The Case Manager will strive to make contact and work on a one to one basis with perpetrators whose victims have been identified as high risk at MARAC to pro- actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services. To do this, the Case Manager will work with existing agencies in each pilot site to design a co-ordinated, strategic individual intervention plan to address identified needs and risks and promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours. Throughout the intervention the Case Manager will work closely with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties involved.

The Case Manager will be responsible over the long term for delivering outcomes, to achieve behaviour change with each service user.

Responsibilities Interagency work

· Work to embed the Case Manager role into multi-agency responses to domestic abuse in the area.

· Effective understanding and implementation of institutional advocacy by pro- socially challenging partner agencies, acknowledging best practice and striving for change to benefit the individual, the service and the sector.

· Support other professionals in responding to service users in a way that is coterminous with the aims and ethos of the Drive Project.

· Working closing with other professionals to ensure that risk management and safeguarding duties are effectively met.

· Develop and maintain effective partnership working with statutory, private and voluntary agencies to address the issue of domestic abuse.

· Represent the service at operational multi-agency meetings, feeding back initiatives and outcomes to the team and contribute to the evaluation of the quality of activities these services offer.

· Provide a single point of proactive and regular contact for a range of professionals involved in the case of the service user.

· Be flexible and willing to work in all types of environments.

Case management

· Comply with child protection and information sharing policies, ensuring that service users and colleagues understand and comply with the service’s safeguarding framework.

· Manage a case load focusing on high risk perpetrators of domestic abuse to provide an assertive, medium to long term service, based on thorough assessment and individual support planning that adopts the principles of both ‘Support (change) or/and Disrupt (continued offending) concept.

· Contribute to regular service reviews which include monitoring data, evaluations, intake and output policy, and practice and work load reviews for the whole service.

· Attend monthly case management meeting with the Service Manager .

· Attend clinical supervision.

· Take appropriate steps to protect where there is an imminent risk to another person.

Recording and administration

· Ensure that case files and records are accurate and complete, and are kept and in compliance with Data Protection Act requirements.

· To enter all the required information into the Drive project electronic case management system to enable tracking of service user change, multi-agency working and risk management.

· Weekly maintenance and accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication.

· Comply with the data protection and information sharing protocols that Drive has agreed to.

Direct work with service users

· Maintain a proactive response to service users, continuously providing positive options for behaviour change throughout the service users time in the Drive project

· Use combination of motivational work, relationship building and a broad range of therapeutic skills to engage service users to addressing their abusive behaviour

· Motivate and support service users to address the broad range of needs that may contribute to the risk that they pose to others or act as barrier for them in addressing that risk. e.g. housing, substance use etc.

· To ensure that service users understand that the community and Drive project will ensure that they are accountable for continued use of abuse and abusive behaviour towards others

· Ensure that there is a consistent delivery of services to the identified perpetrators of domestic abuse, including comprehensive risk assessment, support planning, referrals to other agencies and MARACs.

· Develop strategies that will disrupt the continued risk posed by service users

· Undertake assessment of risk, needs and attitudes to inform the individual

service user’s intervention plan

· Ensure that risk assessment and risk management procedures are followed at all times.

· Respect and value the diversity of the community in which the service works in, providing a service that recognises the diverse needs of service users and their families.

· Work closely with the IDVAs’ supporting the partners, ex-partners and new partners, and family members of service users in management risk and developing intervention plans, as set out in the Drive Manual.

· The welfare and safety of children and young people is paramount, considered in every aspect of your work, address parenting needs where appropriate and taking action to safeguard children.

The Housing Contracts & Supplier Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement, performance, and management of contractors and suppliers that support the Church of England Pensions Board Housing Department working in collaboration with the NCIs procurement team. About the role

As Director of Culture & People, you will lead the strategic development of our organisational culture, leadership capability and employee experience, working across a diverse and geographically dispersed organisation of around 800 colleagues.

We already have an experienced Head of People & Talent and an established People team responsible for operational HR and professional people practice. Your role will be to work alongside, and through that team, while providing the strategic leadership, organisational development expertise and Executive influence required to take our culture and people agenda to its next stage.

We have already started this journey.

Colleagues across Camphill Village Trust have contributed to conversations about our culture and what they want the organisation to become. We are developing a three-year People Strategy focused around culture, capability, capacity, communication and change.

Our next Director will turn that insight and ambition into meaningful and sustained action.

You will help us strengthen leadership and management capability, develop our approach to organisational development, talent and succession, improve employee experience and engagement and ensure our structures and workforce remain fit for the future.

Central to this will be building trust.

Communication will be fundamental. Our workforce is exceptionally diverse, from support workers, farmers and colleagues working in our shops and cafés to professional and central teams. Colleagues are spread across communities throughout England, with many working remotely. You will help us find better ways to connect people, strengthen our shared identity and values while respecting the individuality of our communities, and ensure colleagues feel part of the wider Trust.

This is also a highly visible leadership role. We want our Executive leaders to spend meaningful time within our communities, listening to colleagues and the people we support and understanding first-hand how organisational decisions and changes are experienced.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced senior leader with a strong track record in organisational culture, organisational development and complex change.

You will have led significant culture or organisational transformation and understand how to move beyond strategies and frameworks to create sustainable change in behaviours, leadership and everyday experience.

You may come from social care, another large charity or a different values-led and people-intensive environment. What matters is that you understand the realities of leading culture change across a complex, geographically dispersed workforce and can adapt your approach to very different people, communities and professional groups.

You will bring strong strategic People expertise and a sound understanding of contemporary people practice and employment law, but your experience and interests will extend considerably beyond operational HR.

You will be an engaging and credible Executive leader, able to influence and constructively challenge colleagues, Trustees and senior leaders while also being comfortable spending time with frontline colleagues and the people we support.

We are looking for someone who listens before acting; is curious about why things are as they are; and can recognise and build on the considerable commitment and capability already within the organisation.

Summary of the role:

The Governance & Performance Manager ensures effective organisational governance, performance oversight, and alignment between strategy and delivery.

The postholder is responsible for leading the coordination of governance processes, Board and Committee cycles, organisational performance frameworks, strategic project management and executive reporting. The role ensures that organisational priorities are translated into clear plans, supported by strong metrics and KPIs, tracked effectively, and reported with accuracy, insight, and consistency.

Working closely with the CEO and Leadership Team, the role strengthens accountability, and enables data-driven decision-making through high-quality performance reporting and analysis.

A key focus of the role is to develop and embed an integrated business planning and performance management framework, ensuring alignment between departmental KPIs, strategic objectives, and organisational outcomes.

The Governance and Performance Manager owns design, judgement, quality assurance and insight, whereas the Governance and Performance Officer owns coordination, tracking, records, follow-up and administrative support.

About the Role:

1. Lead the planning and coordination of Board and Committee cycles, including forward planning, agendas, papers, and meeting schedules.
2. Ensure Board and Committee papers are high-quality, timely, and aligned with governance standards.
3. Oversee Board and Committee minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-up to ensure effective implementation of decisions.
4. Develop high-quality, insight-driven performance reports for the CEO, Leadership Team and Board.
5. Provide analysis, trends, and actionable recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
6. Lead the planning, coordination and development of the organisation’s annual report, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, performance data and organisational achievements as well as the timelines of external auditors, trustees and statutory requirements.
