Engagement Campaign Manager

At Woodgreen we are delivering an ambitious fundraising strategy to grow and optimise income, public support and awareness of our charity. To help us support and deliver our ambitious Individual Giving programme, we are looking for a driven Campaign Manager to join our Donor Engagement Team.
Working with internal and external stakeholders, our successful candidate will develop and deliver campaigns across multiple channels to generate income and increase the loyalty across a range of audiences.
They will;
- Project manage a range a of direct marketing campaigns, including direct mail, digital and telemarketing.
- Evaluate campaigns and provide recommendations.
- Report monthly on your campaigns against key performance indicators.
- Support the Senior Development Manager with the development of an annual budget, its quarterly reforecasting and monthly monitoring
- Support the Senior Development Manager with the development and implementation of a multi-audience engagement programme, in collaboration with teams across the Income and Engagement directorate.
With a background in fundraising you will also have experience of working across multi-channel campaigns and a proven track record of developing audiences and will be committed to delivering successful direct marketing campaigns that make an impact. You will be analytical and know how to use insight to optimise your campaigns and will be equally comfortable and confident with the development of creatives and working with external agencies.
This is a full time hybrid role, working 37.5 hours per week. Our Head Office is based in Godmanchester, Cambridgeshire and our successful candidate will be expected, on average, to work from our site once or twice a month. The starting salary for this position is £36,665 - £44,812 per annum, depending on experience. This is complemented by;
- 36 days annual leave per year (inclusive of bank holidays) rising by 1 day each year to a maximum of 40 days after five years
