Job description
The Young Roots Casework Service aims to improve the life chances of young refugees and asylum seekers and to support them to reach their potential by accessing their rights and entitlements.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Manager to head up the casework team in Brent. It will be a chance to provide advice and guidance, safeguarding oversight, line management and supervise other caseworkers in the team.
The role will support the oversight and delivery of our weekly Advice and Support Hub in Brent (Wednesday from 5pm to 8pm). The role will suit a dynamic, supportive, and enthusiastic manager with a deep understanding of the challenges young refugees and asylum seekers face in London.

The Heritage Project is a direct response to the sale of our main site, the historic Sir Oswald Stoll Mansions, which will be handed over to our neighbours Chelsea FC in 2027. While residents of the Mansions will move to nearby, higher-quality accommodation in the new build development of King’s Road Park, aspects of our heritage including the Mansions themselves, our on-site archives and the memories and stories of our residents are at risk.
From late 2025 until early 2028, the Heritage Project Officer will deliver a series of workshops, tours, activities, and lectures which celebrate, preserve, and share our rich heritage while engaging and integrating the local veteran and civilian communities in Fulham. Working with partners including the Fulham Society, Hammersmith & Fulham Archives and two volunteer committees, the Heritage Project Officer will also conduct extensive archival and online research to piece together the hidden history and forgotten stories of The Stoll Foundation and our early residents. Additionally, the Officer will lead on the production of key assets including a website section devoted to our heritage and a physical and digital book of the local community’s memories of Stoll Mansions. The project will culminate in a temporary exhibition which the Heritage Project Officer will design and deliver with the support of volunteers and professionals.

The Smart Works service is delivered in London, Greater Manchester, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Newcastle, Reading, Bristol and Leeds. Over the past ten years, Smart Works has helped over 50,000 women, and last year alone we reached 10,600 women. It is our mission that any woman who needs our service should be able to find her way to a Smart Works centre.
In March 2025, Smart Works completed their Three-Year Plan that saw the charity double the number of women helped annually from 5,000 to 10,000 women a year. To achieve this, we grew our existing centres and opened a new centre.

About This Role
We are looking for an exceptional Outreach Manager to lead our outreach and develop excellent referral partner relationships across London. Our Outreach Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that as many women as possible know about and can access our service.
This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, passionate, strategic, and relationship-driven individual to grow our reach and impact within London (and beyond).
The role would be based across all of London and our three London centres (Islington, Ladbroke Grove and Croydon). You will be expected to travel to and attend outreach events, as well as meeting referral partner organisations. There will also be occasional evening and weekend work, for which time off in lieu is given.

Rape Crisis South London are currently looking for a highly skilled and passionate professional Adult Counsellor to join our organisation on a part-time basis (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays).
The successful candidate will have good knowledge within the Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG) movement; experience working with the effects of Trauma, especially Sexual abuse trauma; experience of providing counselling by using an intersectional lens and able to demonstrate an understanding of how overlapping identities shape women’s experiences of trauma, particularly those from Black and minoritised ethnic backgrounds.
The successful applicant will demonstrate knowledge and experience of working integrative, maintaining clear therapeutic boundaries and adhering to the ethical framework the organisation’s professional body. They will be skilled in applying a range of therapeutic approaches and committed to feminist and anti-racist principles and embedding these values into all aspects of their practice.

About Us
RCSL is a specialist charity supporting survivors of sexual violence across twelve South London boroughs. We provide counselling, group therapy, advocacy, prevention education, and training for professionals. We are proud to be a member of Rape Crisis England & Wales and a partner in the London Sexual Violence Alliance, a collaboration of eight organisations representing over 225 years of collective expertise in supporting survivors. Our work is underpinned by feminist principles, trauma-informed practice, and a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and survivor-centred approaches.
About the Role As Group Coordinator – London Survivors' Collective, you will: Create, coordinate and facilitate peer support, psychoeducational and wellbeing groups for survivors of sexual violence. Support group delivery across Alliance partners, ensuring consistency and quality. Collect and input feedback to strengthen service delivery and co-production. Develop new group models from pilot through to evaluation and launch. Champion survivor participation and trauma-informed practice throughout.
About You You’ll bring: Experience supporting survivors of sexual violence or working in the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector. Confidence in group facilitation and collaboration. Strong organisational and communication skills. A commitment to feminist values and survivor-centred practice. Relevant qualification within the VAWG sector (ISVA, IDVA, or similar) are desirable but not essential.
The post-holder will share responsibility for promoting and upholding the organisation’s safeguarding standards. This includes ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, young people, and adults at risk; recognising and reporting concerns promptly; following all safeguarding policies and procedures; and contributing to a culture in which everyone feels safe, respected, and supported.

JOB SUMMARY:
To assist the Finance team with the day-to-day financial activities of International Medical Corps UK in ensuring appropriate finance management, accounting, control and reporting. The UK finance team, work in close collaboration with the finance team of our affiliate International Medical Corps based in LA and Split.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Appropriate and timely processing of accounts payable function;
• Responding to payment requests using BACS and international transfers as appropriate
• Timely disbursement of staff expenses;
• Set-up payments in the bank account in relation to UK suppliers and employees;
• Prepare vouchers for Foreign exchange transfers;
• Tracing foreign exchange settlements and flag outstanding settlements;
• Ensure uploading documents on Onbase Scanning and filing of bank statements, bank reconciliation, monthly folders for transactions during the month, third party documents and correspondence.
