They are looking for a proactive Head of Corporate Partnerships who can deliver against growth targets, is passionate about creating strategic, impactful partnerships, and a confident leader.
This is a maternity cover contract starting in mid-September and expected to run to the end of October 2026.
This role would suit someone with a strong background and sound understanding of corporate partnerships. You will need to have a positive mindset, be impact and target focused whilst balancing and adapting priorities.

You will contribute to building a positive, values-based culture within the fundraising team and bring together new ideas and creative thinking, expert leadership and strong relationship building and negotiation skills to contribute to significant growth.

The Role
Lead and deliver the corporate partnerships strategy to meet and exceed income targets.
Maintain and grow relationships with current corporate partners.
Work with the Development Advisory Group to maximise networks and opportunities for corporate fundraising.
Identify and secure new high-value partnerships, with a focus on six figure opportunities.
Work closely with the Membership Manager to oversee the strategy, delivery, and growth of the Employer Membership Programme.
Lead and inspire a team of four (two direct reports).

About the charity

About the role
The Individual Giving Manager will plan, deliver and evaluate an ambitious and effective Individual Giving development programme for in memory giving, individual donations, appeals, regular giving, raffles, lottery, and legacy marketing. You'll lead on the creation and implementation of the Individual Giving, Lottery and Legacy strategies to increase income and donor engagement. This role covers the hospice's largest income generating streams and the plan is to grow these further. There's loads of scope to do this; with their 40th Anniversary coming up and the fact you are working across both Trinity Hospice & Brian House there are so many new and innovative ways they can be connecting with donors.
You'll also lead, inspire and motivate a fantastic team and work closely with the Communications Manager to ensure case studies, photography, statistics and organisation information is effective and in line with the Hospice's brand guidelines.
About you
This role will suit a natural relationship builder with a track record of individual giving/legacy/lottery fundraising. You'll be a brilliant leader and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. You'll be target-driven, comfortable and confident working with achievable KPIs and targets as well as supporting and developing your team to reach theirs.

For the largest infrastructure project in Europe, we are recruiting an interim Finance Business Partner to support a large JV programme. This role will provide assurance and challenge for Area Delivery Managers (and teams) regarding project finance management, forecasting and project budgets. This role will contribute to the strategic development of the organisation by defining and implementing accounting policies, financial systems, controls, processes, and reports, engaging with stakeholders across this £1bn+ budget area.
Main Duties:
- Review and financial endorsement of change and investment papers, challenging risks, opportunities ensuring project impacts are clearly identified and costs recorded

Robertson Bell is exclusively partnering with the British Medical Association (BMA) in their search for a Group VAT Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. The BMA is the trade union and professional body for doctors in the UK. They represent, support and negotiate on behalf of all UK doctors and medical students.
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, the Group VAT Accountant will be responsible for ensuring that the BMA Group (BMA and BMJPG) properly accounts for VAT and meets their statutory return, including overseas equivalents. You will proactively ensure that the finance systems and internal processes across the group are compliant and will manage relationships with external advisors and HMRC, as the organisation’s VAT Subject Matter Expert.

The key duties of the role are as follows:
- Responsible for submission of accurate and timely statutory VAT returns (and international equivalents) for the Group.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations on a regular basis that supports the VAT return submission.
- Undertake annual reviews of the VAT position, including any exemptions applied during the year.
- Proactively ensure that the finance systems and internal processes across the Group are compliant with the required tax legislation and remain alert to any future changes.
- Proactively manage the relationship with external advisors and HMRC.
- Liaise with Group Auditors, providing support and information for financial audits, preparation of financial statements and other requests.
- Compile and communicate appropriate tax guidance and training wherever needed within the group, liaising with external advisors as necessary.

To be successful as a Group VAT Accountant you'll ideally have:
- Accounting Qualification (CCAB) (essential)
- Significant experience in VAT within a commercial organisation (essential)
- Previous experience of working in a VAT compliance role (essential)
- Knowledge of applying VAT law and how it affects corporations.
- Knowledge and understanding of UK, EU and global VAT compliance issues

Ivy Rock Partners are supporting the Southbank Centre in their recruitment for a Finance Business Partner for one of their key directorates, Development and Audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join the finance team to help support in driving good management reporting and business partnering to ensure the accurate and reliable reporting and budgeting for Development, Membership, Marketing and Communications and Visitor Experience.
Key duties of the role are as follows:
To ensure effective financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis for budget holders, senior management and external parties as required. Building excellent relationships with the Audience and Development teams, ensuring that:
- The Directors, Heads of Department and cost centre budget holders are supported and challenged on all financial issues, including reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- There is effective and ongoing financial monitoring and control
- Budget variances, risks and opportunities are identified and flagged as part of the management accounts monthly reforecast process
To deliver monthly management accounting and other reporting for relevant cost centres, including:
- Meeting budget holders to discuss accuracy of the accounts, reasons for variances and required actions and updating forecasts as appropriate
- Prepare the relevant summary sections of the monthly management accounts and related KPIs
- Process accruals, deferrals, and other accounting adjustments, including at financial year end
About You
- You will be a part-qualified, finalist or fully qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent). Applicants who are qualified by experience are also encouraged to apply.
- You will have hands-on knowledge of supporting in the production of management accounts and experience of or the ability to partner with non-finance stakeholders to advise on budgets

We are delighted to be working with an International Charity that operates all over the globe to recruit for a Senior Management Accountant. This role will be driven by budget planning, financial analysis and reporting, and balance technical expertise with strategic insight. The postholder will be working closely with the Head of Finance to manage the accounting department.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Develop and manage a team providing financial support to budget holders and operational staff
- Develop a business partnering approach towards all stakeholders supporting and driving understanding of financial matters
- Assist the Head of Finance in managing the accounting department
- Develop and manage the budget process across the Charity and report this to the Board
- Manage and oversee the budget preparation process ensuring stakeholder receive the necessary support, whilst communicating deadlines

- Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast for the year
- Review budget adherence and provide variance explanations through monthly meeting of budget holders
- Prepare and submit management accounts, including budget to actual variance analysis
- Ensure adherence to accounting judgments and estimates with robust supporting

- Review programme funding requests from the International Programme Resources Department, ensuring compliance with funding requirements
- Support the Senior Financial Accountant in year-end audit processes
- Line manage the accounts payable and receivable team members
- Serve as a financial representative on various boards, committees, and councils to support decision-making
Ideal candidate profile:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong background in management accounting
- Strong management reporting, financial reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent budgeting and forecasting skills
- Experience in finance business partnering with key stakeholders of various departments
- Knowledge of UK Charity SROP and financial compliance regulations

They are now seeking a new Finance Manager, who will be a pro-active member of the Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO. The Finance Manager will need to have a combination of strategic, practical and commercial skills in order to provide effective financial leadership and performance management to support business potential and the delivery of financial targets. Being a hands-on member of the Leadership Team who is a visible and known by EVC’s Companions, staff, volunteers and Trustees will be essential.
