The Role

As Head of Growth, you will be at the forefront of shaping our sales, marketing, and events, developing our business development strategy to expand our reach and impact. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead with vision: Set ambitious sales and marketing goals to deliver our 5-Year Strategy, targeting 600 Centres of Excellence and 1,200 annual members.

• Drive growth: Build high-impact sales funnels, oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, and optimize our HubSpot CRM to create seamless buyer journeys.

• Inspire teams: Lead our Growth team (Sales, Marketing, Events) with passion, fostering their development and collaborating across departments to launch innovative offers.

Who You Are

• A proven leader with expertise in sales or marketing (ideally both) and a track record of managing high-volume, complex sales funnels.

The Education Access Coordinator will equip young asylum seekers and refugees to access further (FE) and higher education (HE) through advice and guidance, 1:1 casework and training for other professionals. 

This role sits within the Education Access team: everything we do is focussed on supporting young refugees and asylum seekers into an appropriate form of education from primary school right the way up to university.

The team is separated into three work streams: access to schools, access to FE and access to HE. We also run a national email and telephone advice service through which young people, their families and the professionals who support them, can receive timely and accurate advice and support about any aspect of accessing education in the UK.

This role straddles the access to FE and HE streams of work and, although it would be helpful to have some experience of working in these sectors, our experience is that this knowledge can be taught and is not as important to us as other qualities and experience.

The successful candidate will, however, need to be able to understand and retain a great deal of complex information and then clearly articulate this to others both verbally and in writing. The ideal candidate would be someone who would relish becoming an expert in refugee access to FE and HE and would enjoy the problem solving element of navigating complex regulations to find the right solution for an individual struggling to access education. 

The successful candidate will also need to have experience of and enjoy working with vulnerable young people both individually and in groups. A key element of this role is ongoing casework with individuals - where you will need to build a supportive and trusting relationship over the long term - alongside running one-off workshops for large groups where the priority is to quickly gain young people’s confidence and attention. 

Finally, the successful candidate will be responsible for representing REUK’s access pillar externally.  You will co-deliver training to a high standard as well as maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including local authorities, FE colleges, universities and other NGOs - it is therefore imperative that you have excellent people skills.

This role can be done 4 or 5 days per week, depending on preference (salary would be pro rata for 4 days).

Corporate Partnerships Manager

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, or pro-rata (depending on experience)

Main Purpose

About Legacy Youth Zone

Croydon Youth Zone, named as Legacy by young people, was opened in September 2019. The Youth Zone is an independent Charity, but we are proud to be part of the growing OnSide Network whereby we have adopted a set of principles that guide our work with young people.

Our universal offer is focussed around a state-of-the-art, multimillion pound facility that is purpose built and remains dedicated to young people. We work with young people aged from 8 – 19 (up to 25 with additional needs) and offer an array of activities for young people to get involved in. We pride ourselves on being open when young people need us the most, during evenings and weekends, and whenever schools are closed.

Since opening, the Youth Zone has had nearly 16,000 young people sign up as members of which around 60% are male and 40% are female. At times during our opening months 1,400 young people were visiting the Youth Zone every week, making it a go to destination for Croydon’s next generation.

Person Specification

Essential Experience:

• Proven corporate fundraising experience.
• Experience of building relationships and partnerships with individuals, businesses and other groups that have resulted in sustainable income.

About the Role

This is a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation, ensuring that our gardens, workshops, and outreach programmes run safely, smoothly and in line with our values. You’ll work closely with our CEO and wider team to:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across three diverse sites

• Coordinate rotas, site logistics, tools, and vehicles

• Ensure policies, health and safety and safeguarding standards are met

• Help gather outcomes and evidence for funders and partners

As a ToP Surgeon, reporting to the Deputy Medical Director for Surgical Abortion, you'll be part of a dedicated team committed to empowering choice and providing high-quality, non-judgmental care. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering safe clinical care for clients undergoing first and early second trimester abortions, in line with guidelines from the General Medical Council, Care Quality Commission, and Department of Health and Social Care.

What You’ll Do

✅ Provide expert clinical care in first-trimester surgical abortion (manual and electric suction aspiration) and second-trimester procedures (dilatation and evacuation).
✅ Maintain compliance with MSI UK policies while ensuring thorough documentation for any deviations.
