Team Administrator
Overview
Watford and Three Rivers Refugee Partnership (WTRRP) provide services to refugees, asylum-seekers and other vulnerable migrants in our area.
We are looking for a part-time Team Administrator to support us with administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of services we provide as well as support with the volunteer recruitment process. This post is funded by the National Lottery grant until February 2027 with possibilities of being extended. This is a part-time post of 18.5 hours a week and is office based in Watford.
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and administrative skills who understands the needs of our clients and partner organisations. In return we can offer you an interesting and rewarding role that enables you to give back to your community. We run a successful drop-in service every Tuesday from 11.30-1.30pm, a Social Hub for clients, as well as a number of ESOL classes. We have a full-time Caseworker and a part-time volunteer co-ordinator as well as over 60 volunteers.
Salary: £13,668 (£27,336 FTE)
Working hours: 18.5 hours per week, there is some flexibility regarding working days but must be available on a Tuesday.
Duration: This post is funded until Feb 2027 but, with good prospects of extension

We're looking for someone to help manage Crimestoppers in the Avon and Somerset area.
Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2026
Location: Home-based (with regional travel across Avon & Somerset)
Hours: 15 hours per week (0.4 FTE, flexible, including some unsociable hours)
Salary: £15,531 per annum (£38,828 FTE)
Crimestoppers is seeking a Regional Manager to act as our representative across the region. This key role will:
- Lead the creation and delivery of impactful crime prevention campaigns with law enforcement and community partners.
- Coordinate cross-border and national initiatives in support of ROCUs, the NCA, and other agencies.
- Drive funding opportunities to support our work, from campaigns to outreach.
- Empower volunteer committees to thrive and achieve their full potential.
- Act as a spokesperson for Crimestoppers with local and regional media.
We are looking for someone with strong project management and budget management experience, confident in working under pressure, building strategic relationships, and occasionally working unsociable hours. Experience with the voluntary sector, media campaigns, or policing practice would be an advantage.

We are recruiting for a new part-time, fixed-term role of Marketing & Communications Officer to help build our profile, increase congregation numbers and visitor engagement, support fundraising activities and drive commercial and charitable income as we embark on a £6.5 million conservation and renovation campaign.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following essential criteria:
· Previous marketing experience
· Writing wide-ranging online and offline content in a faith-based context
· Excellent editorial / proofreading experience
· Social-media content generation and campaign experience
· Experience in creating online and social media content
· Experience using design software including but not limited to InDesign
· Demonstrable ability to exploit online channels (eg Google ads) to build audiences
· Knowledge of impact monitoring tools
· Producing reports for multiple internal and external stakeholders
· Expected to understand and sympathise with the work of a church and its religious, educational and charitable purpose.

The Missional Youth Church Network (MYCN) was established out of a desire to see churches grow their ministry to young people and equip, develop and encourage them to be leaders in mission. The bold and exciting vision of the Network is to pioneer and establish missional youth churches, enabling 11-18 year olds to build community and discover faith in Christ.
This role is for a Development Officer – South, for MYCN within Church Army UK. It has come out of a desire to see churches grow their ministry to young people and equip, develop and encourage them to be leaders in mission. As Development Officer, you’ll be a catalyst for developing the network in the southern province.

Leading an exciting new community engagement project, you will understand and break down barriers to physical activity and maximise provision to help residents become healthier and happier. To make this happen, we will look to you to design and deliver a far-reaching investment programme for VCSE organisations, so you can expect an extremely high profile. In particular, you will:
- Secure buy-in from diverse groups and stakeholders to make things happen.
- Bring together public bodies, investors and colleagues to secure and deploy funding.
- Manage the relationship with our core partner Salford Community Leisure.
- Constantly monitor and report on project activity.
- Find innovative ways to connect with hard-to-reach groups and increase their participation in physical activity.
- Effectively manage your time and oversee your own administration.
As you would expect, we require a confident and ambitious self-starter with:
- Experience of overseeing commissioned or grant-funded work, including reporting to partners.
- A track record of providing information to individuals and groups.
- Proven ability to conduct research, analyse data and gain clear insights.
- Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable flair for multi-tasking and prioritising conflicting demands.
Finally, an understanding of the importance of physical activity would be very useful, as would some exposure to the voluntary, community or social enterprise sector.
