Prospectus is excited to being working with UK Youth in their search for an IT Manager, who will manage the day-to-day IT operations of the charity. This is a full time, permanent position, based in London (Hybrid).

Reporting to the Head of Operational Improvement, the IT Manager will ensure the smooth and effective management of day-to-day IT operations, including operational management of all IT systems and their maintenance, governance, digital and data security, and procurement. The post holder will act as the first line of IT support, managing the service desk function of the IT team, ensuring an effective service for users across the charity. Finally, the IT Manager will manage and monitor IT data protection, ensuring GDPR is up kept throughout the organisation.
To be successful, you will have demonstrable experience in IT operational management, with experience resolving IT challenges. You will have strong technical knowledge in both software and hardware, including Microsoft 365, Cyber Essentials etc. You will have demonstrable interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisations. Finally, you will have an understanding and an appreciation of the work that UK Youth do, with empathy with the needs of young people.

We are excited to be working with on a Corporate Partnerships Manager role (remotely based) for a growing children’s charity. This wonderful organisation provides support to parents and educators to improve the lives of children and young people. The team is being actively invested in and several new six-figure partnerships have recently been won.
As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be joining a successful team with established relationships with high street companies and with more big partnerships ready to launch. You will manage existing partners and cultivate new partnerships and ensure long-term engagement and growth.
To be an excellent Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will need:
- Experience in corporate fundraising, ideally working on six-figure partnerships with strategic elements
- Strong negotiation and writing skills, confident at presenting
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing and persuading others
Salary: £ 35,000 - £45,000
Contract: Permanent - Full time (or 4 days considered)

About You
Parentkind has been active in corporate fundraising for less than one year but has already delivered partnerships totalling multiple seven figures in value. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their growing fundraising team and help to develop their successful corporate partnerships department even further. They are looking for someone with experience in securing a range of partnerships (including COTY, corporate grants, sponsorship, commercial and strategic relationships) with regional and national businesses with the capacity bank income at a 5, 6 and 7-figure level. You will be tenacious in your prospect research, and comfortable to package up creative propositions and compelling proposals tailored to each organisation's objectives.

* A minimum of 3 years experience in a business development or sales role

We are working in partnership with The Honeypot Children’s Charity, a UK charity who are looking for an experienced Head of Lottery and Statutory Grants to research, identify and deliver six figure level income through National Lottery and Statutory funders.
With headquarters in London, and three respite houses situated in the South of England, Wales and Scotland, the Honeypot continuously supports young carers aged 5 to 12 years old, who perform a surrogate adult role as a carer for a loved one, often single-handedly, and whose wellbeing is at significant risk, leading to anxiety, isolation, poor confidence, and low self-esteem.
This newly created role the Head of Lottery and Statutory Grants will lead and develop a new income stream for the Charity, researching and developing a sustainable and key pipeline of six figure income through National Lottery and Statutory funders.
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate a proven track record of succeeding six figure level gifts, with direct experience of researching the National Lotteries and statutory landscapes to explore opportunities to develop six figure plus proposals for Statutory funders, or equivalent,
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to inspire through compelling storytelling and deliver exceptional bid evaluation and proposal writing abilities to produce thorough and compelling grant proposals and reports that communicate aims and impact.
- Exceptional donor stewardship skills to a six-figure portfolio of statutory donors, implementing effective donor journeys and an excellent supporter experience ensuring their continued and uplifted support.
- Experience of interpreting charitable financial accounts and preparing budgets for potential funders and for grant reports.
- Have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and meticulous record keeping with strong planning, project management and time management expertise.

The Role
