Part Time Salesforce Developer

I’m partnered with a well-known UK-wide charity who are looking to hire a Part Time Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing management and development of their Salesforce platform.

The organisation is currently going through a major Salesforce transformation, moving into the build of Nonprofit Cloud. This role will have a particular focus on supporting the existing Salesforce environment, ensuring the platform continues to run effectively while the wider team delivers the transformation.

The role will:

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, configuration and BAU support
• Build and maintain Flows, automation and standard Salesforce functionality
• Support users, permissions, security, data quality and platform health
• Manage smaller enhancements, troubleshooting, testing and releases
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and identify practical Salesforce solutions

Skills required:

• Strong hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration experience
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow, automation and OOTB functionality
• Confidence managing BAU issues and platform improvements independently
• Experience within Nonprofit Cloud/NPSP, integrations or the charity sector would be advantageous
