Your role
This is a very special role to provide holistic health and wellbeing of those who visit our open drop-in at the Vineyard Community Centre in Richmond. To us, they are our guests, not 'clients', 'patients' or users'.
This will include personal health screening, and holistic health support; also to provide health education, and liaison with outside agencies and local surgery. Many of our guests have multiple and complex needs involving, mental health, drug/alcohol dependency and homelessness.
You’ll report to our Community Nursing Manager and work with our Case Worker and Caseworkers from the Glass Door charity, and external hosted partner organisations like SPEAR and C.A.B.

Role Overview
During the nine month contract, you’ll be responsible for project-managing the roll-out of our refreshed brand across all channels, event and audiences. You’ll bring your brand design and expertise to projects to ensure high quality brand implementation, acting as a brand guardian and increasing brand capability amongst our staff.
About You
We’re looking for people who can learn fast and have brand and design skill gained at a charity. You’ll need solid marketing experience and a flair for writing for different audiences. You’re a strong project manager with and leadership skills and you’ll ideally have experience of delivering complex brand projects. Prior experience of working in the health sector would be a bonus.

Our Location
Our head office is in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, so we are easily accessible by road and rail. This is a hybrid role with plenty of scope for working from home, although there will be times when you will need to be at face-to-face meetings. There is a requirement for you to attend in person days including directorate meetings and the charity’s mandatory ‘All Staff Together’ days which ordinarily take place four times a year at our offices in Hatfield or a location in London.

The Autism Care Navigator project will improve access to pre and post diagnostic support for Brent residents on the Adult Autism Assessment waiting list. The Project will work closely with the Brent LD community team, other healthcare providers including primary care, and Brent residents.

About the role
This rewarding Band 6 Hospice Community Nurse role offers the opportunity to deliver specialist, compassionate care to children and young people with life‑limiting or life‑threatening conditions. You will provide holistic, responsive nursing support across the community, including in family homes, hospitals and wider care settings, ensuring each child receives the right care at the right time.
This role requires experience of delivering high‑quality clinical care and the ability to work collaboratively with Community Children’s Nursing Teams, hospital specialists, palliative care services and hospice colleagues to ensure seamless, joined‑up support for families.
You will be the first point of contact for many families following referral, taking time to understand their needs, explore their understanding of hospice care and guide them towards the most appropriate support. You will provide symptom management, anticipatory guidance and responsive care during periods of uncertainty, and you may act as a hospice key worker for some children, coordinating services to maintain continuity.

About you
This role requires experience of working as a Registered Children’s Nurse (Band 6), with the clinical confidence, compassion and communication skills needed to support families facing complex and often uncertain situations. Community or palliative care experience is advantageous but not essential; you will also have the ability to learn and develop specialist skills with the support of our experienced team.
You will be a resilient, adaptable practitioner who can work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, bringing warmth and professionalism to every interaction.
You will also have the ability to build strong, trusting relationships with families and professionals alike, communicate clearly and sensitively, and provide holistic, family‑centred care. You will be confident in assessing clinical needs, responding to changes in a child’s condition and offering guidance that empowers families. As part of the role, there will be opportunities to contribute to educating and supporting other professionals caring for children with complex and palliative needs.

The ideal candidate will be a solicitor (E&W qualified) with substantial post-qualification experience. You will have experience of conducting public law litigation and legal aid (publicly funded) work. You will be able to supervise the casework of colleagues, such as CPAG’s junior or trainee solicitor(s) and welfare benefit advisers, and support the professional development and wellbeing of your team. Brief role description

The Caseworker for NOVA Northern Ireland will manage and support a caseload of veterans, providing emotional and practical support across a range of factors including mental health and wellbeing, social stability, housing and employability. They will be working in collaboration with local partners to reduce reoffending.
The Caseworker for NOVA Northern Ireland will work in the community, in partnership with the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI), the Probation Board for Northern Ireland (PBNI) and other local partners to provide support to veterans at all stages of the justice pathway: pre-arrest, point of arrest, court process, custody, and transition back into the community.
