We are looking for a Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager to join the National Theatre Development Team.
The purpose of the role
This role is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of fundraising at the National Theatre, as we look to grow our income from individual members, major donors, trusts and corporate organisations.
Working with the Senior Prospect Research & Donor Insight Manager, you will develop a strong fundraising pipeline that will ensure the team can reach their long-term targets.
Your natural curiosity will lead you to identify new opportunities using a variety of online sources in combination with the NT’s database, Tessitura, and you will be able to articulate your recommendations to fundraisers in a concise and compelling way. With excellent attention to detail, this role also undertakes due diligence research into potential funders to assess any risks to the NT of accepting funds. This role also manages the Development Operations Assistant, who leads the day-to-day administration of the Development database.
The role has scope to offer insights across the whole Development team and NT senior management, and would suit a strong collaborator with enthusiasm for the work of the NT.

The Role
As an Active Sports Officer, you will assist in the day-to-day operation and management of The Hub, the largest, most popular outdoor sports facility in central London.

Role description
As Commercial Sales & Events Coordinator you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to the weddings and event hire team. Dealing with initial enquiries and conducting show-rounds to putting together event packages and maintaining the booking system are all in a days work. In addition, you’ll be adept at liaising with clients and suppliers, setting up for events and delivering the best possible experience to guests on the day – always making sure we deliver a first-class service. Weddings, film shoots (we can certainly name drop a few people!), event and venue hires - you’ll deliver excellent customer service and administrative support. The LSO Development department is looking for a knowledgeable and self-motivated individual to join our team as Trusts & Foundations Officer at an exciting time in the LSO’s history. About you

My client, a leading arts charity is looking for a Grants & Contracts Manager to bolster their finance team on a permanent basis.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office per week.
The main responsibilities of the Grants & Contracts Manager role are:
- Lead on various grant, bursaries and non grant programmes
- Manage finance processes for grants commissioning tenders
- Preparing weekly journals and monthly grants cash flow forecasting
- Manage the Grants Officer
My client is looking for:
- Qualified or part qualified accountant
- Experience working in a similar role within a finance department
- Proven grants management experience
- Experience managing at least 1 person

The purpose of the role is to develop and manage a portfolio of trust supporters (typically up to £10,000) that donate towards a range of innovative and impactful programmes at the National Theatre. The post-holder will also provide support to the Trusts and Foundations team, assisting with all aspects of the grant fundraising process, including research, data, events, and communication with supporters.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Excellent written communication, with creative and persuasive writing skills and proof-reading ability
- Evidence of strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of donor motivations and history of building relationships with people face to face, over email and/or over the phone
- Strong IT skills and data management skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisation
