Your role
This is a very special role to provide holistic health and wellbeing of those who visit our open drop-in at the Vineyard Community Centre in Richmond. To us, they are our guests, not 'clients', 'patients' or users'.
This will include personal health screening, and holistic health support; also to provide health education, and liaison with outside agencies and local surgery. Many of our guests have multiple and complex needs involving, mental health, drug/alcohol dependency and homelessness.
You’ll report to our Community Nursing Manager and work with our Case Worker and Caseworkers from the Glass Door charity, and external hosted partner organisations like SPEAR and C.A.B.

1. Business Development, Marketing and Promotion
Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase bookings for Claremont's halls and meeting rooms.

Improve our online presence and promotional materials by creating engaging content, including photography, video tours, signage and marketing literature.
Support the marketing and promotion of office space rentals, responding to prospective tenant enquiries and assisting with the lettings process.
Monitor booking trends and recommend new opportunities to maximise bookings and income.
2. Customer Engagement and Venue Hire
Work closely with the Facilities Manager to respond promptly and professionally to enquiries about hall and room hire.

Explore innovative ways to increase individual giving, improve donor engagement and reduce barriers to giving using digital tools.
Support the development of Claremont's legacy giving programme and wider fundraising initiatives.
4. Operational Support
Be an active member of Claremont's small team, contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
Provide occasional front desk cover during staff absences, welcoming visitors and responding to enquiries.
Assist with setting up and packing away rooms and equipment for activities and events when required.

About the Role
Working directly with people accessing our services, you will provide tailored one-to-one support and deliver engaging group workshops that help individuals gain essential life skills.
You will support people to improve their financial wellbeing, maintain their health and wellbeing, prepare for independent living and develop the confidence required to sustain successful tenancies. You will also continue to provide support to individuals after they leave HHP accommodation, helping them maintain their homes and avoid returning to homelessness.
No two days will be the same, but every day will offer the opportunity to help someone move closer to achieving their goals.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Financial Controller will oversee all financial and accounting activities across the organisation. Working closely with our Finance Officer, management team, Treasurer and Board of Trustees, you will ensure robust financial management, compliance with charity accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insight to support organisational decision-making.
You will take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, year-end accounts and audit preparation, while also helping to identify opportunities to strengthen financial performance and improve systems and processes.
