In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of our prospecting strategy and work across Philanthropy, Corporate and Foundation Partnerships to achieve ambitious results for children. The role is responsible for delivering impactful and insight-led prospect research, including research profiles, network maps and gift capacity ratings, as well as supporting prospecting activity and pipeline development for high value fundraising teams.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in prospect research within high value fundraising, and a strong understanding of prospect research principals. The Role

The Head of Finance is responsible for the financial systems and accounting of Quartet to ensure the sound financial management of the organisation. They also oversee the effective delivery of many of Quartet’s administrative operations to enable the smooth running of the charity.

The Role

Women in Prison’s Project Workers deliver high-quality, trauma-informed, independent advocacy for women in communities and in prisons, which focuses on early intervention, and holistic provision as part of a ‘whole system’ multi-agency response that looks to address the root causes of women’s offending. Reporting to the Sustainability Lead, the role holder will work closely with them to help develop and accelerate our organisation’s sustainability progress by developing methods to enable regular sustainability reporting, providing evidence-based insights, and proactively supporting continuous improvement in sustainability initiatives.

Responsibility

Key responsibilities include:

Data, Reporting & Measurement

• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly sustainability dashboards covering energy, waste, water, travel, procurement, and other key metrics.
• Work with the Sustainability Lead to design and refine reporting templates, KPIs, and data collection processes.
• Input and validate data in the carbon accounting system on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Support the preparation of carbon footprint reports, ESG disclosures, and compliance‑related submissions.
• Support with consistent, accurate tracking of sustainability performance across all sites.
• Improve the organisation’s scope of social impact data and its collection, to support annual reporting.
• Provide cross departmental assistance with data insights and data collection across the Central Support Team.

Research, Benchmarking & Evidence Gathering

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate sustainable practices.
• Research suppliers, materials, technologies, and best practices to inform decision‑making.
• Prepare concise insights packs that help the Sustainability Lead make informed decisions.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify emerging sustainability opportunities and approaches.
• Support pilot projects and help evaluate their outcomes.
• Contribute ideas that strengthen our long‑term sustainability strategy and operational performance.

• Awareness of current sustainability trends, technologies, and best practices
• An interest or experience in education or working with children would be beneficial, as it may support with the context of the work

The Woodland Trust is looking for a digital content editor to support our Trees for All programme, which is focused on improving fair access to the benefits of trees in urban areas across the UK. The Role:
•    You’ll aim to inspire audiences and promote equitable access to the benefits of trees through engaging, high-quality content including webpages, blogs, videos, case studies, email, reports and offline materials.
•    You’ll review, approve and evaluate content effectiveness against business objectives and content strategy.
•    You’ll manage and update content via our Umbraco content management system.
•    You’ll support on integrated marketing campaigns including planning, creating and advising on online and offline content.
•    You’ll contribute to our content strategy and best practice guidelines.
•    You’ll work with UX and insight teams to optimise user journeys and define content goals.
•    This is a hybrid position with a mix of working from home and from our head office in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Head office attendance would be required no more than once a month on average. Occasional travel will be required to seven of our regional pilot project sites.
•  This role is a part time position (18.75 hours per week) and you’ll be on a fixed term contract for 18 months.

•    You’ll be experienced in content management, creation, maintenance and delivery, with the ability to provide content recommendations based on insight and data to help colleagues meet their goals.

•    You’ll have strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage your own workload while working to deadlines.
•    You’ll be experienced in implementing SEO best practice and techniques to improve website performance and online visibility.
•    You’ll ideally have knowledge of accessibility standards, trends and best practice.
•    You’ll be degree qualified in a related subject area.

We are seeking an experienced service charge professional to manage complex portfolios, ensuring accurate reconciliation, compliance and transparent cost recovery.

About the role

This is a key role within a busy service charge team, focused on delivering accurate and compliant service charge management across a large and varied portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Calculate and manage service charge estimates and final accounts
• Take ownership of end-to-end reconciliation processes
• Identify and resolve variances and unrecoverable costs with clear rationale
• Support delivery across a large portfolio covering approximately 100,000 homes
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and future planning
• Handle complex queries and complaints within agreed service levels
• Provide expert guidance on service charges, lease interpretation and legislation
• Attend resident meetings and present service charge information
• Support preparation of tribunal cases and attend where required
• Manage statutory notices and support audit activity

About you

You will bring strong analytical skills and experience working with service charges or similar complex financial structures.

Essential skills and experience include:

• Experience in service charges, housing, property, finance, utilities, energy or similar sectors
• Strong reconciliation, cost analysis and data handling experience
• Ability to manage large portfolios and high value budgets
• Knowledge of apportionment, recovery and service charge processes
• Understanding of relevant legislation and lease interpretation
• Confidence working with large datasets and Excel including lookups and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
