About the role
You’ll play a central role in helping us understand and improve our digital performance. Leading on embedding Google Analytics 4, you’ll shape our digital measurement strategy, and ensure our tracking and reporting is accurate, insightful, and aligned with our broader data ecosystem. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you’ll support website optimisation, user experience improvements, and the development of accessible dashboards that inform decision-making across the organisation. You’ll help us make the most of our digital data, combining it with CRM and other sources to generate joined-up, actionable insights. Whether it’s supporting ecommerce tracking, running A/B tests, or identifying opportunities for growth, your work will help us connect more meaningfully with our audiences.
About you
You’ll bring hands-on experience in digital analytics and a passion for using data to improve user experience and drive meaningful change. You’re comfortable working with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and native analytics platforms across email, social, and search. You’ve used data to optimise customer journeys, run A/B and multivariate tests, and improve conversion through insight-led decision-making. You know how to present complex findings clearly, whether through dashboards or conversations, and you enjoy supporting others to build their confidence with data. What are we looking for?
- Experience working on large and complex digital analytics and tracking solutions
- Deep understanding of modern website applications (Next.js, JavaScript, DOM)
- Deep understanding of how web browsers work and data flows, is captured and processed
- High data literacy to query the data collected
- Understanding of data privacy and how what we track means to a user
- Expert knowledge of marketing tags including wider strategy, implementation and data policy (Google Marketing Platform, Paid Social, Display, Email)
- Strong stakeholder managements and able to articulate simple marketing requirements to complex technical solutions.
- An understanding of marketing data limitations and best practices e.g. attribution to be able to advise on correct reporting implementation and targeting

Job Purpose
The purpose of the IT Manager role is to lead CR’s internal IT operations and infrastructure. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the IT Manager will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of our IT systems, ensuring their reliability, security, and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
While the role is based in London, it needs to provide oversight to the global IT systems of the organisation, ensuring systems will function effectively in all operating contexts, taking into account issues such as internet bandwidth and electricity reliability.

As the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for leading some of the largest and most complex partnerships, focusing on delivering shared strategic goals to increase social mobility in the workplace. The corporate partnerships for the charity have been focused on strategic engagement on an organisational level and growth has been achieved through supporting multiple objectives and senior stakeholder relationships, so continuing this line of work will be important in the portfolio. The role will focus on both new business and account management with ambitious individual and team income targets.
To be successful as the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will have proven experience of corporate partnerships fundraising and be able to evidence securing and managing multi-year high value partnerships of six and seven figures. This person will need to demonstrate how they have developed a successful set of approaches to win new corporate partnerships and ideally experience of networking mapping and relationship building with the education and/or non-for-profit sector at the C-suite level.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will have hybrid working in the London offices for at least two days per week. The salary for this role is £49,000 to £55,000.

We’re looking for two, mutually-supporting, Finance Business Partners to join our Finance team at Woodgreen, where their insight and initiative will help shape the future of our charity in these newly created positions.
Our successful candidates will individually and collectively contribute to the effective financial management of Woodgreen Pets Charity and its trading subsidiary, Wood Green Enterprises Limited (“WGEL”). They will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and senior leaders to provide expert financial guidance, insight, challenge, and assurance across a wide range of financial management, planning and analysis activities.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, but working independently within the charity and often with minimal supervision, you will be confident using your own initiative to identify opportunities, risks, and solutions. You will provide actionable insights for budget holders, whilst maintaining rigorous attention to the provision of accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with relevant policies and procedures, and robust audit-ready record keeping. You will:
- Build trust with decision makers and budget holders so that Finance Business Partner analysis, advice and guidance is actively sought and adds value in generating desired business outcomes.
- Provide insightful financial analysis, promoting commercial and risk awareness to inform decision making, providing constructive challenge and ensuring that financial governance, control and alignment to Woodgreen’s strategic plans is maintained.
- Be highly visible and engage early in supporting projects and leading them where required. This will include the development of the financial aspects of business cases, particularly the financial aspects which ensure that business cases are of a consistent high quality and are robust and accurate.
The two roles will be equivalent, offering similar opportunities and challenges, but will be responsible for different areas of the charity’s work. One role will partner with budget holders in the Income and Engagement Directorate, which includes responsibilities for regular audits of Woodgreen’s retail estate and may involve some regional travel. The second role will partner with budget holders in the Pet and Corporate Services directorates, plus the CEO as the lead director for WGEL.
If you have:
- a detailed understanding of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, IF statements, and other advanced functions;
- the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data and understand complex interdependencies;

- a strategic mindset;

These are full time, permanent, hybrid positions with the expectation that the successful applicants will work approximately 1 day a week from our Godmanchester site. As our Finance Business Partner, Income and Engagement will also be required to travel to our retail shops approximately 1 – 2 times a month a full driving licence will be essential for this role.

Strategic Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with the Senior Manager (Campaign Delivery) to align ambassador, royal, and campaign activities.
Offer strategic insights on emerging trends in talent, philanthropy, and patronage.
Play a key role in the Relationship Management leadership team, contributing to planning, prioritisation, and cross-organisational collaboration.

1st Place is a local success story. Born out of the vision from parents and children in 2005, we are now the recognised voluntary sector provider of early years and Best Start Family Hub services in Southwark.
We are first and foremost a hub of support for families with young children, from birth to rising five years and beyond which enables both children and parents to thrive. This includes health, parenting, as well as early years education through open access services and our highly regarded day nurseries.
The challenges facing the families and communities we serve are ever present. We live in economically difficult times, which impacts the greatest on people who are already disadvantaged.
