You will be responsible for:
- Supporting on the planning and delivery of organic social media campaigns across all aspects of the charity’s work

Person specification:
- Experience creating content (including Reels for Instagram) for and managing social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn

- Excellent writing, copy-editing and proofreading skills, with an eye for detail and a strong command of the English language

What's on offer:

The Role

Specific activities:
Identify a long list of UK/Europe headquartered corporate/corporate foundation prospects, with the propensity and capacity to support at the £100K+ level. Categorising those who can fund an specific project (£300k) and those who may be smaller in scale.
Shortlist and screen prospects to create a ‘priority pipeline’ of Corporate prospects whose interests align with organisational mission, and have the capacity to fund a specific project (£300k).
Identify contact details for all priority prospects, always aligning with GDPR.
Support the Director of Fundraising with targeted outreach and making direct approaches, with the aim to secure an exploratory meeting.
Securing new meetings with 20+ new prospects.
As required, writing compelling proposals relevant to donor interests.
High level proposal submitted on possible cultivation / networking events that they should attend in 2024.
Person Specification
Knowledge and Skills
Experience in corporate Fundraising in the charity sector
A proven track record of identifying, engaging and securing five/six figure gifts from corporate/ corporate foundations in a charity setting.
Solid research skills to identify and screen prospective donors.
Ability to create compelling proposals for new audiences and influence support.
Personal Qualities
Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently to deliver goals.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the processing of payments of any contracts/services.
- Working in collaboration with Business Managers, other Executive Assistants and Associate Directors, Personal Assistants.
What you'll need to succeed
- Networking and making contact - The most essential things the EA will do for our Director of People are the… "Can you just find… can you just ask…. Can you just grab x person?" We are looking for a confident person, who's not shy about contacting the people they need, and chasing up actions.
- Some experience of HR - The Director of People gets 60-80+ emails a day, so you need to be able to spot the urgent things they need to see, and - with a bit of guidance - what can be delegated to other people.
- Able to manage EA basics standing on their head! (Not literally) but standard practice like, managing an inbox, perfectly organised diary, travel, expenses, invoices and more!

As our Trust and Statutory Fundraising Manager, you will:
- Deliver on a personal six-figure income target by cultivating and soliciting funds from key philanthropic relationships with trusts, foundations and statutory funders.
- Bring exceptional donor stewardship skills to a six-figure portfolio of existing trust and statutory donors, ensuring their continued and uplifted support.
- Utilise brilliant cultivation skills to attract new donors, driving income growth for the team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and solicit income from your portfolio of high-value trusts, foundations and statutory funders, securing gifts between £50,000 - £500,000 to achieve your personal target.
- Implement effective donor journeys, providing an excellent supporter experience.
- Create a robust prospect pipeline through research and qualification, ensuring a flow of new opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional bid writing and day-to-day donor communications, showcasing outstanding writing abilities.
