be expected to deliver a holistic support service, working independently or with colleagues as the situation dictates, providing practical help such as social and housing support, education, training and employment options, benefits work and debt advice.
We will also rely on you to develop and maintain relationships with referral agencies, ensuring a steady flow of appropriate referrals onto the scheme, and with regional agencies, including police and social services. Closing cases efficiently and positively, identifying a survival plan for the client that will identify agencies that can be used for on-going support and agencies that can be used if serious problems develop in the future, is also an essential aspect of this role.
What we are looking for
- To have worked on an offender-led support project, had personal experience of the criminal justice system, served a prison sentence, or still be serving a prison sentence in a prison within reach of Bradford.
- Experience in negotiation with partner agencies to establish links to further aims of the project.
- Experience of engaging successfully with people with challenging or complex needs.
- To have a relevant qualification to a good standard, or be working towards one.
- Sound knowledge of ‘County Lines’ and the Government’s Prevent programme .

As a Lead Literacy Workshop Facilitator, you will deliver dynamic literacy workshops to children and young people in East London schools. Established in 2013, the United Kingdom and Europe World Literacy Foundation have been dedicated to building strong communities through literacy and education. In 2018, UK Reads was introduced to provide literacy support through distributing books and resources nationwide while delivering author-led workshops to children to inspire the next generation of readers who lacked resources and opportunities to develop and excel. Additionally, UK Reads works to facilitate a global pen pal project, inspiring young writers and offering them a platform to connect, fostering cultural awareness and enhancing writing skills.
About the Project
UK Reads: Literacy Impact East London specifically focus on children and young people aged 11-18 years. The project is designed to reach young people from diverse, low-income backgrounds and ethnic minorities. We have observed that approximately 85% of our beneficiaries come from low-income families, 10% of our users are students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), reflecting the diverse range of learners we aim to support. Additionally, 45% of our beneficiaries come from Black minority communities, highlighting the importance of promoting inclusivity and addressing potential disparities in literacy outcomes.
We acknowledge that low literacy rates often vary through boroughs and are committed to reaching the most underserved, underrepresented, and marginalised young people across East London. We collaborate with schools and community organisations to implement a tailored intervention that addresses the specific needs of each group, offering a diverse range of services to expedite the development of foundational literacy skills.
Key Responsibilities

About this exciting opportunity
As Young Adults Caseworker, you will focus on promoting the project and engaging with your clients in line with the project’s targets and providing a client-led support service and advocacy that responds to each individual’s needs and achieves project outcomes. You will also deliver a holistic support service, working solo or with colleagues as the situation dictates, that will include practical help such as mentoring, social and housing support, accompanying to appointments, ETE options, benefits work, debt advice, liaising with utilities, DIY work and cleaning.
You will support clients to develop individual action plans and regularly review these plans with your clients to assess progress, plus produce risk management plans based on assessments. We will also count on you to develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies, including community-based services such as Police, YOT, Probation, children’s services and local authorities, as well as ensuring you close cases efficiently and positively, identifying a referral route for young people that can be used for ongoing support.
What we are looking for
- Experience in working as part of a multi-agency team, working together to achieve positive outcomes for young adults and establishing links to further the aims of a project.
- Experience of using support plans to enable people to successfully access support services.
- Proven record of engaging successfully with ‘challenging’ young adults.
- Experience of assessing risk and implementing safety procedures when thinking about young adults involved in or at risk of violence or exploitation.
- A working knowledge of relevant services for young adults in and around Swansea.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, verbal and written.

About this exciting opportunity
As Young Adults Caseworker, you will focus on promoting the project and engaging with your clients in line with the project’s targets and providing a client-led support service and advocacy that responds to each individual’s needs and achieves project outcomes. You will also deliver a holistic support service, working solo or with colleagues as the situation dictates, that will include practical help such as mentoring, social and housing support, accompanying to appointments, ETE options, benefits work, debt advice, liaising with utilities, DIY work and cleaning.
You will support clients to develop individual action plans and regularly review these plans with your clients to assess progress, plus produce risk management plans based on assessments. We will also count on you to develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies, including community-based services such as Police, YOT, Probation, children’s services and local authorities, as well as ensuring you close cases efficiently and positively, identifying a referral route for young people that can be used for ongoing support.
What we are looking for
- Experience in working as part of a multi-agency team, working together to achieve positive outcomes for young adults and establishing links to further the aims of a project.
- Experience of using support plans to enable people to successfully access support services.
- Proven record of engaging successfully with ‘challenging’ young adults.
- Experience of assessing risk and implementing safety procedures when thinking about young adults involved in or at risk of violence or exploitation.
- A working knowledge of relevant services for young adults in and around Gwent.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, verbal and written.
- A flexible, collaborative and professional approach to your work.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced counsellor to join the Emotional Support Team in Cornwall. If a 35-hour role is not for you, a blend of part time hours as well as flexible working is available. This can be discussed further at interview.
Position: S11168 Stroke Association - Emotional Support Coordinator/Counsellor
Location: Home-based West Cornwall, with frequent travel across Cornwall required as part of this role (May include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

The Role
The project funded by the Elwyn Thomas Memorial Fund will deliver an Emotional Support Service as well as through collaborative community working, will result in valuable assets for the community. In the shape of self-sustaining peer and volunteer led support through groups, partnerships and activities.
Reporting to the Emotional Support Service Manager, the team will deliver a professional counselling service to stroke survivors, carers and relatives. Counselling sessions are designed to help clients to develop emotional resilience, readjust to life after stroke and prepare to reintegrate into community life.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Providing one to one counselling to stroke survivors, carers and relatives including those with communication or cognitive difficulties
· Providing counselling sessions in person, on-line or by telephone, throughout Cornwall
· Assessing the appropriateness of counselling for service users by providing emotional needs assessment sessions as well as using appropriate screening/evaluation tools (e.g. PHQ and GAD)
· Managing risk and safeguarding issues in accordance with appropriate legal, ethical and organisational requirements.
About You
You will have:
· An advanced diploma in integrative, humanistic or person-centred counselling/psychotherapy; for example, BACP recognised course or equivalent (i.e. 450 hours skills and theory, 100 hours of supervised practice, 20 hours of personal therapy)
· A minimum of 1 year post qualification supervised clinical practice
· BACP registration (or equivalent) and actively working towards accreditation
· Experience of delivering short-term counselling
· Experience of working with people with cognitive impairment
This role requires extensive travel across a large geographical locality to visit people at home and in community settings. Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they can meet this requirement of the role. You must live in the West area of Cornwall to fulfil this travel requirement.

Thames Reach’s Outreach teams operate across London and helps those who are rough sleeping to find routes away from the street. The teams respond to referrals and work flexibly to reach London’s most vulnerable. Individuals are assessed to identify their support needs and support plans are created, including work to obtain identification, access health services and refer to other specialist agencies, including those with immigration issues.
We are looking for a Lead Worker to join the Hillingdon Streat Outreach Team.
You will:
- Lead outreach shifts, providing a rapid response to referrals for people who are rough sleeping in the borough
- Take a lead role within the team, working closely with support workers and assistant support workers to identify the quickest and most appropriate route off the street for people found rough sleeping, and devise plans to achieve this
- Provide direct support to people who are found rough sleeping to enable them to move away from the streets and into accommodation
- Work alongside partner agencies to ensure that clients are accessing appropriate support to access and sustain accommodation.
- Represent the team at multi-agency meetings
- Accurately record all work completed within given timeframes
To succeed as the Lead Worker, you will have:
- A strong commitment to providing a high standard of service
- Experience working with people who have rough slept or vulnerable adults and supporting them to access services
- Excellent organisation and time management skills in order to remain strongly outcome focused, with the ability to coordinate a high number of cases and complete tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Good communication skills and confidence in public speaking when representing Thames Reach externally
- Experience in forming strong working relationships with partner agencies, being able to challenge them when required
- Strong IT skills with the ability to use Outlook, online recording systems, Excel, and Word, using a tablet and a smart phone

About this key role
Working as part of a larger Trainer and Assessor team, our successful candidate will work with allocated learners to produce realistic assessment plans, assessing learners using a range of assessment methods appropriate for the vocational qualification assessment criteria, and provide vital one-to-one support to learners as appropriate, ensuring you monitor their progress towards timely completion and certification.

Main aim of the role:
Playing a vital role within our expanding youth support team at Future Skills, you will work to support and empower our young people to re-engage and return to education and employment. You will be creating structured lesson plans to deliver high quality soft skills sessions. You will be proactive and get involved with the pupil’s daily activities, promoting teamwork and setting a good example. You will also build positive relationships with the young people, fellow professionals, parents and carers as this is key to this role.
In addition to that, you will work with the team here at Caius House to help deliver an after-school programme for young people, usually one evening per week. To this effect, you will work with both the FST team and the team on-site at Caius House.

The post holder will be responsible for:

Working with colleagues to develop a soft skills curriculum for our group and one to one sessions.

Actively participating in the sessions we deliver including off-site trips and sporting activities.

Undertaking one-to-one and small group mentoring with vulnerable and at-risk young people aged 8-16 years old.

Working with the FST team delivering personal and social development workshops with excluded young people, encouraging them to engage and develop and challenging negative behaviours.

Building relationships and regularly communicating with parents/carers and professionals.

Building positive relationships with children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, inspiring and motivating them, acting as a positive role model at all times.

Thames Reach’s Outreach teams operate across London and helps those who are rough sleeping to find routes away from the street. The teams respond rapidly and work flexibly to reach people. Individuals are assessed to identify their support needs and support plans are created, including work to obtain identification, access health services and refer to other specialist agencies, including those offering immigration support.
We are looking for Support Workers to join the East Surrey Outreach Service team.
You will:
• Complete outreach shifts, providing a rapid response to referrals for people who are rough sleeping across four districts.
• Working closely with Lead Workers and Assistant Support Workers to identify the quickest and most appropriate route off the street for people found rough sleeping, and devise plans to achieve this.
• Provide direct support to people who are found rough sleeping to enable them to move away from the streets and into accommodation.
• Work alongside partner agencies to ensure that clients are accessing appropriate support to access and sustain accommodation.
• Accurately record all work completed within given timeframes.
• Have a UK Driving Licence.
To succeed as the Support Worker you will have:

Role Summary
The Resources Coordinator role sits within the learning content creation team, which is responsible for the devising, commissioning and delivering of high quality, film-focused learning opportunities. These include the production of resources and online courses for teachers and their learners which are made available on our website, Into Film+ (our video-on-demand platform) and on our learning platform.
Main Responsibilities
- To produce high quality, exciting and engaging resources for educators and young people, including commercial resources for film industry clients.
- To contribute to the planning and evaluation of resources within our three key areas of work: Teaching with Film, Careers and Progression, and Filmmaking
- To project manage the resource process from initiation to publication or delivery.
- To assist the corporate partnerships team by contributing to pitches for educational resources with partners to support new film releases.
- To contribute to the development of courses aimed at educators via our online learning platform.
- To evaluate resources, training, online materials and related areas of organisational interest through surveys, focus groups and other methods, to identify and implement changes and programme developments that meet Into Film’s and our audiences’ needs and priorities.
- To develop, with the rest of the team, reliable quality assurance processes and documentation for our resources, training and online programmes.
- To carry out external and internal training to a range of staff and stakeholders, including supporting internal staff with advice and information.
