The Institutional Trusts and Fundraising Manager will provide strategic oversight and direction for Lepra’s institutional fundraising function to deliver on the restricted and unrestricted income targets. The postholder will be line managing and leading the Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser in the delivery of the trust fundraising target, and working with the programmes teams in the UK, India and Bangladesh to identify and develop applications to statutory sources and major trusts, leading on the development of detailed project proposals.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of working in statutory and/or trusts fundraising, including successfully applying for grants in excess of £50,00 to £100,000+. You will have a demonstrable track record of high quality bid writing and production that meet funder requirements.

About the Role
Under the direction of the Chief Executive, the Deputy Chief Executive (Operations and Services) will be responsible for the overall financial management, business reporting and operational services for the organisation. The person within this role will develop controls, policies and procedures that work for a variety of audiences including student volunteers, staff and trustees. They will lead on setting the strategic financial goals for the organisation and take a proactive role in supporting our performance towards these goals. Our client, a leading London University, is currently looking to recruit a full-time (35 hours per week) Senior Assessments and Faculty Liaison Officer. The post is to start as soon as possible and is a 1 year fixed-term contract. The post will be hybrid working of 1 day per week on site (Wednesday), and the rest remote.
Key responsibilities for this post will include:
- Collaborating with faculties and central teams to maintain accurate, up-to-date assessment records using the Student Records Management System (SITS)
- Importing student assessment data
