Our Young People & Families (YP&F) Operational Hub delivers a wide range of integrated support services designed to help resolve complex difficulties experienced by young people and their families/carers.
Support is provided to people who find themselves in a range of circumstances; they may be missing from home or have emotional, housing or substance misuse issues. We also support families where parents/carers are experiencing domestic abuse, substance misuse, emotional issues, youth violence, exploitation, homelessness or unemployment. Whatever the situation, we work alongside young people and their carers to find a way of stabilising their lives.
Redthread is one of our services delivered as part of the Young People and Families Hub within Catch22.
Job Description
Redthread is a hospital based youth work service, working alongside NHS staff and other professionals in emergency departments.
Our experienced, specialist youth workers engage with and support young people, aiming to reduce serious youth violence and exploitation. We often meet young people at a moment of change and work with them to find a positive way forward.
We provide long-term, holistic support. We consider every aspect of a young person’s life and build support around them.
The Young Women's Worker role is to be part of the youth work team within Redthread, whose primary focus is around providing youth violence interventions in a health care setting.
In this role you will be part of the Youth Violence Intervention team at St George's Hospital. You will support young women aged, 11-25 years old, who present to hospital following an incident of violence/sexual violence of for whom them there are concerns around exploitation (criminal and sexual) or extra-familial harm. You will work with the young women in the hospital as well as supporting them post discharge to ensure they have the support in place that they need and want. The Young Women's Worker provides long term, holistic support and can work with a young women for up to a year.

Main responsibilities include:
- Holding a caseload of young women and to support them in a range of settings and support their personal, emotional, educational and health and social development through all interactions
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to safeguarding young women
- Ensure young women's details and case records are kept up to date on our case management system
- Support the delivery of training to clinicians
Qualifications
Key Skills and Qualifications are:
- Significant professional experience of working with vulnerable young people in a range of activities and settings
- Experience of working as an effective team member
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience of working autonomously
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of the physical, social and emotional developmental needs of young people and especially young women
- Understanding of the issues faced by young people living in inner city areas
- An awareness of child protection and safeguarding issues and knowledge of current best practice within the youth work sector
- A knowledge of best practice in case recording
Additional information
Hours & work pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week including regular weekend and evening working and shift patterns covering hours of 9am - 9pm.

About the Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young people who will be a key member of RF’s programme team. Key Contributions
Programme Coordination:

- Acting as lead coordinator for RF’s mentoring programme
Outreach and Engagement:
- Supporting the Programme & Outreach Manager around communication with schools, hospitals and other stakeholders to build partnerships that promote growth of young people, including supporting to deliver assemblies, hold meetings and other external visits as required
- Acting as a confident and reliable point of contact for young people at RF, building positive, trusted relationships to encourage active participation on the programme
- Supporting with tracking and reporting the progress of each young person throughout their 3-year journey
Marketing & Communications:
- Developing and coordinating programme communications including social media content and marketing materials
- Collecting and writing stories and testimonials from the young people and their families to share impact
- Updating the website and digital content
General:
- Ad hoc projects as necessary
- Building effective, productive and collaborative working relationships with everyone at RF and external partners
- Adhering to RF’s policies and procedures at all times
- Attending and engage in team and external meetings
About You
You will be a self-starter with a passion to work with young people; proactive, organised and have excellent communication skills; and creative, knowing how to create engaging marketing and social media content.
You may already have experience in the charity sector, in youth work, or another related field, but most importantly you will have experience in project planning and coordination and really enjoyed it or are keen to build skills in this area and feel you would be good at it.

Our Service
Employment is a key part of mental health recovery. Our employment services are delivered in line with the IPS model, supporting people with mental health challenges to retain paid employment in line with their aspirations. The Role
The IPS Team Leader has operational responsibility for the delivery, quality, performance and sustainability of Leeds Mind’s IPS (Individual Placement and Support) teams. The role ensures high-quality IPS delivery, excellent outcomes for people accessing support, and strong partnerships with NHS mental health teams, commissioners and system partners.
The post holder will provide day‑to‑day leadership to a team of IPS Employment Specialists, ensuring high‑quality delivery through effective supervision, coaching, performance management and quality assurance. The Team Leader is accountable for embedding IPS fidelity, supporting staff development and ensuring consistent, person‑centred and recovery‑focused practice across the service.
Essential Skills and Experience:
· Experience providing operational leadership and supervising staff within employment, supported employment or mental health services
· A strong understanding of IPS, SEQF and recovery‑focused employment approaches, with the ability to embed quality and fidelity in day‑to‑day practice

Our ESOL service was established in 2017 and now runs 5 days per week and offers English lessons for resettled refugees and an English Club with an emphasis on learning skills for integration into UK society. We are a growing team of ESOL tutors and creche teams providing training to help refugees and their families to resettle in Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire.
About the role
The Early Years Session Lead holds responsibility for leading sessions in our trauma-informed Early Years setting. They do not hold line management responsibility for other practitioners however supervise a small team of L2 practitioners during the sessions.
The Early Years Session Lead is part of the EY Leadership Team, which meet together online on a Weds 15:00-16:00.

What you’ll be doing

- Manage and maintain website content, structure and assets in Drupal
- Act as the first point of contact for website updates and internal requests

- Takes ownership of day-to-day platform operation, maintaining high standards consistently over time

Key purpose:
As part of a growing and dynamic Fundraising team, your main duties will be to research trust and foundations, create and send applications, and steward relationships with current and prospective partners. As part of the team, you will also be involved in generating funds across various other income streams.
Key responsibilities:
- Research and identify charitable trusts that may provide future financial support to RABI whilst maximising the potential for giving from trusts with which the charity already has a relationship.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key trust representatives.

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with on call requirements

About the role
This is a high impact leadership position within a growing Heating and Hot Water function, playing a key role in shaping service delivery across a large housing portfolio.
You will lead the operational delivery of heating, hot water and ventilation services, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance and performance. The role sits at the centre of a transition towards a more integrated, system led approach, moving beyond traditional gas focused models.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the delivery of heating, hot water and ventilation services across the portfolio
- Managing contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual and safety standards
- Chairing operational and performance meetings, holding contractors accountable
- Overseeing complex cases including complaints, MP enquiries and Housing Ombudsman investigations
- Managing escalation and resolution of operational and safety issues
- Ensuring accurate compliance reporting, data quality and system integrity
- Leading and developing a team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement
- Working collaboratively with technical, compliance and customer teams to improve outcomes
About you
You will be a confident and capable operational leader with strong experience in service delivery within a compliance led environment.
You will bring:
- Proven experience managing operational services within housing, property or similar sectors
- Strong understanding of heating and hot water systems and contractor management
- Experience managing contracts, KPIs and driving service improvements
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Good IT skills, including reporting and working with compliance or asset systems
Desirable:
- Experience in a regulated or compliance driven environment
- Knowledge of gas safety, communal heating or building services
- Experience handling complex complaints or Ombudsman cases

We are looking for a Supporter Care Manager to join our Supporter Experience team within the Fundraising division.
This is a key role responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of supporter care, ensuring a high-quality, responsive and empathetic service across all supporter touchpoints. You will manage a small, dedicated team of Supporter Care Officers, overseeing enquiry handling, income processing and data management, while maintaining strong operational standards and compliance.
As the first point of contact for many of our supporters, the team plays a vital role in shaping supporter perceptions and enabling effective fundraising. You will work closely with colleagues across fundraising, engagement, technology and finance to ensure a seamless supporter experience and support the delivery of campaigns and activities.
You will also use supporter insight and feedback to drive continuous improvement and contribute to wider Supporter Experience initiatives and transformational projects, helping to embed more consistent and supporter-centric ways of working across the organisation.

The Senior Major Gifts Manager will play a crucial role in the theatre’s new Stories Start Here campaign, building on the successful major donor fundraising programme, acting as the key relationship manager for a portfolio of some of the closest and most passionate supporters. The postholder will identify, cultivate, solicit and secure major gifts of £25,000 and more, working collaboratively across the excellent Development department. Reporting to the Head of Major Gifts, the Senior Major Gifts Manager will support Development senior management, Trustees, and the Development in their solicitation of principal and major gifts.
The appointed candidate will have experience in a fundraising capacity with a successful track record of meeting targets and personally soliciting and securing five-figure philanthropic gifts. There will be evidence in your application of relationship management to proactively develop a portfolio of prospects and of demonstrable prospect research skills. You will need to write persuasively in this role and will have experience of creating compelling fundraising materials.
