About the Role
As Regional General Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across Treatment Centres.
- Ensure compliance with CQC and regulatory standards as the Registered Manager and Controlled Drugs Accountable Officer.

Key Responsibilities
You will be involved with the setup of new sites across the Region which will include:
- Leading the strategic planning and execution of new site setups within the region
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations, technology, and personnel - clinical and non-clinical
- Overseeing the development of timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for each new site
- Recruitment, induction, and training of a full service delivery team including local leadership
The job description for this role is the 'BAU' following initial site and service mobilisation and travel across the Region and to other Regions will be expected.

As the Operations Service Manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide effective leadership and management to the Treatment Centre Operations team. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and optimising resources such as personnel, consumables, equipment, and property to ensure efficient operations.
By working closely with other Operations Service Managers and departments, you will contribute to achieving organisational objectives and ensure the consistent delivery of a safe and sustainable service. Travel to the surrounding Community Treatment Centres will be required on an adhoc basis to improve your understanding and requirements of the role.

What is a HR Business Partner?
As a HR Business Partner, you will serve as a partner to the organisation's leadership and provide comprehensive HR support to drive business objectives, enhance our colleague experience and continually evolve our organisational effectiveness. You will collaborate with various stakeholders within your specific locations responsibilities, including our senior leadership, centre management, to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the company's goals and values.
A large part of the role will be based around managing employee relations with your key stakeholders. You will be expected to provide a first-class Employee Relations service to line managers and colleagues that embodies our company values and minimises impact to the day to day running of the company whilst being compliant with UK legislation and company policy.
As the HR Business Partner, you will contribute to the effectiveness of HR service delivery and will be an active participant and role model within the HR Team and wider organisation.
The HR function is responsible for ensuring the appropriate, sustainable, organisational structure is in place for MSI Reproductive Choices UK to achieve its mission, goals and objectives. About You
You will be CIPD (ideally level 7 qualified) or have relevant HR experience. Reporting to the UK HR Manager, you will be working within the HR department, working closely with other members of the HR team and Operational teams within the regions.

The role
Reporting to our Head of Services, this exciting and varied role is your opportunity to lead the evaluation of our online and in-person services as a key member of the Services Lead team. The role will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Charity including the fundraising team to prepare applications and impact reports and our partner organisation GenesisCare.,
Key role considerations are to ensure that:
- Services offered by the charity meet clients’ needs and lead to demonstrable impact
- Information provided is evidence-based, balanced, and consistent
- The voice of the person with cancer is integrated into strategy and service development
- Capacity to support the above functions is developed through skilled volunteer, student and associate recruitment and management
This important role will suit a proactive, highly organised person with experience in the evaluation and impact assessment of health-related services, analysing information and data, producing objective reports, and undertaking or overseeing desk research. You will be highly literate and able to write succinctly and compellingly for different audiences including academic, funders, health care professionals and individuals with cancer. Candidates will have experience of designing and using mixed-methods of service evaluation, ideally within a health-based environment.
