This is a highly rewarding role for an Outreach Worker to support parents and carers of children under 5 at Westminster Children Centres.

• Banking & Transactions: Manage Cathedral bank and investment accounts, including BACS, cheques, international payments, and reconciliations.

• Organisational experience within a non-profit organisation, think tank or research organisation or an organisation focused on economic development or social justice

Are you an experienced Fundraising Administrator with strong experience using Raiser’s Edge? 
 
Our client, a Children’s charity will be entering their busiest season of the year in the autumn/winter and they are seeking additional support from September – December. In this role you will be processing high volumes of donations and supporting the Head of Public Fundraising.

The role offers flexible remote working - 3 days per week and this is a great opportunity for someone who is confident using Raiser’s Edge. The hourly rate is £14.36 per hour and offers flexibility.
 
About the Fundraising Administrator role
You will Administer online donations, which involves acknowledging the donation and thanking the donor and uploading the information accurately on their fundraising database (Raiser’s Edge). You will be Supporting the Public Fundraising Team with the administration and acknowledgment of postal and telephone donations and responding to internal and external queries through a range of channels relating to fundraising ensuring top class supporter care. Additionally you will be involved in any other relevant administrative tasks as directed by the Head of Public Fundraising. A Standard DBS will be required.

The role

Reporting to our Head of Services, this exciting and varied role is your opportunity to lead the evaluation of our online and in-person services as a key member of the Services Lead team. The role will work collaboratively with colleagues across the Charity including the fundraising team to prepare applications and impact reports and our partner organisation GenesisCare.,

Key role considerations are to ensure that:

• Services offered by the charity meet clients’ needs and lead to demonstrable impact
• Information provided is evidence-based, balanced, and consistent
• The voice of the person with cancer is integrated into strategy and service development
• Capacity to support the above functions is developed through skilled volunteer, student and associate recruitment and management

This important role will suit a proactive, highly organised person with experience in the evaluation and impact assessment of health-related services, analysing information and data, producing objective reports, and undertaking or overseeing desk research. You will be highly literate and able to write succinctly and compellingly for different audiences including academic, funders, health care professionals and individuals with cancer. Candidates will have experience of designing and using mixed-methods of service evaluation, ideally within a health-based environment.
