We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate leader to oversee the day‑to‑day running of our national helpline services and co‑ordinate our Survivors Forums. This is a unique opportunity to shape a trauma‑informed, high‑quality support service for victims and survivors of rape and sexual abuse, as well as those who support them.

In this role, you’ll ensure our helplines remain safe, accessible, and responsive, providing steady leadership in a fast‑paced, emotionally complex environment. You’ll offer clinical supervision, guide a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, and champion best practice in safeguarding, risk management, and service quality.

You’ll also play a key part in strengthening survivor voices by supporting and co‑ordinating our Survivors Forums—helping shape the future of our organisation and the wider sector.

What’s on offer

• Salary: £31,000
• Location: Central London
• Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office. One being Wednesdays. The other day can be flexible.  

The role
As a Training and Events Coordinator, you’ll support the planning and delivery of a busy portfolio of online, hybrid, and in-person training courses and events. You’ll manage multiple activities at once, ensuring excellent standards of organisation, communication, and customer service.
You’ll work closely with delegates, trainers, speakers, and internal teams often at a senior level so confidence, attention to detail, and adaptability are key.
 
Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of training courses (predominantly online)
• Support the operational delivery of events and conferences
• Manage bookings, databases, inboxes, and event systems accurately
• Set up and support online events, including live troubleshooting
• Liaise with venues, facilities, and IT teams for in-person and hybrid events

 
About you
You’ll have experience in events coordination, training administration, or a similar role, alongside:

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and online event platforms
• A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn

Senior Navigator Role

Are you passionate about neurodivergent children and young people and their families having the right support, at the earliest point?  We are proud to be developing and delivering the Trafford Neurodiversity Hub and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced practitioners to be the senior navigator.

To be successful, you will need to have the following:

• Significant experience in supporting children with neurodiversity.
• The ability to ensure the 'voice' of the child and family is central, enabling lived experience to create change.
• Excellent team working skills. You will work as part of a service that covers the whole of Greater Manchester.
• The ability to collaborate with and confidently present information to a range of people including the delivery of workshops.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling communication with children, young people, families and professionals.

An established professional membership organisation is looking for a Senior Services Coordinator to support the delivery and development of a portfolio of member services. This role offers the opportunity to combine service management, stakeholder engagement and business development while leading a small team of two.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement of  3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

The Role

Working closely with the Head of Services, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of services provided to members and partner organisations, ensuring they operate efficiently, deliver value and continue to evolve to meet member needs. You will also support the development of new services and partnerships that generate income and enhance the organisation’s offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of membership services and programmes.
• Lead and support a small team, overseeing performance, workload and development.
• Monitor service performance, risks and compliance, ensuring appropriate processes and controls are in place.
• Investigate and respond to service-related enquiries or complaints.
• Conduct research to understand member needs and identify opportunities to improve services.
• Support the development of new products, services and partnerships.
• Assist with projects to implement new services, working with internal teams such as IT, finance and project management.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, members and external partners.

About You

You will be an organised and proactive professional with strong administration, customer service and stakeholder management skills. You will enjoy improving services, identifying opportunities and working collaboratively across teams.

You will need to demonstrate:

• Excellent organisational and administration skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience delivering or managing services, programmes or projects
• Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience researching, analysing information and making recommendations
• Confidence managing multiple priorities, improving processes and handling difficult situations
• Experience leading or supporting a small team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Good IT skills including MS Office, mainly Excel

Experience working within membership organisations, professional bodies or regulated environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
