About the role

We are seeking an individual giving officer to support the development and delivery of our individual giving programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our fundraising team, helping to grow income and deepen engagement from our supporter base.

Key duties

• Assist in the planning and implementation of individual giving campaigns that deliver sustainable income growth and long-term donor engagement
• Manage supporter engagement and acquisition across multiple channels including social media, email, SMS, direct mail, and online campaigns
• Work closely with the fundraising, research, and communications teams to ensure successful delivery of individual giving activities
• Oversee data selection for campaigns to optimise return on investment and support testing; ensure data is managed securely and in line with GDPR
• Support reporting and forecasting of financial and non-financial performance across the individual giving programme
• Contribute to the development and launch of a mid-value donor fundraising programme
• Support donor journeys that build loyalty and increase lifetime value through a range of fundraising products

Skills and experience required

• Proven experience managing projects across direct marketing channels, including both digital and print
• Strong copywriting and creative writing skills
• Experience developing fundraising and marketing content based on audience insights
• Confident working with external agencies across creative, print, digital, and media
• Experience supporting the planning and budgeting of individual giving activity
• Familiarity with legacy marketing is desirable but not essential

Working with clients from our Day Centre and Night Shelter to provide casework, advocacy and support to resolve and prevent homelessness in Enfield and Haringey,. 

Within the Day Centre you will provide high quality and relevant advocacy and casework to people who are homeless or at risk. You will maintain a caseload of clients working within a fast paced and dynamic small team. You will support the smooth running of the day centre provision and have a commitment to supporting vulnerable clients in a person-centred way. Outside of the day centre you will support clients to attend a variety of key services and appointments through outreach. 

To be successful in this role will require a keen interest in homelessness and the devastating impact this can have on people. This role is suited to someone with a problem solving, positive attitude, who is passionate about supporting marginalised people.

The role and your key responsibilities

As a Senior Account Manager, your role is to line manage a regional team of Account Managers to maximise partner engagement and ensure we retain sky-high resubscription rates. You will manage your regional team’s objectives and regularly monitor and report on progress towards this. 

Alongside managing your team, you’ll work with a cohort of partner schools and colleges, facilitating an environment which identifies and promotes best practice across partners within your region. Using data analysis across schools and colleges within your region, you’ll identify trends and opportunities to further increase the use of Unifrog, maximising engagement and resubscription rates. Please note you will need to be based in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire or North London for this role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Line manage a regional team of Account Managers to achieve their resubscription and engagement goals, delivering weekly check-ins with each team member to review their progress with partners.

• Run team meetings with your regional Account Management team to review key engagement strategies, objectives and share best practice.

• Meet weekly with the Head of Account Management, reporting on progress with your partners, and the progress of your regional team.

• Analyse regional engagement data to spot trends and work closely with the Head of Account Management to devise and implement strategies to improve on any areas of low engagement.

• Work with Senior Account Managers, Head of Account Management and other Unifrog colleagues, to design and implement projects and processes across the Account Management team, that help deliver against our organisation’s objectives and mission.

• Work with a region of schools and colleges with the responsibility of an Account Manager, providing resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, and identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

• Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.

• Work closely with your regional Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and maintain a sky high resubscription rate.

The Member Subscriptions Officer manages the administration and finance of NCVO’s membership subscriptions. Key duties include running monthly renewals, issuing invoices, managing payments and reducing aged debt. Membership and engagement is a newly evolved team that exists to grow, connect and convene NCVO’s membership. The team acquires roughly 1,400 new members a year and offers care and support to retain 90% of its current 17K members.

What is the role?

This role will work within our Foundation Finance team to keep accurate records for all daily financial transactions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include processing customer sales invoices, reconciling bank statements, and managing accounts payable and receivable in our accounting systems. We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to support the management of our special purpose funds (SPFs). These funds contain charitable donations for services across Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, and can be used to support projects that benefit patients and staff, over and above what the NHS could normally provide.

In this role you will be responsible for handling the administration of our special purpose fund operations and processes. This will include the management of special purpose fund claims, a dedicated email inbox, invoice processing, engagement with NHS staff who oversee these funds (known as fund advisers) and other ad hoc administrative tasks.

Working closely with the Fund Engagement Officer, you will be expected to manage multiple tasks, deliver strict deadlines and contribute towards the team’s wider objectives and cross departmental working.

You will also be able to benefit from training and development opportunities to assist with your core responsibilities.

The Diocese of Coventry represents the Church of England in Coventry and Warwickshire.  With a network of 200 parishes, there is a Christian presence in every local community.  There is a rich variety of people and traditions, which are united in our shared mission of "worshipping God, making new disciples, transforming communities".

The Coventry Diocesan Board of Finance Ltd (DBF) manages the financial affairs and hold the assets of the Diocese and its associated entities as well as managing activities to serve and equip these parishes through various activities and projects. 

The Finance & Governance team handle all matters concerning Diocesan and Cathedral finance including the administration and collection of parish share, paying invoices and expenses, budgeting, annual statutory, management accounts, clergy stipends, staff salaries, advice to parishes on parochial finance matters. 

This role covers the full range of work in an accounting system dealing with input to and output from all ledgers with specific responsibility for the administration of parish shares and fees including the issuing of regular statements to parishes. The purpose is to ensure that the accounting system has accurate and timely financial data which is available to those who require it either for decision-making or for external reports and accounts.
