Our close partner is providing financial services guidance to a number of large development agencies & institutions around the world proving grants to NGOs. The International Development team works closely with these global clients – such as UNICEF, The World Bank and the Gates Foundation ensuring their funds are managed approrpiately maximising the effectiveness of crucial development projects.
The Project Coordinator has to assist in providing project coordination for the full life cycle of any assignment offered to our clients; from the proposal process, contract management with the client, assignment planning, through to assisting with the report writing, and ultimately billing the client.
Contract Responsibilities
·Assist with proposal and tender submission, including preparing project budgets and schedules, liaising with prospective staff and ensuring all proposals are submitted within the respective deadlines
·Ensure that contracts are as per the issued proposals, that all terms agreed are in the organisations’ best interests and support the Managers/Partners in any contract administration required
·Plan the fieldwork of the project, including agreeing dates with the beneficiary, liaising with internal and external staff to ensure they can perform the required service on the agreed dates and that all parties have the necessary information to ensure the project fieldwork runs smoothly
·Draw up contracts between our organisation and any subcontracted firm
·Monitor and track project progress and on our ‘Control Schedule’ to ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date with any project developments and that deadlines are met
·Act as the point of contact for all stakeholders (including the client, the beneficiary, internal/external teams and management)
·Assist the manager in finalising of reports & deliver final product to client
·Monitor internal staff working hours & expenses incurred, to ensure project budgets are adhered to
·Check and process external suppliers’ invoices, making sure all days worked and expenses incurred are within the agreed budget, liaising with finance as and when issues arise
·Assist in client billing, ensuring that all bills issued are as per the contractual terms between the firm and the client, that all costs are accounted for, and that bills are paid by the client in a timely manner
·Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future use, ensuring that all projects are properly logged and can be used in future proposals/tenders
·Carry out required client onboarding procedures and compliance checks

The Project Coordinator takes responsibility for specific clients and works closely with the respective Project Managers, Manager and Partner.

We are excited to be working with a fantastic international charity to recruit an experienced Data Engineer within their established team, creating and developing integrations and contributing to the build and development of their warehousing, you will work in a warm and collaborative team.
As the Data Engineer, you will use your skills to define strategies for extracting data from the business systems and build optimised data pipelines for the expanding warehouse. You will be responsible for the development of centralised data solutions and work effectively with business users, analysts and internal colleagues to understand and identify requirements and the impact of changes to the data pipelines. This organisation is very flexible in their approach and happy to look at hybrid working arrangements, attending the office a couple of times a month.
As the Data Engineer you will need:
- Extensive SQL and T-SQL skills and ETL tools
- Experience in data mapping and transformations
- Strong communication skills, verbal, face-to-face and in writing

This is an exciting time at CBM UK, as we continue to grow and develop our philanthropic fundraising. To help us achieve our ambitious long-term goals this role requires an experienced and passionate individual to be part of our Philanthropy Team.
This vital role works alongside the Head of Philanthropy as we look to build our philanthropic partnerships over the next five years and beyond, with a particular focus on our High-Net-Worth Individuals (Major Donors). This involves creative development of new and engaging resources and fundraising materials, writing passionate and impactful fundraising messaging, and creating internal excitement and fun during Christian Aid Week. You will also be project managing mini innovation workstreams dedicated to re-imagining Christian Aid Week, allowing you to think outside the box and help grow Christian Aid Week income further.

About the role
As Project Officer you will play a central role in the delivery of INTRAC’s consultancy assignments and grant funded projects. This will involve coordinating short and long term projects, involving staff and consultants through our global network and clients around the world, ensuring effective and quality delivery. We carry out a wide variety of assignments, ranging from project evaluations to bespoke in-house training and learning partner roles for complex, multi-country civil society strengthening programmes.
You will work on a range of activities, such as organising and supporting online learning sessions, meetings or focus groups, coordinating feedback, communicating with team members and clients, administrative tasks, to support the smooth running and success of our work.
You will have an eye for detail, experience providing administrative and coordination support to complex projects and will be comfortable carrying out a number of tasks with competing deadlines at the same time.

Leading international development grant assurance specialists seek experienced French speaking audit professional for exciting management opportunities.
Responsibilities
• Travelling internationally to a wide range of locations, on a regular basis, conducting audits or special assignments; working with, and supporting NGOs, public sector organisations & institutional donors such as the UN.
• Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of public sector audit issues and techniques and provide guidance to other team members based on previous experience;
• Demonstrate a detailed understanding of public sector structures and the legal and contractual frameworks in which the assignments are performed and provide guidance to other team members based on previous experience;
• Demonstrate a detailed understanding of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and provide guidance to other team members based on previous experience;
• Be involved in the assignment process from planning to finalisation;
Prepare a tailored plan for large or complex assignments based on an understanding of the terms of reference;
• Lead assignment fieldwork teams including locally based staff for large or complex assignments;
• Demonstrate the ability to identify the findings on an assignment and write them up in a detailed, precise and clear way in the assignment report;
• Lead opening meetings and present the audit findings at closing meetings;
• Conduct assignments in a sceptical but constructive manner;
• Draft a report for each assignment on a timely basis;
• Be responsible for completing the audit programme and audit file;
• Be aware of assignment deadlines and work with the team to ensure deadlines are met;
• Monitor the time spent on assignments against budget and discuss with the Manager if budget overruns are anticipated;
• Prepare proposals for specific assignments within a framework contract
