Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to play a vital role at the heart of our organisation. This is a hands-on post that combines oversight with day-to-day delivery across all core operational functions - including HR, governance, IT and data, finance administration, and internal systems.. Reporting to the Chief Executive  and working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll ensure the smooth delivery of the systems and processes that enable our frontline work and support our future growth. The role involves both direct delivery and coordination - particularly through co-ordinating relationships with key external service providers in IT and HR. You’ll help ensure these partnerships are effective, responsive, and aligned with the organisation’s needs.
