This is a very special role to provide holistic health and wellbeing of those who visit our open drop-in at the Vineyard Community Centre in Richmond. To us, they are our guests, not 'clients', 'patients' or users'.
This will include personal health screening, and holistic health support; also to provide health education, and liaison with outside agencies and local surgery. Many of our guests have multiple and complex needs involving, mental health, drug/alcohol dependency and homelessness.
You’ll report to our Community Nursing Manager and work with our Case Worker and Caseworkers from the Glass Door charity, and external hosted partner organisations like SPEAR and C.A.B.

About Working Well Trust
Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.
We are recruiting an IPS Operations Manager to support the delivery and development of our IPS services across London. The postholder will manage two IPS service sites from the following areas: Tower Hamlets, Newham, Barking and Dagenham, and Enfield. The final allocation of sites will be discussed with the successful candidate and agreed based on service needs, experience and working arrangements.
What you’ll be doing
If you were working with us, you would provide operational leadership across two of our IPS services. These sites will be agreed with you based on service needs, your experience and working arrangements.
You would support Team Leads and frontline teams to deliver high-quality IPS services that are client-led, evidence-based and aligned with contractual outcomes. You would help ensure services run smoothly day to day, while also supporting service development, quality improvement and strong performance.
You would:
- Provide leadership oversight across two IPS service sites, supporting Team Leads with operational delivery, planning and problem solving.
- Ensure services meet contractual outcomes, delivery timeframes and quality standards.
- Support Team Leads to manage performance, caseloads, attendance, safeguarding, risk and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS partners, funders, community organisations and other key stakeholders.
- Lead on IPS fidelity across the services, supporting teams to deliver high-fidelity IPS and develop quality improvement plans.
- Use data, audits, client feedback and service reviews to identify what is working well and where improvements are needed.
- Complete contract monitoring requirements, represent WWT at contract performance meetings and attend quarterly service review meetings with IPS Grow.
- Work with NHS colleagues to support integration, clinical co-location, steering groups, data flow and appropriate escalation of clinical risks or safeguarding concerns.
- Support staff wellbeing by ensuring regular wellbeing check-ins and welfare conversations are embedded in supervision and one-to-one meetings.
- Work with HR and Team Leads to recruit, onboard, train and retain Team Leads, Employment Specialists and support staff.
- Support budget holders and work with the Finance Manager to ensure budgets are managed effectively.
- Work with other Operations Managers, the Operations Director and Head Office colleagues to develop consistent systems, improve services and support wider organisational priorities.
You would also provide direct supervision to project leads and help build a positive learning culture where staff feel supported, clear about expectations and able to develop their skills.
What you’ll need
We are looking for someone with strong operational leadership experience and a good understanding of IPS, employment support or mental health services.
You will need to bring:
- Experience of IPS or equivalent team leadership.
- Experience of managing teams, performance and service delivery.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a complex and demanding workload.
- Experience of monitoring, contract reporting and using data to support service planning.
- The ability to build positive relationships with funders, NHS partners, community organisations, clients and staff.
- Confidence supporting Team Leads with performance, quality, safeguarding, risk, wellbeing and day-to-day operational issues.
- Good writing skills and the ability to communicate clearly with a range of audiences.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and online systems.
- A strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to employment, including the Equality Act.
- The ability to work across boroughs and provide leadership in more than one service location.

By managing day-to-day CRM operations, handling imports, selections, and user support, you ensure that colleagues across the organisation can trust the data they use and work efficiently. Key Responsibilities
User Support & Administration

Provide first-line technical support for Salesforce, resolving user issues related to access, new fields, layouts, and general functionality, escalating complex configuration or system-wide issues to the Senior Database Administrator where required.

Provide second-line support for record-level data issues (e.g. duplicates, permissions, missing fields, or data discrepancies), escalating where necessary for complex data or automation errors.

About the role:
This role is based at our National Contact Centre in Cardiff. There will be an initial induction period that will run Monday to Friday 9am-5pm for a 4 week period. After successfully completing your induction, you will move to your fixed rota hours.

About the Organisation
In the 1980s, high unemployment and steep inflation was contributing to a shocking rise in youth homelessness across London. Thousands of young people were sleeping rough every night, with many areas notoriously dubbed “cardboard cities” due to the visible rise in street homelessness. Appalled by the scenes playing out across the capital, a group of people came together to tackle the challenge head on. Led by Cardinal Basil Hume and Mark McGreevy OBE, in 1989 the charity was born.

About the Role
Over the past two and a half years, the wellbeing provision at Freedom from Torture has evolved considerably through the adoption of a systemic, trauma-informed approach. This approach recognises wellbeing as a shared organisational and individual responsibility, taking into account the complex interplay of systems, relationships, and environmental factors that shape wellbeing.
The post holder will help lead on the development of all aspects of Freedom from Torture’s wellbeing strategy. It will range from advising senior leaders on organisational decisions impacting wellbeing, designing and recommending service delivery initiatives, creating training products and systematically evaluating the efficacy of the wellbeing approach.
Freedom from Torture’s external presence in the wellbeing sphere, amongst refugee sector organisations, is growing from strength to strength. The postholder will need to keep the momentum, sharing best practice across the sector.
About You
The successful candidate will have experience in leading wellbeing initiatives effectively, have a strong understanding of how wellbeing fits in with a Human Rights organisation and possess knowledge of what excellent wellbeing practice includes within organisations directly supporting traumatised individuals and families.
They will demonstrate confidence in driving organisation-wide engagement with wellbeing initiatives, fostering open dialogue on sensitive issues, and translating emerging research and best practice into meaningful action across a multidisciplinary environment.

This is a Senior Operational Management role within Family Action.
The post holder will provide both strategic and operational support to Family Action’s adult mental health services in Bolton and Wigan:
• Bolton Listening Lounge and Wigan Crisis Space: operating from 3pm to 10pm, 7 days a week. These services form part of the Greater Manchester VCSE Crisis Pathway, a non-clinical alternative to A&E offering support to people experiencing mental and emotional distress and suicidal ideation
• Sub-contracted to TOGS Mind, Family Action is a VCSE delivery partner for the 111 press 2 / Mental Health Urgent Triage team located within the Northwest Ambulance Service call centres.
Listening Lounge Services in Bolton and Wigan operate between the hours of 3pm and 10pm 7 days a week. There is an expectation that the post holder will work to a flexible rota to meet the needs of the service and to provide onsite management support. Typically, this will include at least 2 weekend days per month from 2pm to 10pm on site – one in Bolton and one in Wigan, and two evenings per month during the week from 2pm to 10pm. These to be arranged in collaboration with the Service Managers from Bolton Listening Lounge and Wigan Crisis Space.
The Operational Manager will also be a member of the North Operational Management team that reports to the Deputy Director of Services & Innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Donor Engagement
- Support the delivery of the Association’s fundraising strategy and annual fundraising plan.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective donors.
- Support the development and promotion of the Association’s legacy giving programme.
- Arrange meetings and engagement opportunities between senior management, high-net-worth individuals, major donors and key supporters.
- Support donor stewardship, ensuring supporters receive timely acknowledgements and updates.
Events Coordination
- Plan, coordinate and support fundraising events, ensuring they are delivered successfully and provide an excellent donor experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to maximise engagement and fundraising opportunities through events.
Research & Income Generation
- Identify, secure and manage sponsorship opportunities.
- Research new fundraising prospects, including individuals, trusts, foundations and corporate supporters.
- Prepare tailored correspondence, fundraising proposals and donor engagement materials.
Administration & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate donor records using the Association’s CRM database.
- Maintain accurate records of donor communications, funding applications and stewardship activity.

Team Working

About the Role
You will create tailored support plans and keywork appointments to address their immediate practical and emotional needs. This includes conducting lone working assessments, risk assessments and safety plans, helping with benefits and budgeting, and exploring pathways for resettlement. You'll also promote social inclusion, encourage independence, and help women build resilience. Ultimately, you'll be creating a support network through partnership working and enabling engagement with other services. You will also run groups, attend and, on some occasions, facilitate house meetings.
About You
You have hands-on experience in specialist support services, working directly with women and families facing multiple challenges. Your casework has focused on offering proactive and emotional support to women recovering from domestic abuse, drug and alcohol issues, and mental health issues. You will have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of supporting service users to navigate mental health and drug and alcohol services. You are adept at collaborating with various agencies, always approaching these partnerships with a professional and proactive attitude.
Additional Information
The postholder will be based at our Bexley refuge, working part-time, providing on-site support to survivors. Given the nature of this role and our refuge services, we are unable to offer hybrid working for this position.

What will I be doing as a Special Events Executive?

As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer, you will be the first point of contact via telephone, text or email for clients referred to our service. Age UK is recruiting for a motivated person with a passion for providing a high-quality customer service, looking to utilise their skills and experience to help raise funds toward our charity, which provides signposting and support to older people across the UK.
Working as a Shop Supervisor, you will sort, price and present stock, keep our store tidy and well presented, help to create a welcome environment for customers and potential donors, support shop volunteers with daily tasks, provide excellent customer service while striving to maximise store profits. As Shop Supervisor you will also deputise for the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager in their absence.
No day is the same, and you will be joining a friendly and supportive team of colleagues and volunteers. If you want to help us to help others, this might be the job for you!
The successful applicant will be required to work 13 hours per week including every Sunday. Each Sunday you will be responsible for managing the store, ensuring it showcases our wonderful donations and taking pride in maintaining a tidy and accessible space for all.
You will support with sales, stock rotation, organising displays, store tidying and much more, whilst representing Age UK in a professional manner and reflecting our core values.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to handle/lift bags of stock (up to 10kgs.)
Please note this opportunity will require the successful candidate to work 13 hours across a 7-day working week, including Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis.
To ensure the smooth running of our stores, we will be conducting interviews throughout the advertising process. Early applications are advised.
You will have:
- Experience in working in a customer facing role
- Experience of cash handling
- Ability to lift and carry bags of stock up to 10kg's
- The ability to work as part of an effective team.
- Be able to lone work when needed
- Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, as well as commitment to equal opportunities
- A flexible approach to work with requirement to work additional days to cover holidays and sickness or participate in trading outside of normal shop hours e.g. shop events

Additional Information
