The Concerts Team
The LSO’s Concerts team meticulously plans and organises all of the orchestra’s live and online performances, including the LSO’s main residency at the Barbican Centre; other UK concerts; commercial studio recordings; overseas tours; and all rehearsals. The team develops key relationships with the LSO’s musicians, extras, conductors, composers, soloists, artist’s agents, promoters and other venues
Overall Responsibilities of the Tours Assistant/Coordinator:
- Prepare and follow up cost estimates, contracts, technical riders and invoices for tours and UK concerts
- Coordinate logistics for overseas tours including travel, accommodation and per diem rates for the Orchestra.
- Prepare, label and assist in distributing electronic train/flight tickets, assist in creating seating plans
- Update and maintain the LSO diary and database (ArtsVision).
- Assist and advise players with their immigration arrangements.
- Assist with instrument freight documents for overseas tours.
- Liaise with third parties on preparations and logistics for upcoming tours.

- At least six months of relevant experience, preferably gained in the Arts sector

About the role:

Working within the IT Department, the Senior Support Analyst is the primary resource responsible for advanced 3rd line support of our systems, infrastructure, and networks. This covers both troubleshooting complex issues as they arise, as well as handling system implementations, maintenance, and configuration changes. - Deal with and resolve escalations from the Support Analysts for residents, members, event partners, and Trust IT support issues and requests, ensuring that services are provided to the agreed standards.
- Resolve all reported IT issues in a professional and timely manner, documenting all activity on the service desk ticketing system, conforming to SLAs, and adjusting priorities to deal with urgent issues and requests.
- Where appropriate, escalate issues to external vendors as required and monitor the escalation to ensure satisfactory resolution. Escalations to external vendors are rare and it is expected that almost all cases would be resolved inhouse.
- Monitor and manage ticket queues, alerts, automated tickets, and perform daily checks on various systems as required.
- Research, project manage, and implement new solutions, security features, adaptations, and upgrades to IT services, working closely with colleagues to advise on changes for all future developments. Ensure that technical solutions are clearly defined and documented for the requirements of the intended client base.
- Hand over projects in a timely manner, with all operating and maintenance documentation in place.
- Undertake the training of others as required and document any processes or systems that are out of date or currently do not have documentation.
- Participate in the procurement of IT services, hardware, and software, providing specifications and contributing to tender documentation.
- Familiarise yourself with existing systems, processes, and policies, and look to improve these wherever possible. Create and update IT and related documentation to allow retention and sharing of knowledge within the team and the Trust.

The Treasury and Investments team at the Trust plays a crucial and wide-ranging role. Managing the Trust's investment portfolio of approximately £1.5 billion, the team aligns the portfolio with the Trust's environmental goals without compromising returns. They secure external debt for the Trust, finance most of the Trust's commercial and renewable energy projects, oversee day-to-day cash management, and are now starting to develop, often very innovative, strategies for accessing finance to support action on climate change and nature restoration initiatives.
Please note the advertised salary is inclusive of a £13,000k reviewable market supplement. Your base salary will be £55,000k and you will receive the market supplement as an allowance on top.
What it's like to work here
The Treasury team, consisting of eight dedicated members, including two other Treasury and Investments Funding Managers, collaborates across all levels of the Trust, from individual properties to the Board and Trustees. Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend this office from time to time. Maximise Giving
You will implement a philanthropic giving strategy that significantly shifts the museums approach towards the generation of substantial philanthropic income and that supports the Museum's vision and mission. You will work collaboratively with the Executive, Board of Trustees and senior leadership team to establish a long-term plan and supporting fundraising strategies that align and help the museum move forward with its objectives.
Cultivate and Steward Donors
You will actively cultivate and steward relationships with potential and existing donors, for major new, repeat and legacy gifts, significantly raising the profile of Beamish, generating excitement and a desire to support Beamish now and into the future across a range of projects. These will be supported by stewardship plans that foster mutual trust to secure ongoing support.
Reputation and Engagement
You will build the profile of the Museum through donor engagement. The role
This exciting role within NLOS’s senior management team was created to help bring greater strategic alignment across NLOS and its charities and to better capitalise on new and existing opportunities. The post is critical to ensuring that we maximise the resources available to us through increased income generation and by forging strategic partnerships across multiple sectors and fields that allow us to increase and leverage support for each charity and provide a world class customer experience, while protecting and preserving green spaces of international significance. The Development team is responsible for securing significant revenue income from a variety of public, private and commercial funding sources to support the ambitions of Southbank Centre, in close collaboration with all internal departments and external partners.
