About the Role

This is a key interim leadership role focused on stability, continuity and care for Sahir during a period of transition.

The Interim Chief Executive will work closely with the Board, staff and partners to ensure Sahir continues to deliver safe, effective and person-centred services, maintains strong relationships and remains financially and operationally secure.

The role is not about changing direction. It is about protecting what has been built, supporting the team and helping Sahir move confidently towards the appointment of its next permanent CEO.

We manage complex grant agreements and partnerships that support projects designed to create real impact. To do this well, we need accurate data, clear processes and strong coordination across teams and partners. The Delivery Operations Manager role is critical to making that happen. Reporting to the Senior Grants and Commissioning Manager, you’ll be the central point for operational delivery; drafting and managing grant agreements, maintaining data integrity in Salesforce and ensuring payments and requirements are processed correctly.

You’ll onboard partners, resolve issues quickly and keep everything organised so our teams can focus on delivering change. By supporting operations and improvements, you’ll help us maximise the impact of every pound we invest.

Key Responsibilities

Your role would be essential to keeping our commissioning and procurement processes running smoothly and efficiently. By ensuring consistency, accuracy and timely communication, you’ll help our teams work brilliantly and enable the organisation to deliver funding that makes a real difference. A detailed list of your key responsibilities on how you’ll do this is given below:

Manage grant agreements and contract administration in response to the needs of each team:

o Draft, prepare and execute initial grant agreements and subsequent variations, using Adobe e-Sign where required.

o Accurately input and maintain all project data in Salesforce, including requirements, financial commitments, payment schedules and supporting documents.

o Process adjustments to grant commitments, payment schedules and requirements promptly and accurately.

o Conduct regular data accuracy spot checks in Salesforce to maintain data integrity.

Coordinate grantees and partners

o Onboarding new grantees, evaluators and researchers onto our designated community platform when they are approved by each team.

o Act as a main point of contact for Programmes, Evaluation, Change and Evidence teams to resolve payment approval issues and discrepancies when they come up.

o Chase external partners for outstanding invoices and ensure timely resolution of payment-related queries.

Provide directorate-specific support

o For the Programmes team: Manage the team inbox, allocate new

applications to assessors, set up interviews and provide GEM administrative support when required.

o For the Evaluation team: Maintain an evaluation report tracking system to monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

o Ensure data archiving is completed and shared with ONS/DfE as required.

Support process improvements and system integrity

o Assist the Senior Grants and Commissioning Manager and Assistant Director of Finance and Operations in implementing improvements to commissioning and procurement processes.

o Provide backup technical support for Salesforce during periods when the Senior Grants and Commissioning Manager is unavailable or requires assistance.

o Identify and suggest process enhancements to drive efficiency and consistency across commissioning operations.

Enable effective communication and reporting

o Serve as the main point of contact for initial commissioning and procurement requests when they arise, ensuring streamlined processes and avoiding duplication.

o Provide timely responses and clear communication to internal teams to improve stakeholder experience.

o Keep senior leadership informed with forward plans, dashboards and progress updates to support better strategic decisions.

The Prospect Researcher plays a key role in supporting high-value fundraising efforts by identifying, analysing, and prioritising potential donors, trusts, and foundations aligned with the Charity’s mission. Prospect Identification and Research 

• Conduct thorough research to identify and profile potential high-value donors, trusts, and foundations aligned with the charity’s mission and appeal goals.
• Use a range of tools, databases, and resources to gather information on prospects, including their giving capacity, interests, and philanthropic history.
• Prioritise prospects based on their potential value, affinity, and likelihood to engage with the charity.

Intelligence Gathering and Analysis

• Analyse research findings to produce detailed and actionable prospect profiles for use by the Philanthropy Team.
• Provide insights into donor motivations and interests to support personalised cultivation strategies.

Pipeline Management

Collaboration and Reporting

At Ambitious about Autism, we're looking for a People Advisory Manager to join our team.

You'll lead and manage the team of People Advisors, as well as the Onboarding team, to deliver a customer and quality focused service to managers and staff on all matters relating to the employment lifecycle for all employees. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated professional interested in working in a thriving and successful Development team. Working to support the Senior Development Manager, Trusts and Foundations; the Development Officer, Trusts and Foundations, will help to deliver the trust and foundation fundraising strategy. The post-holder will work alongside Development colleagues to identify funding opportunities both in the UK and internationally. The post-holder will have responsibility for securing significant new funds to support the strategic priorities of our £300 million fundraising campaign which covers a wide range of areas. This work will focus particularly on proposals for four and five figure gifts.

The post-holder will assist the Senior Development Manager, Trusts and Foundations, in cultivating currently engaged and new trusts, foundations and charities. They will work with the Senior Development Assistant (Research) to grow the pipeline of giving through research into suitable trusts and foundations whose aims are closely aligned with the strategic priorities of the University.

The post-holder will have experience of trust and foundation fundraising accompanied by a sound knowledge of university fundraising. They will be a creative and strategic thinker and possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work proactively, both internally and externally. Role purpose 

Adoption UK is undertaking a major digital transformation, initially focused on CRM and Website developments. Our Digital Transformation Team will drive this change programme, working with colleagues and external digital partners; and subsequently deliver our on-going digital strategy implementation and development. 

You will support the Digital Transformation Lead to refine and implement Adoption UK’s digital strategy, to deliver our digital transformation project. Working with internal and external stakeholders the team will ensure that the project’s vision and scope meet the business and operational needs of the charity. An important part of your role will be to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and particularly with our Marketing and Communications team to integrate digital into all current and upcoming projects. 

We’re looking for someone who has experience of project working in a digital environment, particularly within website and CRM implementation.

Like many charities, we’ve historically developed our digital framework and footprint organically, with insufficient web and CRM integration and functionality, duplication and data silos; resulting in data management and website functionality that don’t meet all our users’ needs. We’re changing all that by: 

1. Investing in our customer-facing website and data management systems; connecting all our divisions and services, delivering integrated systems that provide a positive customer and stakeholder journey.
2. Developing the next generation of digitally accessible services 
3. Extending our in-house digital capability to support continuous delivery. 

Key accountabilities: 

• Support the Digital Transformation Lead to implement the charity’s digital strategy.

• Coordinate data and content activities, including migration between platforms, to deliver our website and CRM digital transformation programme.

• Utilise and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation and with current and future digital partners. Use these networks to: 

• embed digital first principles and best practice. 

• Train, coach and mentor colleagues to be effective users of our CRM and website.

Networks for Nature spans c60 square miles from the River Dee to the River Mersey, including Chester and Ellesmere Port. This is a collaborative partnership project working with Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Land Trust, Cheshire Wildlife Trust, Canal and River Trust, and Sustrans with the aim to drive nature recovery in a mixed-use landscape, creating diverse habitats for species to thrive now and for years to come. We will empower communities to have an active role in conservation action and stewardship and will focus on making nature more accessible to and inclusive for everyone to enable connection and improve wellbeing. As a Wildlife and Wellbeing Officer, you’ll work closely with the Wildlife and Wellbeing Assistant Manager and Networks for Nature project staff to engage and empower communities to make a real impact on conservation efforts and to improve access to nature. You will support with maintaining and establishing community relationships, supporting the development and delivery of a programme of wildlife and wellbeing activities and supporting in building the capacity of community groups, community leaders and other stakeholders within the Networks for Nature project area. You will deliver a broad range of activities, including Family Wildlife Clubs, Wildlife and Wellbeing Clubs, Community Action Days, activities linked to Green Social Prescribing (GSP), GSP workshops for healthcare professionals and activity stands within community settings. You will also actively promote and develop community network links.

Due to the working rota of 10 days in 14 and working every other weekend, there will be some cross-over between the activities delivered within this role and the Community Volunteer Officer role.

We’re looking for someone who can:
