About the role:

The Volunteer Campaign Manager will support the planning, coordination and delivery of digital campaigns and platform launches that raise awareness, drive engagement and support organisational goals. This role focuses on helping manage campaign timelines, messaging and performance tracking across media and launch activities.

Experience Qualification and Requirements

Essential Technical Competencies:

• Experience supporting or managing digital campaigns, media, marketing initiatives or launch activities (professional, academic, freelance or volunteer).
• Basic understanding of advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads or similar) and campaign structures.
• Experience, or strong familiarity, with campaign planning, timelines and coordination across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with digital tools used for campaign management, collaboration or reporting.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly during campaign launches.

Desirable / Can Be Developed:

• Experience or interest in paid digital advertising, growth marketing or campaign launches.
• Awareness of campaign performance metrics and how insights are used to improve results.
• Ability to coordinate campaign timelines and launch activities across teams.

Qualifications:

• Formal qualifications are not required but desirable.
• Experience in marketing, digital advertising, communications, business or a related field is valued 

Main Responsibilities/ Key Duties

• Support the planning, setup and coordination of paid digital campaigns and platform or product launches.
• Assist in managing campaign timelines, launch checklists and key milestones to ensure activities are delivered on schedule.
• Work with marketing, communications and technical teams to align messaging, creative assets, targeting and launch requirements.
• Help monitor paid campaign performance, budgets and spend, flagging issues or opportunities for optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with Social media Director, Social Media Analysts and Insights Officer.
• Support basic analysis and reporting on campaign results, using platform insights and analytics tools.
• Report campaign performance to the leadership team.
• Maintain documentation of campaign strategies, budgets and outcomes.
• Assist with audience targeting, creative testing and campaign adjustments based on performance data.
• Ensure campaigns and launch activities follow organisational guidelines, brand standards and data protection requirements.
• Support post-launch reviews to capture feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of future campaigns.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing updates and supporting coordination across teams.

To aid the growth of CET, an exciting Community Management Volunteer has been introduced to increase the engage more effectively with our supporters and teachers. The role will report to the Marketing Lead and be responsible be responsible for responding to teachers and supporters across a number of channels.

• Responding to comments and direct messages on social media platforms (potential for this to extend to Teach2030 website in second half of 2026)

Helping in our shops is a great way to help CHAS and, as well as helping us raise money to fund our vital services, you'll be part of a really great team of volunteers. You'll be meeting new people, using your skills or learning something new, and making sure our customers get a great welcome and all the assistance they need.

It's always great to see our volunteers chatting to customers and telling them about CHAS - and there's so much more to this role too: you could be sorting donations, getting stock ready for the shop floor, wielding a steamer or a duster, processing Gift Aid, operating the till (we will show you how), merchandising and displaying stock - you'll never have a dull moment.

It would be ideal if you could volunteer one shift each week, which is about four hours (but we're also happy to chat about more flexible times). As a sustainability charity, we take surplus food that's donated to us and redistribute it to people in need. The front line initiatives we support include food banks, schools, community groups and charities who, in turn, help people who are disadvantaged by poverty.

Our vital work supports people experiencing extreme hardship and prevents perfectly good food going to landfill, where it would otherwise contribute to climate warming. 

We need helping hands in our busy warehouse to receive and catalogue supplies, to load and unload vans, and to prepare orders for delivery. In return we offer training and support to help you obtain skills and experience to boost your CV if you are seeking work. This role is vital to the work of FareShare, ensuring that the food in our warehouse is correctly sorted, labelled and organised into orders placed by our charities and community groups.

What will I be doing?

Receiving, sorting, cataloguing and storing chilled and ambient surplus food in a warehouse, and preparing orders for delivery. You may also be assisting customers when they pick up their orders.

Ensuring food quality and safety by checking ‘use by’ and ‘best before’ dates.

Sorting and unpacking deliveries, categorising and recording food.

Assembling food orders placed by charities and community groups.

Assisting our Community Food Members with their food order collections. 

Maintaining health and safety and food hygiene standards. 

Helping with cleaning and other tasks identified by warehouse staff.

Person Specification: 

Must be reasonably physically fit to carry out tasks, including lifting and loading.

Have a good command of English in order to understand and follow instructions and health and safety rules. 

Have basic literacy and numeracy skills to record quantities and types of food donated.

Able to work in a manner that respects Health and Safety standards.

Be happy to complete tasks independently according to instruction.

Be positive, friendly and enthusiastic about tackling food waste and food poverty.

Must be reliable and able to commit to an agreed session/day.

What is the role? 

As a Welcome Host you will be joining the Visitor Experience department, greeting visitors and sharing the stories of our exhibits.  The RAF Museum’s vision is to inspire everyone with the RAF story - the people who shape it and its place in our lives. The RAF Museum Midlands welcomes thousands of visitors of all ages from all over the world. Our Welcome Host volunteers help us make their visit engaging and impactful, creating special moments and memories within the unique setting of our museum.

What will I be doing?

-Meeting and greeting our visitors, providing a warm welcome to the museum

-Providing a point of contact to interact with visitors throughout their visit, sharing information, providing directions, and answering any questions

-Presenting a positive image of the Museum to all visitors

-Discussing our exhibits and sharing the RAF story with visitors.

-Sharing our handling collection of uniforms, helmets and other historical items

How much time would I need to commit?

We are ideally looking for a minimum commitment of two shifts a month, but this is flexible depending on personal circumstances.This is a seven day a week opportunity, with morning (9:30-13:15), afternoon (13:15-16:00/17:00) and whole-day shifts available.  Which shifts you choose is entirely your own decision, depending upon your own availability.

Action Tutoring is a national education charity that offers free maths and English tutoring to pupils facing disadvantage. 

By volunteering as a tutor at a local school or online, you'll be supporting children to build their confidence and help ensure they leave school with the grades needed to build a bright future.

• Tutoring 1-3 pupils in Year 5 or 6, or Year 7, 10 or 11.

What You’ll Do

As our Chief Operating Officer, you will:

• Lead the operational setup and day‑to‑day running of the organisation.

• Build and oversee systems for service delivery, safeguarding, quality assurance, and volunteer coordination.

• Ensure our programmes run smoothly, safely, and consistently across Newham and Tower Hamlets.

• Work closely with the CEO and Heads of Function to turn strategy into practical, reliable delivery.

• Develop processes for scheduling, logistics, risk management, and participant flow.

• Support volunteer teams to deliver high‑quality, trauma‑informed sessions.

• Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems to track impact and learning.

• Ensure the organisation operates with care, dignity, and operational excellence.

This is a senior leadership role where your work will shape the rhythm, reliability, and long‑term sustainability of our movement.

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organised, calm under pressure, and values‑driven.

• Experienced in operations, service delivery, project management, or charity leadership.

• Confident building systems, processes, and structures from scratch.

• Skilled at coordinating people, programmes, and logistics.

• Passionate about trauma‑informed, person‑centred practice.

• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on operational delivery.

• Ready to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

Experience in employability, wellbeing, adult learning, or community development is helpful — but heart, care, and operational clarity matter most.
