Your role
This is a very special role to provide holistic health and wellbeing of those who visit our open drop-in at the Vineyard Community Centre in Richmond. To us, they are our guests, not 'clients', 'patients' or users'.
This will include personal health screening, and holistic health support; also to provide health education, and liaison with outside agencies and local surgery. Many of our guests have multiple and complex needs involving, mental health, drug/alcohol dependency and homelessness.
You’ll report to our Community Nursing Manager and work with our Case Worker and Caseworkers from the Glass Door charity, and external hosted partner organisations like SPEAR and C.A.B.

The Coin Street Nursery has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic team player, who wants to gain experience in a non-domestic kitchen supporting our in-house nursery chef. Your role will be to support the chef running the nursery kitchen, providing food for the children and childcare staff in our 59-place nursery. Our Young People & Families (YP&F) Operational Hub delivers a wide range of integrated support services designed to help resolve complex difficulties experienced by young people and their families/carers.
Support is provided to people who find themselves in a range of circumstances; they may be missing from home or have emotional, housing or substance misuse issues. We also support families where parents/carers are experiencing domestic abuse, substance misuse, emotional issues, youth violence, exploitation, homelessness or unemployment. Whatever the situation, we work alongside young people and their carers to find a way of stabilising their lives.
Redthread is one of our services delivered as part of the Young People and Families Hub within Catch22.
Job Description
Redthread is a hospital based youth work service, working alongside NHS staff and other professionals in emergency departments.
Our experienced, specialist youth workers engage with and support young people, aiming to reduce serious youth violence and exploitation. We often meet young people at a moment of change and work with them to find a positive way forward.
We provide long-term, holistic support. We consider every aspect of a young person’s life and build support around them.
The Young Women's Worker role is to be part of the youth work team within Redthread, whose primary focus is around providing youth violence interventions in a health care setting.
In this role you will be part of the Youth Violence Intervention team at St George's Hospital. You will support young women aged, 11-25 years old, who present to hospital following an incident of violence/sexual violence of for whom them there are concerns around exploitation (criminal and sexual) or extra-familial harm. You will work with the young women in the hospital as well as supporting them post discharge to ensure they have the support in place that they need and want. The Young Women's Worker provides long term, holistic support and can work with a young women for up to a year.

Salary: £42,000

As Partnerships and Best Practice Lead, you will play a central role in building a national, cross-sector alliance of young people, families, practitioners, organisations and service providers. Together, this alliance will drive meaningful reform and create better pathways into adulthood for disabled young people.
This is an opportunity to help shape a new initiative from the ground up—spreading best practice, testing innovative approaches, and building strong evidence of what works.

In our Women’s Respite Service in Camden, you’ll be working with women who have faced abuse, exploitation and homelessness, often after systems have let them down. You’ll be part of a space that feels different. A space where women are listened to, where their experiences are understood, and where they can begin to rebuild a sense of control over their lives.
No two days will look the same. One moment you might be de-escalating a sensitive situation, the next you’re advocating with services, or sitting alongside someone as they begin to make sense of what they’ve been through. You’ll use your understanding of trauma, gender informed practice and the realities of violence against women and girls to shape how support is delivered, making sure every interaction is grounded in safety, dignity and respect.
You’ll hold a small but complex caseload, working intensively with women to build trust, navigate risk and move towards stability and independence. You won’t give up easily. You’ll stay curious, creative and persistent, even when progress feels slow or uncertain.
As a senior in the team, your impact goes further. You’ll lead by example, guiding colleagues through complex situations and helping to embed a way of working that truly recognises what women have experienced and what they need to move forward. You’ll help shape a service that doesn’t just respond to crisis, but creates real, lasting change.

Our Helpline and expert advisers offer free, practical support to older people without enough money to live on. Through our grants programme, we support hundreds of local organisations working with older people across the UK.

Responsibilities and Person Specification:
This role is part of our Facilities and Property team. The Facilities and Office Assistant will ensure our office is a well-maintained, welcoming and inclusive working environment for colleagues and visitors. They will support the Facilities and Property Manager with day-to-day office running, health and safety and will work closely with teams across the organisation to create a safe, positive and inclusive workplace environment. The postholder will support staff onboarding and wellbeing and contribute to a high-quality employee experience in the office and working from home.
You should have good customer service skills and mindset, able to provide a welcoming experience for visitors and colleagues. You will enjoy relationship‑building and have a person-centre approach to supporting colleagues and an ability to communicate sensitively with older tenants. This is a part‑time position of 28 hours per week, usually worked over four days, though we’re happy to consider five shorter days. The role is mainly office‑based, with occasional hybrid working arranged with your line manager.
