This is a very special role to provide holistic health and wellbeing of those who visit our open drop-in at the Vineyard Community Centre in Richmond. To us, they are our guests, not 'clients', 'patients' or users'.
This will include personal health screening, and holistic health support; also to provide health education, and liaison with outside agencies and local surgery. Many of our guests have multiple and complex needs involving, mental health, drug/alcohol dependency and homelessness.
You’ll report to our Community Nursing Manager and work with our Case Worker and Caseworkers from the Glass Door charity, and external hosted partner organisations like SPEAR and C.A.B.

The Ben Kinsella Trust is one of the UK’s leading anti-knife crime charities. We were set up following the tragic murder of 16-year-old Ben Kinsella in 2008, and everything we do is guided by his legacy. Our mission is to prevent knife crime through education and campaigning.
Ben was a kind, creative young person who loved art, music, Arsenal FC, and making people laugh. He had big dreams of becoming a graphic designer. His death was a senseless act of violence, and the outpouring of grief and public support that followed marked the start of a movement. Through immersive workshops in our Choices and Consequences Exhibitions and free online resources, we have reached over 50,000 young people so far. Job summary
The Senior Policy and Research Manager will play a central role in building MNMUK’s advocacy arguments both globally and within the UK. The postholder will lead MNMUK’s flagship research projects, developing and commissioning new research, managing consultants, writing compelling reports and supporting the team with widespread dissemination across donor markets and media.
We are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of developing, commissioning and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data/research, and who has had experience of working in a team to translate evidence and policy into advocacy arguments and media outputs. Individual Giving
Working closely with the Director of Development and Board, you will help secure Patrons and donor support that sustains and develops the theatre’s artistic ambitions.
This includes helping to shape and manage Production Syndicates and Giving Circles, researching and cultivating prospective donors, and confidently making funding approaches. The role involves close collaboration with artists and creative teams, connecting supporters directly with the work they are helping to bring to life.
You will build warm, lasting relationships with Patrons, providing excellent stewardship and supporter care, including assisting with ticket bookings and donor experiences. Working closely with the Director of Development and Board of Trustees, you will play an important role in delivering the theatre’s flagship annual fundraising gala — a celebrated and high-profile event at the heart of our fundraising programme – including:
Shaping and managing guest lists and invitations

Working closely with operational teams on catering, entertainment and venue management.

General
As part of a collaborative and ambitious team, you will support the effective administration and financial management of Development activity, maintaining accurate income and expenditure records and contributing to regular income forecasting and reporting.
You will also help coordinate guest lists for Press Nights and other cultivation events, preparing briefing materials for senior staff and Board Members to ensure supporters and stakeholders receive a thoughtful, informed and personalised experience throughout their engagement with the Theatre.

Are you an experienced mental health or social care professional ready to lead on a new crisis service at the interface if A&E and community care?
We are recruiting a Clinically Led Team Manager to support mobilisation of a brand-new pilot in North Essex. The service will provide targeted support to individuals who frequently present to A&E in mental health crisis, following self-harm, suicide attempt or suicidal ideation. This is a leadership role for an experienced mental health or social care professional. You will combine operational management with clinical oversight to ensure safe, evidence-based and trauma-informed crisis interventions.
Salary of £28,500 - £31,500 per annum, pro rata. Starting salary will be dependent on whether the successful candidate holds relevant mental health or social care qualification.
The Role
As team manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the pilot. You will lead a small team to deliver high standards of practice, safe risk management, develop effective pathways between hospital and community teams, and maintain strong alignment with Phoenix Futures’ values and organisational priorities.
You will have oversight of data quality, reporting and performance management in order to demonstrate the impact of the pilot to commissioners and wider stakeholders.
The pilot will focus on Colchester General Hospital A&E department, and the role will be based in our Colchester office, although travel may be required across North Essex to ensure effective service delivery.
This role requires confidence and professional judgement.

You will be a qualified and experienced mental health of social care professional who is confident working with high-risk, complex presentations. You will bring credibility within multi-disciplinary settings and be motivated by the opportunity to shape and lead a new crisis service at the interface between hospital and community care.
