The AI Opportunity Fund:
The AI Opportunity Fund, led by the Centre for Public Impact with support from Google . org, is currently a €16 million initiative aimed at empowering underserved workers across Europe with essential AI skills. The programme has selected 73 organisations from hundreds of applications to provide tailored AI training to at least 20,000 workers across 24 European countries. These organisations focus on diverse communities, including rural job seekers, underemployed women, and public sector workers, aiming to bridge the digital divide and promote economic resilience. The initiative underscores AI's potential to drive social mobility and equitable growth across the continent. We are also hoping to scale our work in this area in the future.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Grants Programme Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the AI Opportunity Fund. This role is responsible for the operational leadership of the programme, ensuring that it is planned and executed effectively on time, on budget and within scope. A key focus of the role is ensuring that the grant-giving component of the programme is designed and stewarded diligently.
This is a middle management role that is primarily operational with some elements of strategic leadership. It requires strong project management skills, good grant-making practice and the ability to manage relationships with diverse partners. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working with considerable scope and complexity; and who embraces the challenges and opportunities of a startup environment where learning, adaptability, and building the plane as we fly it are central!
Responsibilities and Competencies:
Programme Development and Delivery

Lead on shaping the design and execution of the AI Opportunity Fund utilising appropriate project management frameworks.

Coordinate high quality project deliverables including implementing an AI training programme at scale and convening peer learning and knowledge sharing workshops.

Collaborate closely with Finance and Senior Leadership to manage and monitor the programme budget and expenditure.

Identify, escalate and contribute to addressing programmatic risks to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and donor requirements.
Grant Making and Management

Lead the design and implementation of the AI Opportunity Fund grant making function, embedding good grant making practice whilst adhering to donor expectations.

Develop and implement robust grant-making systems, processes and structures to successfully execute each stage of the grant lifecycle.

Provide excellent stewardship of a large portfolio of grants, providing technical support and effectively managing escalated issues to ensure the programme achieves its strategic objectives.

Build the capacity of the wider AI Opportunity Fund team in grant making skills and capabilities.

Manage and coach the Grants Officer, ensuring they deliver their grants administration responsibilities effectively.
Partnerships and Stakeholder Management

Provide excellent donor stewardship of Google . org, securing their confidence in CPIE as a thought and delivery partner.

Cultivate, maintain and oversee strong relationships with wider stakeholders on the programme including service providers and evaluation partners.

Support senior leadership to position the programme strategically internally and externally in order to advance CPIE’s reputation and offer.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

Ensure that CPIE prepares and submits accurate, timely and high quality programme and grant reports to Google, CPI’s Board and other key audiences.

Collaborate closely with the Communications Team, Senior Leadership and external providers to ensure robust impact measurement of the AI Opportunity Fund.

Identify and leverage opportunities to share insights from the AI Opportunity Fund to a range of stakeholders including broader CPI teams, wider civil society and current and potential clients.

Embed a culture of learning and reflexivity in the team, utilising insights from the Programme to shape project management in an iterative way.

CAAS provides an Autism and ADHD Support Service across the 8 boroughs of NW London from our base in Eastcote and offices around London. We offer information, advice, and support to ADHD/Autistic people, their families, and professionals, with the aim of improving quality of life and building neurodivergent-aware communities.
In this role, you will join the established CAAS adult team to support, educate, and empower ADHD/Autistic adults (diagnosed or self-identified) across NW London.
You will:
· Provide one-to-one information, advice, and practical task-based support.
· Facilitate online and in-person peer groups, courses and workshops sessions.
· Help develop resources that increase understanding of ADHD/Autism and pathways to support.
· Signpost to local and national services, community groups, and specialist support.
· Work with professionals to share good practice and promote reasonable adjustments so services are more accessible to ADHD/Autistic adults including delivering short training sessions to professionals.
The role requires:

Front of house support and referrals process
The Specialist Adult ADHD/Autism Advisor (SAAA) will be expected to answer both written and telephone enquiries from members of the public about CAAS services, with a warm and welcoming style, so clients feel comfortable to attend our services.
SAAA will be expected to welcome visitors to the centre and provide information about CAAS and The SAAA will provide front-of-house support, welcoming visitors, answering queries, and managing the referrals process, including CRM updates, triage, and liaising with referrers.
CAAS offers a wide range of adult services, so SAAA will be expected to proactively support clients in accessing the appropriate services and provide consistent follow-up and communication.

The SAAA will be expected to contribute to the support and empowerment of ADHD and autistic adults and their families in a range of other ways, such as:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with local statutory and voluntary services, particularly within health, social care, and social prescribing teams.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with strong project coordination skills to support the delivery of a high-profile clinical audit programme commissioned by the Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP).
You will take ownership of day-to-day project coordination for assigned projects, including monitoring progress against timelines and deliverables. You’re comfortable acting as secretary or deputy to committees or working parties.
You will work closely with the project’s Clinical Leads, Data and Methodology teams, and national stakeholders including NHS trusts, royal colleges, and patient representatives.
You have a strong attention to detail and can effectively manage multiple workstreams at the same time.
You also have experience in helpdesk support and managing inboxes for assigned research projects. You will have strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. About the Role
This role coordinates the activities within the RCoA Centre for Research and Improvement (RCoA CR&I), providing project coordination support to the RCoA’s research projects.
This role will support a national clinical audit, part of the National Clinical Audit and Patient Outcomes Programme (NCAPOP), commissioned by the Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP) and funded by NHS England. This is a multidisciplinary clinical audit, and the post holder will be expected to work closely with Centre for Perioperative Care (CPOC).
The RCoA CR&I is the national centre of excellence for health services research in anaesthesia and associated specialties. Its purpose is to define, evaluate and improve quality in anaesthesia, perioperative care and pain management.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain, update and implement assigned project plans and timetables, regularly updating line management with progress and slippages.
- Provide day-to-day project coordination for assigned projects, including system support for data collection platforms.
- Act as secretary, or deputy, to assigned RCoA committees or working parties.
- Provide helpdesk and inbox cover to assigned research projects.
- Maintain databases and regular contact with local research stakeholders and leads throughout the duration of assigned projects.
- Act as a first point of contact for all assigned research projects related matters and take responsibility for responses.
- Manage external stakeholder communications for assigned projects via email, updating project documentation and newsletters.

Would you like to make a positive difference to the lives of survivors of torture? Do you have experience of coordinating clinical services delivery to marginalised groups in a community setting?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Clinical Psychologist to work with an innovative and friendly multidisciplinary team at our London Centre.
You will line manage and supervise highly skilled and dedicated clinicians, in the service delivery of a range of NICE guideline recommended therapy interventions, offered to our clients, who are survivors of torture and organised violence. You will report to the Adult Team Manager, London and operate as an integral part of the London Clinical Services Team. This is an exciting chance to join us as we place survivor empowerment and movement building at the heart of our four-year strategy and work together to increase the number of clients who can access our services. It is based in a centre specifically designed to be a safe and welcoming environment for survivors and includes gardens and growing facilities.
About the role
This is a wide-ranging position, and your key areas of responsibility will include:
- To work with the Adult Team Manager and Heads of Clinical Services to implement FFT’s strategic goals. It will involve providing line management to paid staff and volunteers from different professions and disciplines and provide professional and clinical supervision to qualified clinicians and trainees in the service including, clinical/counselling psychologists. This role may also include providing remote clinical supervision to clinicians in our other regional centres (North West England and Scotland).
- To ensure that Freedom from Torture's clinical model continues to be fully rolled out, with particular emphasis on survivor empowerment and evidence-based practice for addressing PTSD and other mental health impacts of torture.
- Championing people development as well as influence delivery of evidenced -based practice, clinical standards, quality initiatives and audit-based services.
- To formulate and negotiate psychological treatment and management plans for referred clients and to provide psychological treatment, using a range of specialist psychological interventions appropriate to the service in line with the new clinical model “Pathways” (drawing on a range of evidence-based models for the presenting problems of the clients).
- Being an effective role model and leader to encourage, develop and enhance skills of others.
About you
This is an important role within Freedom from Torture. To be successful in this role you must have a high level of commitment to maintaining excellent standards of client care and service delivery. It is a key requirement that you must have knowledge of appropriate clinical standards and external regulatory bodies. You must also have sound financial awareness and experience of balancing the provision of quality care against budgetary parameters.
To be considered for this role you must be a Psychologist registered with HCPC and have qualified with a doctorate or equivalent in either clinical or counselling psychology. You must have professional experience of working with clients with complex PTSD and have post-qualification experience of using evidence-based trauma focused therapy models. It is essential that you have a clear understanding of the experience of refugees and people seeking asylum, both in terms of pre-flight experience and the experience of living in exile. You must have previous management and supervision experience and be able to provide demonstrable examples of how you have successfully led and influenced clinical teams within community or health care settings.
