What you’ll do

In this strategically pivotal role, you will power the charity’s growth - modernising and expanding our income‑generating work so we can support more children and young people. You will play a key role in building strong external relationships with commissioners and partners, by representing Anna Freud at engagement events, pitches and negotiations. You will advise senior stakeholders on opportunity and account strategies that meet and exceed income targets. Once established in post, you will successfully deliver on and build the contracts pipeline to secure new income.

What you’ll bring

You will demonstrate evidence of being a strategic and collaborative business development professional with significant experience securing large‑scale commissioned income, leading complex bids and partnerships, and driving growth within children’s services and/or mental health sectors.

Essential skills and experience:

�� Proven success in bid writing and management, securing five‑ and six‑figure commissioned income from a range of organisations.

�� Strong understanding of the business development lifecycle, including public procurement processes, best practice, and regulation.

�� Experience developing, costing, mobilising and monitoring large, complex contracts, with effective stakeholder and partnership management.

✍️ Effective written, verbal and numerical communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, high‑quality proposals at pace and working to deadlines.

�� Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams, influence senior stakeholders, and manage internal/external relationships to drive income growth.

Key details

Hours: full-time (35 hours per week).

As the Circles Study and Salon Site Manager, you will be responsible for overall leadership of the service, day to day operations and development of the future provision. About the role:  

The Data Analyst (Geo-Spatial) is a key position in the Monitoring & Evaluation team and works closely with the wider Programmes Team to support the process of collecting, analysing, managing and storing high quality data.

The position is pivotal in the development and implementation of a new digital Information Management System (IMS) for the organisation’s Monitoring and Evaluation data. This involves working in partnership with a range of both internal and external stakeholders. 

The position will play a key role in turning geospatial evidence into insight for programme quality, landscape impact and carbon integrity. 

Main duties:  

• Lead on the analysing and interpretation of geo-spatial data across the organisation using a range of GIS, remote sensing and spatial analysis tools to support monitoring, evaluation and learning 

• Produce spatial analyses and maps to assess restoration, tree cover, land use and ecosystem change over time at project and landscape scale 

• Develop, maintain and manage online dashboards and visual analytics products to support programme management, learning and decision-making 

• Working with external developers, design and maintain digital data collection tools and workflows, covering data capture, aggregation, analysis and visualisation for project indicators and organisational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

• Develop and maintain the organisational M&E geospatial database, focusing on areas of land benefiting from restoration activities, including tree planting, tree survival, landscape regeneration, and agroforestry systems 

• Work closely with the NbS and Carbon team to produce, analyse and quality-assure geospatial data used for carbon programmes, including baseline development, monitoring and verification

Context:
Kinship provides direct support to, raises awareness of and campaigns for the rights of kinship carers across the UK. Kinship carers are navigating complex family relationships, trauma, poverty, discrimination. The children that they care for have frequently experienced abuse or are at risk of harm. Safeguarding concerns can be disclosed by kinship carers at all contact points with Kinship. 

Safeguarding children and adults at risk of abuse or neglect is a collective responsibility and requires a safeguarding approach that is aligned to statutory frameworks, is professional, consistent, trauma-informed and proportionate to level of risk.

The designated safeguarding officer holds organisational responsibility for Kinship’s safeguarding framework and actions. The role works collaboratively with a team including a Safeguarding Trustee and a group of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads drawn from key service areas across the charity.

The role provides expertise, professional guidance and clear direction across the organisation, supporting staff and volunteers to make sound safeguarding decisions within a framework.

Purpose of the role:
The Designated Safeguarding Manager works closely with all teams across Kinship to embed proactive, person-centred, and partnership-driven safeguarding practice to protect children and adults at risk of harm.

The role provides professional oversight to Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads through individual and group reflective practice and supports high-quality and defensible safeguarding decision-making. Purpose of the Role

The Volunteer and Stakeholder Engagement Officer will play a key role in strengthening Stepping Stones North Wales’ capacity, reach and financial sustainability by recruiting, supporting and retaining volunteers, and by building positive, effective relationships with key stakeholders across North Wales. This role will help raise awareness of our services, support partnership working, and ensure volunteers feel valued, supported and aligned with our trauma-informed ethos.

Volunteer Engagement
