Main purpose and scope of Role
This role will play key to engaging with and supporting PTAs across the region, as well as a variety of stakeholders such as schools, parent groups, local authorities, potential sponsors or supporters and other organisations as our suite of programmes grows. PTA Programme
- Growing our network of PTAs.

Parent Programme
- Raising awareness of Parentkind’s growing programme of support for parents, directly or indirectly through schools or other partners.

- Organising events for parents as part of our Parent Programme.
- Building relationships with regional stakeholders to support Parent Programme activities.
Other Programmes/Services
- Encouraging uptake or (when charged) sales of our broad and growing suite of programmes and services.

Wider Stakeholder Engagement:

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator is the first point of contact for companies at Trees for Cities. They engage with companies interested in employee volunteering and/or funding partnerships to deliver our goal of healthy, accessible and resilient urban forests for today and future generations.
They are responsible for coordinating employee volunteering opportunities including producing compelling volunteering materials, responding to corporate queries and bookings, managing the volunteering calendar to support with project delivery, and ensuring effective systems and processes.
The Coordinator will manage corporate partners for a range of funding options such as charitable donations, cause-related marketing, and project sponsorship up to £10,000 per year. They will support the Fundraising team to manage corporate income by conducting prospect research and ethical evaluations, as well as database support.
We have achieved significant income growth since the start of our last strategy period – and more is needed to address the increasing need for urban trees. We now look forward to our next strategy in 2025 for even more ambitious plans – join us!
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage corporate enquiries, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience. This includes providing rapid responses and directing to internal point of contacts as appropriate.
- Act as the primary point of contact for companies to coordinate volunteering days, including booking one-off corporate volunteering days or scheduling volunteering days as part of existing partnership agreements. Volunteering opportunities may be in London, across the UK or international.
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for corporate partners giving <£10,000 annually to Trees for Cities. This includes producing compelling organisational and project communications, engaging promotional and stewardship materials, and managing necessary administration such as invoices, agreements, and other donor requirements.
- Work with colleagues in the Fundraising, Development, and Urban Forest teams to plan and facilitate corporate volunteering opportunities across the UK. This may also include liaising with third parties (landowners and delivery partners).
- Conduct prospect research and ethical evaluations on prospective corporate partners.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records including through our CRM databases (Salesforce, Monday, Donorfy), supporting the Fundraising team as needed.

As the Individual Giving Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and implementation of our individual giving programme of fundraising and activities, aimed at individuals. It will be the Individual Giving Manager’s responsibility to generate significant income through individual gifts, campaigns and appeals, regular giving, in memoriam giving, lottery and legacies, and to increase activity and income from these sources.

The role
The Corporate and Individual Giving Manager is responsible for generating sustainable income by identifying, engaging with, and securing funding through individuals and corporate donor relationships.
Establishing sustainable fundraising streams is a top priority for the centre. This role will play a crucial part in strengthening our strategy for Individual and Corporate Giving, with a keen focus on continuous growth. What we are looking for in you

About the role
This is an exciting new post in the Communications Team at Glass Door. Reporting to the Head of Communications, this role will support the delivery of a new paid & organic digital marketing strategy, working closely & collaboratively with both the Comms & Fundraising Teams, as well as co-lead on the delivery of a new website.

While you will work in a small, fully remote team day to day, you will be part of the global Pratham network. The team in India has over 6,000 staff, and they raise $28m locally. Pratham USA has 14 chapters and produces around 12 galas a year, which contributes to its $30m income; you can share the films and branding of their galas, meaning we can really stretch our budget to put on an outstanding event.

The Role
