Job Title: Digital Marketing and Brand Communications Manager

Freedom for Animals is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and Brand Communications Manager to work with the Campaigns and Fundraising functions to develop and grow our digital channels. The successful candidate will be a passionate and creative individual with excellent knowledge of creating and disseminating key messages about our work to a range of audiences as well as strong brand skills to communicate the brand values of the organisation across all marketing activity.
Purpose of Role:
To work with the Director, other staff and the Board of Trustees to develop and deliver an effective digital marketing and branded communications strategy to ensure Freedom for Animals is able to deliver its campaign objectives and build its brand and ensure brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
● To ensure all material adheres to the brand values, identity and marketing strategy, aligning this with the strategic plan for the organisation
● Plan, develop and schedule creative and innovative social media content to reach Freedom for Animals’ key audiences across a range of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok
● Work with Fundraising Manager and Campaigns Manager to produce high quality content for website, e-newsletters, e-zines including key messages and high quality infographics
● Monitor and analyse Freedom for Animals social media platforms and create a set of metrics to measure social media success
● Maximise Search Engine Optimisation to ensure our key messages reach as wide an audience as possible
● Oversee brand compliance, ensuring all staff adhere to brand guidelines
● Develop a branded marketing plan with Fundraising with oversight on Campaigns activity looking for opportunities for promoting the organisation and its fundraising

A Charitable organisation that provides support to social enterprises is recruiting a Finance Analyst to take on a key role and drive the organisation forward and support the organisations new strategy and focus. As the Finance Analyst you will be responsible for the following duties:
- To work closely with the Head of Internal Operations on the required grant drawdowns requests including attending quarterly meetings with government bodies.

This project is funded by the Nature Networks Programme. The Heritage Fund is delivering it on behalf of the Welsh Government.
Do you want to be part of a team leading the field in the development of private investment into nature’s recovery?
In the past 18 months, The Trusts have been developing new approaches to funding nature’s recovery from the private sector, utilising novel revenue approaches such as nutrient neutrality credits and the voluntary carbon market amongst others. They have developed finance mechanisms to sit alongside these revenue streams such as a philanthropic loan system. They now want to scale up this work to help The Trusts and others to scale nature’s recovery across Wales. They need to turn policy into strong principles that allows us to develop guidelines and templates to help the Trusts across Wales access green finance.
Our client need dedicated expertise and capacity to work with the Trusts to bring this work into a coherent strategy, develop models and plans that build revenues for nature’s recovery allowing much greater investment. This post is designed to provide that expertise and capacity to work alongside those Trust staff that are already committed to developing these programmes.
Our client is the central charity which supports the federation of 46 independent Trusts working for nature’s recovery across the UK, Alderney and the Isle of Man. The Trusts’ vision is of a thriving natural world, with abundant wildlife and healthy natural habitats playing a valued role in addressing the climate and ecological emergencies, and everyone inspired to take action for nature’s recovery.
Collectively, The Trusts have more than 900,000 members, employ 3,500 staff, look after over 2,300 nature reserves, operate 123 visitor and education centres and own 29 working farms. The role of the trust is to ensure a strong voice for wildlife at a UK level and to provide strategic leadership, support and development for The Trusts. They provide shared expertise in areas such as climate change, digital fundraising, nature-based solutions, policy and safeguarding. About You
You will be from a commercial background within private, public or charitable sector. You will have an entrepreneurial approach grounded by great commercial experience. They would expect an understanding of the green finance marketplace and that you are comfortable with legal and contract management. You will be a great communicator, with a personable style who can work with many different people across the wonderful variety of geography, business development, and activities of the Trusts.

The Senior Finance Business Partner will assist the directorate with financial analysis and advice that will help shape decision making.
As a member of the Finance Partnering Team, you will support budget holders to maximise their impact and deliver a high quality, customer focused finance partnering service to stakeholders, including support to operational decision making, commercial development and producing forecasts, budgets and insightful analysis.
You'll have experience in preparing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, business plans, and modelling of financial data. The Role
Global Greengrants Fund UK is looking to hire an energetic and passionate individual who will play a key role in collaborating across teams to support finance and grantmaking. They are responsible for the smooth running of all transactional processes for grants, payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting. They will also lead on any applicable system enhancements thus offering a critical and wide-ranging systems support role for the grantmaking charity. They have cash management, banking, and payment experiences. They demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills, and the ability to ensure the accuracy of work and demonstrate precise attention to detail. They will have the skills to give, receive, and work with feedback constructively. They also thrive in a virtual environment, motivated to take on challenges and collaboratively find innovative and creative solutions. Multiple language skills would be ideal, while English fluency is a must.
