This is a very special role to provide holistic health and wellbeing of those who visit our open drop-in at the Vineyard Community Centre in Richmond. To us, they are our guests, not 'clients', 'patients' or users'.
This will include personal health screening, and holistic health support; also to provide health education, and liaison with outside agencies and local surgery. Many of our guests have multiple and complex needs involving, mental health, drug/alcohol dependency and homelessness.
You’ll report to our Community Nursing Manager and work with our Case Worker and Caseworkers from the Glass Door charity, and external hosted partner organisations like SPEAR and C.A.B.

Support safeguarding and safer recruitment by coordinating all required education-sector pre-appointment checks in line with KCSIE, and maintaining an accurate Single Central Record to ensure compliance before appointments are confirmed.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, inductions and exit interviews
Support key people processes such as probation reviews, absence management and performance conversations.
Help coordinate employee relations processes (such as disciplinary and grievance cases) with senior support.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
Has CIPD Level 5 (completed or working towards, with support to complete)
Has 2+ years’ experience in a generalist HR, HR Officer or HR Advisor role
Has a good working knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS best practice
Has experience supporting employee relations cases using agreed processes and guidance
Is highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Is a confident, clear communicator able to build relationships at all levels
Can handle sensitive issues with discretion, empathy and professionalism
Has experience using HR systems and managing employee data accurately

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong senior operational experience. You will need to be able to think on your feet and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. This first-of-its-kind project, co-designed with partner organisation Safer London, will seek to fill in important gaps in understanding, assessing and supporting young people experiencing stalking. You will work closely to ensure that systems are robust, inclusive, and aligned with the needs of vulnerable children, while embedding the service into the wider ecosystem of London specialist services driving change.
Reporting to the Head of Pan London Stalking Support Service, you will provide expert advice and advocacy to children, young people and their families, ensuring the SAFE Project has what it needs to deliver an outstanding service. You will be trainined as an Independent Stalking Advocate (ISA), hold a caseload, and over the course of the contract, you will support the upskilling of all ISAs on the team to be able to take children and young people's cases. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for driving modernisation of the organisation's finance systems and processes. You will partner with IT and third party stakeholders to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365/Business Central. Duties include defining and executing the finance systems transformation roadmap and managing the end-to-end delivery of the system implementation. The anticipated duration of the role is 12 months. Hybrid working: 1 day per week in the office.

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a small, London based performing arts charity to recruit for a Head of Finance and Operations. This is a role based full time from their site in Islington and is a permanent vacancy. The charity works with care leavers and at risk young people using drama, staging high profile theatre and film productions.
Reporting in to the CEO, the Head of Finance and Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational, financial and legal aspects of the charity, the work it produces and its staff, ensuring successful delivery of all services. Accountable to the CEO, this person must ensure that the right balance is achieved between a programme of activity and prudent financial management. Some of the key responsibilities include strategic and financial planning, leading in the development and management of business plans. You will ensure realistic financial targets are set, work alongside the CEO to develop a robust, deliverable business plan for financial partnerships and will lead on the development and implementation of HR strategy and staff management policies. You will support the Fundraising team alongside the CEO, working with them to develop and manage a realistic weighted pipeline of trusts and foundations. You will also monitor funding agreements and renewals, support the preparation of corporate sponsorship contracts and over see the management of the office space.
The successful candidate will have prior experience managing finances, ideally for a charitable organisation or not for profit, however you do not need to be a fully qualified accountant. You will have team management experience with the ability to motivate and support staff and bring experience of embedding policies and processes to ensure smooth running of the organisation. You will be a self starter with the ability and drive to learn aspects of the role that you are not as familiar. The charity is open to candidates looking to develop and broaden their experience on the job and therefore you will not be expected to have strong experience in every area.

The role provides strategic leadership across fundraising, digital platforms, brand guardianship, and supporter experience, ensuring these functions deliver ambitious income targets, expand public reach, and align with the organisation’s mission and values.
As the executive lead for income generation and digital innovation, the postholder drives improvements in fundraising strategy, supporter acquisition, donor stewardship, and digital content delivery. They embed a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring fundraising and digital activity is ethical, compliant, and maximises long-term sustainability. They provide authoritative advice to the Chief Executive, Board, and Committees, ensuring robust income planning, brand positioning, and digital resilience.
