One25 are currently trialing a 4 Day Week. This means that staff work 20% less for the same salary following a successful probation period. Role purpose

You are responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating the Sector Connected Leaders Programme which is a new scheme and in a pilot stage. The role combines project management, stakeholder coordination and delivery of high-quality events and learning activity across the UK nuclear sector. • Plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of the 12-month pilot programme.

• Design and deliver a structured programme of in person events, webinars, workshops and site visits.

Stakeholder management

• Act as the primary liaison with the organisations from whom scheme participants will be recruited, including both Government departments and nuclear industry.
• Build effective relationships with sponsors, facilitators and participating organisations.

Participant management and communications

• Manage participant recruitment, onboarding and ongoing communications.
• Ensure a high-quality participant experience throughout the programme.
• Promote the programme through NI communications, events and conferences.

Monitoring, evaluation and reporting

• Define and track KPIs including participation, satisfaction, diversity and outcomes.
• Produce progress updates and a final evaluation report for NI leadership and the Board.

Governance and representation

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Officer, working predominantly in the South London area, to lead the development and delivery of river and catchment restoration projects. You will oversee work from early concept and design stages through to physical implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. As part of our Restoring Rivers and Catchments Team, you’ll help shape ambitious, meaningful projects that benefit local rivers, wildlife and communities. Main Responsibilities

We are looking for highly motivated and organised individual to coordinate our accreditation scheme. The role will work with our network of employers, and support new organisations through the accreditation process.

The Programme Officer will lead our work in Yorkshire and Humber support our Managers to grow and deepen engagement with Living Wage Employers through our associated schemes. A permanent position has arisen as part of the continued growth of our campaigns work within our friendly Policy, Public Affairs and Campaigns department. Spear Programme

• Support in group coaching sessions of up to 12 young people. Coaching them around skills and mindsets to support them in returning to work or education and equipping them with the skills to stay there.
• You’ll be given all the training needed to deliver Spear through our professional coaching methodology.
• This coaching continues for Spear Career – the 6 months’ worth of follow-up support. You will oversee a caseload of trainees and support them in work, beyond the initial Foundation Phase of the programme.
