Context and Background
The Public Engagement team is responsible for developing and delivering the strategy that will drive significant, long-term income growth by inspiring and engaging public audiences to support the work of the NSPCC.
This will be achieved through integrated, audience-led, multi-channel marketing approaches, including; mass participation, individual giving, and campaigns that generate sustainable funding aligned to the NSPCC’s strategic priorities.
Alongside income generation, the team plays a vital role in increasing public understanding of abuse and neglect and building advocacy.
The team will foster a high-performing, results-driven culture that values collaboration, innovation, and integration. By focusing on excellent supporter relationship management and purposeful engagement, it will deliver long-term, sustainable impact to support the NSPCC’s mission.
Job purpose
The Associate Head of Engagement Delivery will lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of engagement and fundraising activity to key agreed audiences, ensuring alignment with the audience engagement strategy and campaign plan.
· Take accountability for Engagement Delivery team outputs, ensuring high-quality execution across creative, campaigns and channels
· Provide direct line management and coaching to diverse, multi-disciplinary teams, building capability, confidence and high performance across the full channel mix, while fostering an inclusive and supportive culture

Key relationships – Internal
● Reporting into the Head of Engagement Delivery, this role sits alongside three peer Associate Heads within the Engagement Delivery function: the second Associate Head of Engagement Delivery (leading the complementary campaign delivery squads), the Associate Head of Digital Engagement, and the Associate Head of Direct Fundraising.
● Line management of a team of 8: Engagement Delivery Managers, Senior Officers and Officer
● Member of Public Engagement Leadership Team
● Collaborates closely with other Associate Heads within Engagement and Fundraising directorate, as well as Brand, Marketing and Communications, to create integrated strategies for public engagement and fundraising.
● Pro-actively works closely with managers and staff in other NSPCC functions to further fundraising relationships and opportunities for cross departmental working.

Main duties and responsibilities
· Campaign Planning and Delivery
o Accountable for the planning and operational delivery of engagement and fundraising campaigns, including direct mail, email and telemarketing to current supporter and DRTV, digital acquisition supporting integrated charity-wide campaigns, and advocacy activity.
o Oversee direct line management of campaign delivery teams, coaching and developing individuals to build capability, confidence and high performance across the full channel mix, while fostering an inclusive and supportive culture
o Oversee campaign briefing, scheduling, and performance tracking, ensuring campaigns are delivered in line with audience strategy and organisational priorities.
o Adjust campaign strategies as required to respond to performance, changing supporter behaviours, market conditions, and organisational priorities.
o Lead the formation, leadership and allocation of high-performing campaign delivery squads, ensuring teams are effectively structured, supported and empowered to deliver, ensuring each team is equipped with the necessary skills and expertise to successfully execute their campaigns, allocating resources based on audience insight and projected impact.
o Monitor and report on campaign performance, embedding structured feedback loops and squad retrospectives to capture learning and drive continuous improvement, using data to inform improvements and strategic decisions.
o Collaborate with colleagues across Engagement and Fundraising to ensure campaigns are insight-led and supporter-centric.
o Work with the Engagement Delivery Management Team ensuring that all activities are aligned with Digital Engagement and Direct Fundraising teams to ensure seamless execution and optimisation of campaigns to achieve the overarching objectives for the Public Engagement Directorate.
o Champion delivery standards, processes, and best practice within your portfolio, ensuring alignment with the organisation-wide Engagement Delivery standards set by the Head of Engagement Delivery.
· Strategic Leadership and Integration
o Working in partnership with peers to ensure that all channels are effectively utilised to deliver both standalone activity and integrated charity-wide campaigns, including collaboration with audience strategy, supporter experience, product, and insight teams, driving innovations across the income streams.
o Act as a subject matter expert within the organisation, providing expert guidance on campaign execution, creative development, and audience engagement.
o Maintain awareness of sector trends and developments in campaign delivery, bringing insight back into the team to inform delivery approaches and continuous improvement.
o Lead strategic relationships with external partners, including creative and media agencies and suppliers, ensuring they deliver high-quality, insight-led work aligned to organisational goals
o Undertake other duties as required by the Head of Engagement Delivery.
· Financial Management and Supplier Oversight
o Develop and manage comprehensive budgets for all campaigns, closely monitoring income and expenditure to ensure alignment with agreed ROI targets, and taking timely corrective action where necessary.
o Maintain oversight and senior level relationships with external suppliers, ensuring quality, compliance, and performance.

Person specification
1. Significant experience in strategic, integrated engagement and fundraising - developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns (direct mail, email and telemarketing, DRTV, door drop, press, digital and charity wide integrated campaigns) across the full marketing funnel, from brand awareness to direct response, in a non-profit or similar environment.
2. Up-to-date knowledge of direct and digital marketing theory and practice, including individual giving trends, regulations, and best practice, with a proven ability to optimise campaign performance and return on investment.
3. Strong track record of financial planning and budget management at scale, including setting and reporting on income and expenditure targets, and providing clear performance updates to the Engagement and Fundraising SLT.
4. Proficient in using data, analytics, CRMs, and business systems to generate insights, drive decision-making, and support continuous improvement across supporter engagement and fundraising activity.
5. Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with sound judgement, the ability to operate under pressure, and a creative, solution-focused approach to systems and process development.

Role Overview
The Head of Partnerships and Development will lead Multibank Scotland’s partnership and development activity.
This is a senior, outward-facing role for someone who can identify opportunities, make clear and compelling asks, build trust quickly and turn ideas into practical partnerships. We are looking for someone who creates momentum and follows opportunities through, rather than someone focused solely on networking or stakeholder management.
The role will lead the day-to-day development pipeline across corporate partnerships, product supply, strategic relationships, expansion opportunities, funding proposals and supporter stewardship.
A central part of the role will be developing partnerships that increase the volume, quality and range of goods available for redistribution. This will include working with businesses, manufacturers, retailers, logistics providers and other organisations to secure donated goods, services, expertise and in-kind support.
The postholder will also help expand Multibank Scotland’s reach. Working closely with the Chief Executive and the Scotland-wide Operations Manager, they will support the development of new partnerships, satellite sites and delivery models across Scotland.
Fundraising will form part of the role, but it is not primarily a traditional fundraising post. The emphasis is on building strategic partnerships that create long-term value, whether through goods, funding, services, expertise, infrastructure or collaboration.
The Chief Executive will continue to lead on overall strategy, major funder relationships, Board reporting, governance, finance and key organisational decisions. The successful candidate will add senior capacity at an important stage of growth, helping to turn external interest and opportunity into delivery and lasting impact.

Movember has an ambitious five-year strategy, and this nine-month contract role sits right at the heart of making it happen. As Project Manager, Global Fundraising, you'll be the connective tissue between Movember's global and local fundraising teams, keeping complex, multi-workstream initiatives moving on time, on scope, and on target across every market we operate in.
Working closely with the Global Director of Mass Fundraising, the Global Director of Markets, the Interim CEO, and the Campaign Steering Committee, you'll help design and deliver the annual Global Campaign Plan, manage the cross-functional Campaign squad, and develop fundraising initiatives that local teams across six markets can actually bring to life. That means building clear briefs, practical toolkits, and implementation guidance that translate global ambition into local execution, and then partnering with those local teams to make sure they have everything they need to succeed.
On any given day you might be managing project plans and timelines, facilitating steering committee sessions, identifying risks before they become problems, tracking KPIs across markets, or supporting the Interim CEO on organisation-wide delivery of the One Mo Plan. The Role
Our Individual Giving programme is central to our fundraising strategy to increase our unrestricted, sustainable income. This is a key role in supporting the Individual Giving Manager to recruit and steward donors across a range of channels including face-to-face, telemarketing, direct mail and digital. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple programmes including regular giving, lottery, cash appeals, in-memory and legacy, as well as to play a key role in our matched funding Christmas campaign. This role will help to meet or exceed our annual targets which will help us provide the best care for patients, staff and loved ones at our hospitals.

About the Role
The Business Development Officer will work closely with the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager to secure new relationships across the Fylde Coat, developing a pipeline of sustainable income. Corporate is a very well-established income stream within the fundraising team, but there's lots of opportunity to grow by building on the brilliant 40+ year reputation of donor care and fundraising products.
Trinity is preparing for its second large-scale public art trail, which will take place in 2028. This is such an exciting opportunity for the new Business Development Officer who'll play a key role in sponsorship recruitment, corporate stewardship, business engagement as well as project planning and delivery. This is expected to become one of the most significant corporate fundraising and sponsorship opportunities over the coming years and offers considerable scope for visibility and impact
About You
This role would suit a natural relationship builder with a talent for finding creative ways to connect with corporate supporters while attracting new businesses opportunities. You may already work in a corporate fundraising, business development or sales role, but the hospices also open to someone with experience in partnerships, marketing, recruitment or professional services.
What's important is that you'll have a track record of meeting financial targets and balancing a demanding workload with competing deadlines. We'd love to see applications from people who are creative and come with a growth mindset, who are looking to increase their understanding of fundraising and build on the skills they already have.
This role requires a full driving licence with access to a car as you will be spending time out and about across the region as well as being on site at the hospice.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Income Generation, you'll take ownership of our trusts and foundations fundraising programme, leading the development of a strong pipeline of funding opportunities that support our strategic priorities.

What We’re Looking For:
You'll be an experienced trusts fundraiser with a proven ability to secure significant grant income and build strong relationships with funders.
You'll also have:
· A successful track record of securing five and six-figure grants.
· Experience developing persuasive, high-quality funding applications.
· Knowledge of major grant funders, such as The National Lottery, Lloyds Bank Foundation and Garfield Weston Foundation.
· Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
· The ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct line management responsibility.
· Strong project management and organisational skills.
· Experience managing grant reporting, budgets and funding compliance.
· Experience using a CRM system such as Salesforce (or similar).

It’s been a successful few years for the Events team with good results across the board – increasing income by over £1 million every year since 2023, a big part of which has been due to the huge growth of virtual challenges. We are thrilled at the impact this will have for families affected by prostate cancer and are therefore excited to be expanding the Events & Community team again with this new role.
The Supporter Engagement Assistant will be at the frontline of our virtual challenges stewardship, supporting a rapidly growing supporter base and delivering exceptional supporter experiences. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, is highly organised and is eager to develop within a supportive and ambitious fundraising team.
While your focus will be on virtual challenges, you will also gain exposure to the wider Public Fundraising portfolio, with full training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities
Supporter Care & Engagement
· Be the first point of contact for virtual challenge fundraisers, responding to enquires on email, SMS, social channels and phone within agreed timescales
· Manage supporter relationships and high-quality fundraiser journeys using PCR’s systems and tools, providing thoughtful stewardship that builds long term loyalty
· Work with the team to continuously improve supporter experience using feedback and data
· Create and maintain FAQs, supporter resources and fundraising materials
· Monitor acquisition advertisements and appropriately respond to comments
Administration and database
· Manage stock, including sharing data with our fulfilment house, sending merchandise and replenishing materials
· Process supporter and financial data accurately, including coding and tracking income & expenditure
· Support database administration in line with data protection needs
Teamwork
· Actively contribute to meetings, sharing new ideas and learnings
· Work with the team to embed our ‘agile’ ways of working, where we all take collective responsibility for the team’s goals and work together to achieve them

Skills and Competencies
Our ideal candidate would have the following:
· A willingness to get stuck in, proactive problem-solving skills and lots of initiative.
· Very good written and verbal communication skills – the ability to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally with a diverse range of people, particularly supporters and patients
· Very good attention to detail (e.g. with data entry tasks) and good IT skills (e.g. web applications and file systems)
· Excellent organisation skills and an ability to identify the best use of time to complete day-to-day tasks.

Desirable:
